Emergency contacts as a separate passive class
Currently all contacts are counted as the same (and part of billing), it would be nice to allow a W.A. customer to add Emergency contacts such as Electricity, Telephone, Water, Police, FireDept, Poison Control, etc as 'freebie' contacts since these do not actively participate in website and are solely used how to contact. For our small lake (125 members), we have 3 utilities and 7-8 Emergency contacts.

Need longer filenames in file selection dialog
There needs to be a list view option on the page for selecting a file from the Files area when clicking on the 'File' option in the various editors to add a link to a stored file. Currently it is only large icons that cut off the filename at the width of the icons. With filenames that are longer than the icon width it is impossible to tell which file is which if the first few characters are the same. There needs to be a way to determine the FULL filename when selecting them; either by a list view as I have asked and prefer, or at least by a hover text that pops up when the pointer is over the icon. It is very frustrating.

Editing Issues
The new email editor makes it difficult to remove extra spaces. It requires multiple steps. It should not be that time consuming and difficult.

Send renewal reminder blasts on demand and specific date
We decided to send a renewal reminder email blast today because we had volunteers available to assist members and answer questions via website live chat support. Changing the number of days for a reminder to be sent before the due date to today did not trigger the email blast. Apparently that number needs to be entered at least the day before. Planning ahead is one thing, being able to take advantage of a good opportunity is another. Additionally, It would be helpful to have the ability to pick the exact date for a blast to go out rather than count the days before to an exact date. There are days of the week that are not ideal for getting the best response actions.
Our renewal forms are not simple and can be challenging for many of our members who are not internet savvy. It's important to have volunteers on live chat support the day reminders are sent. Scheduling and managing volunteers doesn't always go as planned. We need the extra flexibility for sending reminders.

Event Webpage to Event Editing Navigation
Make it easier to move from the web page presentation of an event and the abiltiy to edit the event. It is often necessary to move back and forth to check out what has been done during editing. This has never been easy but at least there used to be a "Manage tjos evemt" button now you have multiple clicks to get out the Wesite menu and into the Events/list menue and then the event.

I would like to sort scheduled emails by date
While it is great to schedule emails well in advance, there is no way to sort or find scheduled emails. So if you have created 25 emails for Meeting reminders, for example, a newer scheduled email is just somewhere else on the list and it is hard to find. A search feature in this section would be useful.

Automatic detection of members for ticketing events
If we have two tickets, one for members, one not for members, the system currently allows members to register as a non-member without a prompt that they can purchase the member ticket. This leads to us having to issue refunds since member tickets are less than general admission. The system should recognize the email address entered as a member or not and default the ticket cost accordingly.

ADD "ADVANCE SEARCH" IN EVENT EMAILING SELECTION
As a Wild Apricot partner since inception, the power of the platform is its efficiency is use of man hours. Undoubtedly, Wild Apricot is the most powerful back end, GLOBALLY.
I recently provide training to a group of users demonstrating this power in particular on the event email process works. When asked if the contacts are from various states or areas, how do they isolate an invite to a limited group.
I demonstrated the save search feature, which required me to leave the event feature and run a report and save and return to the event, easy for me, but noticed the note taking and sense of "that's a lot of work". Nonetheless, it is efficient.
It is important to me to share what I see in the field and if the consideration of adding the "advance search" allowing the user to say in the event feature, and once pulled and stays in the event feature, man hours will further be saved, which is the true power of Wild Apricot.

add note field (transaction description) to exported reports
Good morning,
My organization just signed up for Afffinipay. The description of what a transaction is for appears in the note field, for example membership renewal. The problem is that the note field is not part of the exported report which I use create my organization's monthly treasurer report. I really need the transaction description (note field) to part of the exported report in Affinipay. Thank you for considering adding it.2 votes -
Member Profile - Common Fields - Hide email and phone from public view
It would be great to mask the email and phone on your public profile. For instance, the Customizable Common Fields in the Administrative Settings allows you to hide from the email and phone fields. However, this page will still show the email and phone regardless of the settings. I would propose having the Email allow a member to send that person a message to their email through the website, but not be able to actually see their email address. In addition, the phone number probably should at least be masked so all the thousands of spider bots that comb web pages don't store our email addresses since this page is visible to anyone who goes has a link to the profile page. Looks great just that and maybe being able to have more options of how what data is visible. Thanks!

custom member emails for each level
custom member emails for each level.
We like to provide our Members with their benefits, right in the activation email. Since they change from level to level, I would love the feature to set up different Welcome mails (activation) to each level.2 votes -
Log of login failures
For both security reasons and member support, it would be helpful to be able to see a log of login failures.
I've had some folks who have trouble logging in. When trying to diagnose the problems via email, I can't always get the right details. For example, if someone repeatedly mistypes their email address, I'd like to be able to see that and report back to the person.2 votes -

I am very disappointed about the choice of background colors in the new email designer. Why can't they be the same as the font colors?

Restrict events by member group
While event emails can go to member levels or member groups, events themselves can only be restricted to member levels. We need to be able to restrict them by member groups (so we can deal with board and committee meetings)

From Email without Web Hosting
We need the ability to set the "From email" to an email at our own domain without setting Wild Apricot as our website host. We do not want to host our website with WA, we are happy with our current hosting and design. We want WA to be utilized to manage our membership and send out emails. Emails coming from "******@wildapricot.org" are getting flagged as possible phishing emails since our members have not received emails from this address previously.

Account Number Always Visible in Admin Section
Put the account number on the side of the header where the help/support/feedback links are since you need it to submit a request. That way you don't have to navigate away from where you were to get the account number just to navigate back to finish what you were doing.

I hate the new email system.
I cannot express how much I ABSOLUTELY despise the new email system. It is unwieldly, uncooperative, ignores my attempts to change font sizes, with the image gadget thing I can't put images where I want and when I add a new image I have to change the order of sorting each time. It's ridiculous! It reminds me of editing in the 90's. Whatever feedback you were trying to address you got it completly wrong with this rollout, I am beyond annoyed at how difficult it is to put together a simple email now. Thanks for ruining something that was working just fine.
