Remove insecure TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 protocols so that websites rating is not downgraded
TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 are vulnerable. Most browsers don't want them any longer and websites using these protocols will be downgraded beginning Nov 2019. The recommended minimum protocol as from March 2020 for good website rating is TLS1.2 When will WA disable use of the vulnerable protocols and implement only TLS1.2 and higher. The current rating of my website is an A but this will be downgraded to a B soon and by March 2020 even lower unless insecure protocols are removed. Since this is out of my hands I am hoping the removal of the less secure 1.0 and 1.1 is in the WA pipeline.

Add Event Coordinator to receive emails to new specific events
It would be very helpful to have a field for Event Coordinator when creating a new event. And to have the ability to have the Event Coordinator receive registration emails for that specific event only along with the organization administrator.

When using "mailto" link on a webpage allow insertion of a pre-made subject line
It would be helpful to be able to configure a pre-made "Subject Line" in the "Mailto" link inserted into a web page. This is normally done in html by insrting a question mark (?) after the user's email address, followed by the word "subject" (without the quotation marks), followed by an equals sign (=), followed by the subject inside a pair of quotation marks. }
The command (under the covers) would look like: <a href=mailto:john.dow@yourdomain.com?subject="pre-made subject text". Then when we revieve an email we'd have a better chance of knowing the subject and from which page the email was started from.

Display more than 50 membership records per page for the main directory.

linking corporate bundles
Would it be possible to link corporate bundles. For example, where there are two or more departments within the same organization; however, each department would like its own bundle with its own administrator.

RSVP functionality to complex events
Would it be possible to add the RSVP functionality to a complex event? Sometimes variation in pricing is needed (e.g., complimentary ticket, additional ticket at a fixed cost), and it would be helpful to be able to track those who will attend and those who have been asked but will not attend (e.g., head count for order food).

Email address field type
For field type, it would be nice to have a “email address” field type that would check that whatever is entered is a valid email address I.e. xxxxx@yyyyy.zzz

Greater event filtering options/criteria
It would be nice to be able to filter events based on a criteria (e.g. show only the events that members of a certain class can register for). Today the filters are upcoming, past, admin. We have hundreds of events and the current filters are insufficient.

Event colour selection
Rather than having to copy/paste code to make events appear as separate colours, it would be nice (in the event setup) to have a drop down menu of standard colours that can be applied. And, like in the Office products, the ability to choose a custom colour.

Hide Custom Event Fields
Event Custom Fields - add the ability to “hide” custom fields from the Registration Form. This would allow options that have “Sold Out” to be removed from the form but still allow the data to be retained and reported.

Saved search layout is unhelpful
When I use run a saved search the results are listed below all the criteria for the search. This means there's a bunch of space taken up by the criteria and the list starts way off the page. But surely there is no need to see the criteria by default if the search is saved? Better to have a button to open up the criteria if needed, but otherwise just get the list with no criteria showing. Make sense?

Calendar/Event "Repeat" Function
Greetings Developers~
One feature we have really needed is calendaring...We are a Church/Spiritual Center who has a prayer ministry. Our "members" sign up for 2 our shifts 1x a month to receive prayer requests. We have shyed away from using WA for this feature because it would mean to create individual events for at least 15 sessions a day, 365 sessions a year that occur annually. This would mean creating 5475 events, which we would be willing to do...if there was a function to click repeat "annually" but right now we would have to duplicate the 5475 events every year. That's a lot of Admin time that could be easily remedied if there was a repeat option on an event entry...just like how on our smartphones, tablet and computer calendars we have the option to repeat a calendar entry daily, weekly, monthly, annually or even customize and pick the 2nd Thursday of each month. Having this level of customization and ability to select repeat would be tremendous and finally be able to port over our prayer and vigil calendars to WA and not have our members be able to access all they need at a one stop shop. I really hope you develop this feature ASAP!!! Thanks

Member downloadable CSV for specified Member/Contact List Search
As an admin, I want to specify a specific saved search of the Member/Contact List and make that available to members as a downloadable CSV on a WildApricot widget or web page.
I would like this to be automatically updated at the time of download, so it's always up to date.
I would like to be able to specify which fields will appear in the CSV, as opposed to all of them exporting.

email log entry to show list/group/search use for mass mailing
the one thing that email log ,or the event reminder or announcement for that matter , does not tell me is to what contact/member list, saved search, member group or member list that the mass email was sent to. It would be nice to see that in the summary of the entry from the email log. see attached example. if this was there then, investigating issue would not have been a problem. BTW the system is already getting data from the event to post in the "origin" field.
interestingly enough, the system does exact that and shows the contact/member list, saved search, member group or member list that the mass email will be sent to when you schedule the announcement/reminder email in the event. so the data is already there.

Event Attendee Check-in
I think it would be good to have a QR Code process integrated into the event check-in. Once an individual registers they receive a confirmation page with a QR Code for their registration. That QR Code is used to check them in and it updates the database as to who has checked in.

post dated cheques
Ability to record post dated cheques as currently I can't show them as payments given the money isn't yet deposited, and if they aren't shown as a future payment, the profile to the user looks like they have not yet paid. From a membership perspective it also shows the same as if no payment was made. An indicator for post-dated cheques would be helpful.

Specific information missing from AffiniPay transaction reports
Please allow AffiniPay to include specific information on payments, e.g., for a Donation we MUST be able to see what specific fund the donor is requesting. We have 5 funds available for the donor to chose, and we need to record this income as they direct. The AffiniPay transaction report does not include this important information, so the bookkeeper must constantly contact the Wild Apricot administrator in our organization to relay this information.
