Background images on membership cards.
Currently, we cannot create a background image for membership cards. Being able to do so would allows much greater creativity and uniqueness when designing them.

Allow changing the order in which sticky topics are displayed.
Allow changing the order in which sticky topics are displayed. We have quite a few in some fora, and the order they were entered in is not generally the reverse of the order in which we would like them displayed.

Different prices for the different variations of product
I see that you can list variations on a item in the store. However, you cannot list different prices for the different variations. An example would be we sell postcards in quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000. The different quantities cost different amounts. It would be nice to have the option rather than listing each quantity as a new product.

Support making elements invisible when logged in
Widgets or pages can be configured to be invisible to the public, i.e. when the user is not logged in. Please allow the reverse to be accomplished. For example, we have a "Join Us" page containing a membership application form, which is useless to logged in members and only occupies valuable space. We would like to make it disappear when logged in. As an alternative, we could have a "Membership" page, which would show the Members' Directory to logged in members and a membership application form to those not logged in. However, this would still require the ability to make a gadget (if not a page) invisible when logged in.

Limited bundle registration based on payment made
Our membership is made up from municipalities from all over Colorado. Some of these municipalities require that a single person register and pay for all of the individuals from that facility. I've set up a bundle and added the option to have the person indicate the number of additional users they're registering, but since that will vary from site to site, I had to put a generic cap on the number of max users in a bundle.
Is there a way to limit the number of memberships they can create based on the number of users they have paid for and indicated on the bundle administrators application?
I also noticed that using this option removed my ability to approve each of the additional registrants. When I approve the bundle administrator, all bundled members automatically get approved. We need to able to ensure that they are only registering the amount of people they paid for and would like to be alerted to any changes they make to their bundle so that we can charge them if necessary. We do like them having the ability to add and remove members so that we keep our database as up-to-date as possible, but this option seems to relinquish too much control.

Send Confirmation Email To Sender For Email Member Submissions
Hi.
When the system sends an email via Email Member. it would be great to either automatically send, or offer to send a Send confirmation email to the Sender.

Event Location Library
Some WA competitors keep a library of locations used in events to allow them to be easily reused in new events. Some typical solutions are to provide either a drop-down list of previously used locations or a separate pop-up dialog for managing the entries (with, of course a provision for entering a new location).

Support formatting location field
A few improvement suggestions for event location fields, such as 8827621 (multi-line formatting) and 10091643 (maps), could be handled by simply allowing HTML formatting in the location field. This would allow multi-line formats, links to maps, to venue descriptions or to directions.

Put non-members on waitlist until a Member has registered.
For some of our events (e.g. a weekend), a Member must be present in order for non-Members to attend. We'd like the system to accept a non-Member registration, but waitlist them until a Member has signed up. Once a Member has registered, then non-Members should be registered as usual, but the waitlist should flow in first. Or, if first-in/first-out isn't appropriate, the waitlist would be managed as usual by the Organizer (reservationist). This would be for only some events. Some other events, anyone can register without this requirement.
Almost always, at least one responsible Member does register, but till then it's nerve-wracking for all. Currently, if it's iffy, we have to give non-Members bad, untimely news that doesn't exactly flatter us or them.
The only current automated workaround is a rube goldberg setup where the non-Member registration form is limited to one person capacity (because WA interprets a zero as unlimited), we do a temporary fake non-Member registration (to "fill" that one space) then, when a Member registers, manually change the capacity to the event's actual limit, remove the fake registrant, and manually process any non-Members who have put themselves on the waiting list. Ugh.

Options to select a membership group or level as e-mail recipients
I find the choices of recipients when creating a mass mailing quite limited. IMHO there should at least be options to select a membership group or level as recipients, without having to create an "advanced search" to select them.

Turning poll questions into common fields
We'd like to survey our members about their interests, and then have their responses be automatically saved in a common field on their contact forms. Is it possible to create poll questions that can be captured as common fields for contacts/members?

Export/Import Capabilities
We need a way to export a list of open items to process them by different people in our club (name, shipping address, method of shipment, order #, each item ordered, qty ordered, variants, etc.) We are operating a single WA site for five Chapters. We would then sort the exported file by item description (we have coded each of our items for sale with a Chapter code). Send the file out to the applicable Chapters for processing of their orders. We typically do t-shirts in batches. We then need a way to mark each item as shipped in the export file and then import those lines back into the website to complete the orders. Processing each order via an email (or online) just doesn't cut it for us. Like others, we'd like to see some canned reports... e.g., item qty ordered by item, by customer, all orders within a date range, etc.

Limit the number of registrants allowed on the waitlist
We often have events that have large waitlists (25 people on the waitlist for a 20-person event). Rarely do we receive more than three cancellations, so the rest of the people on the waitlist have no reasonable expectation that they'll get in.

Ability to map our customer's address information stored in Contacts to the Ship To: address fields that appear when a store order checkout is being performed. Include the ability to overwrite the address if desired by our customer.

Re-order Pages Not in Menu
We are regularly adding site pages which we do not wish to appear in any menu. This means our "pages not in menu" list is becoming rather long. We would really like to be able to change the order of the pages in this list, but doing so is impossible. Please consider making this possible. Thank you!

Event cancellations
I may be missing something but when someone's registration at an event is cancelled, why do they still show up on the registrant list that is exported?
If they have cancelled, it's no longer relevant to the attendees when it comes to ordering food and materials. Very confusing.
Just a suggestion.

Ability to post blog content via API
We have some content from an external source that we'd like to publish as Wild Apricot blog posts.
We would need to be able to create, update, and retrieve posts (POST, PUT, and GET).3 votes -
better read only administrator access control
We need to give some Admins read only permission to our members data but also full Events admin access. In this case we would want them to maintain the 'write' access associated with the Events Admin but also have the additional Read Only components added with the 'RA' access.
The selector does not allow this combination to be selected.
This is a critical issue which is preventing some of our members from fulfilling their roles in our club. We do not want to solve it bu giving them full configuration access. The ability to separate core configuration access and read access for each of the main access types, and to be able to select a combination thereof would address this (although our priority for this is for Membership data)
