payment options member vs non-member
I would like to have separate payment options for member vs non-member. Have the option to require non-members to pay by card at the time of registration but allow member agencies to have the option to pay with a PO/check.

We need to be able to set some internal flag that allows the system to know if the user selected payment option is pay by credit or pay by cash/check.

I agree that the payment method should be moved to the registration type so that we can better control payment methods for those attending events. It would also be great to be able to either use the default registration form or create a separate registration form for each registration type.

This could be done by moving the payment options into the registration type. And it would be helpful if a registration type could be made available only to non-members.
It would not deal with the issue of a member registering but failing to send in a check, but apparently the OP is OK with that, as are we.
