DISCARD changes when editing email
Please bring back the discard email button!!!! During one of the updates the email system was changed and you can no longer discard the email you are working on. Because of this we are ending up with a whack of emails we have to go through and individually delete. This is a pain. The "Save and Exit" feature is great, but sometimes you don't want to save what you started, you just want to discard it without having to go to the effort of going to the Emails page to select the email and delete it. Thank you!!!! :)

Identify where photos/documents are linked from the website
It would be great if you could click on a photo or document in Files and see where it is linked from on the website. Perhaps there could also be a shortcut to see which photos/documents are not linked anywhere, because maybe they are old and should be deleted.

Gadget Style auto formatting
Light & dark style backgrounds. I really think that you need to put the auto formatting back in for these gadget styles!!!! It was so nice to have the margins set for the content gadgets and others. Now, with that removed, to give the website content gadgets a nice margin and layout, you have to do it manually.

Cancellation emails need to send automatically
The email settings under "Event Registration Canceled" says "Sent when registration is canceled by the registrant, by an admin, or automatically" but the email does not send to the registrant when their registration is cancelled by the admin. I find this misleading as it looks like an email should be sent as soon as it is cancelled regardless, not by having the admin need to click send a notification. Also there is no prompt indicating that the admin needs to do so when cancelling.

Individual donation gadgets based on donation frequency/type
I would like the donation gadget to be a lot more customizable so that I can have multiple different gadgets that cater to different needs. For example, I would like one form for one-time donations, where frequency is automatically set to one-time, one for monthly donations, one for legacy giving, etc. Currently, I am relying on embedded forms from Canada Helps, which are excellent for my needs, but I would love to be able to achieve the same results directly through Wild Apricot.

Updating registrants for event emails
It's Friday afternoon. I've prepared an email to registrants for an event scheduled for Monday afternoon, giving them important information that they need to review before the event.
People will register between now and Monday morning. I need to be able to send an email to those people without duplicating the Friday message.
It would be good to have the ability to select those who've registered since a certain date and time.1 vote -

When you send a mass mailing, there is a single email log entry that provides data - opens, click throughs, failures. It would be helpful to be able to filter the entire log to just show those entries so one can get to them quickly.

Set Up Default to Show Admin View at log in
At the moment, there is no option to set a default for the admin view. When you log in as an admin, you will be returned to the last page you were on before you switched to public view. Please provide a way to have default be admin view

It would be nice to get a list of recent members that were recently deleted/that did not renew/that were archived.

Automatically cancel the order if payment was cancelled
When using the store and an order is placed, the order goes through even though payment is cancelled.
This causes us to fulfill the order without payment.If the order is cancelled, should the system still send the order in for fulfillment? Should it not cancel the order completely and delete the invoice?

Individual Member Directory Page
We are an association of wedding vendors and though we love the usability of WildApricot, we're struggling with the member directory feature. We'd like to suggest the ability for vendors (members) to have their own page on the site, featuring their work as a snapshot of their portfolio for potential clientele searching our site. These would be categorized by vendor type (ex. photographer, cake artist, etc.). We are considering making the jump to using Wild Apricot, along with the website features, however this is the biggest concern since there is no current parent to child page formatting or gadgets to…

More colors for background
I find it unacceptable that all the colors available for fonts are not available for backgrounds. The background group is very limited and not very good colors.

Roster by Classification & paying for event as well as membership in same transaction
Within our membership structure we have different Classifications. It would be nice to be able to separate those classifications on the mobile app under the member tab. It is nice that it is alphabetical but would be even better if it could also be separated by classification.
Also, would be great if members who sign up for an event could also renew their membership as well and make one payment instead of two. We hold an annual conference in late February or early March. Our memberships expire April 1. So it would be really helpful to our members to be…

Introduce Min amount of replies required per poll to complement the max amount of replies
As a result of the Covid- 19, face-to-face voting held during AGMs will have to be replaced by online voting.
Despite that the polls functionality is fantastic, we are not able to make use of it. Currently, the system allows you to enter the maximum number of responses required by the respondent. Is there no possibility of introducing the minimum amount? Example: Minimum no of replies is 4, maximum is 7.

Teams function for Donation module
We are trying to create a fundraising page on Wild Apricot similar to what we had on Click and Pledge (https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/downtownsailing/campaign/DowntownSailingCenter365390003).We would like to have fundraising teams (similar to the Leader Board on C&P) where people can see how much each team has raised?

membership summary
On the Members summary page, It would be great if you could add the number of bundles in parenthesis in all columns not just the the total column. Also note that if you do this please make the bundle number in parenthesis in the new in last 7 or 30 days truly new bundles, not the number of bundles new members have been added to. Or make new columns for new bundles in last 7 and 30 days.
The number of bundle members added to existing bundles is useless information.

Don't arbitrarily reject content types in form post attachments.
Attachments to forum posts are accepted or rejected on the basis of content type (various image and documents accepted; mp3, mp4, etc. rejected). The excuse given is about file size. A single JPEG image can easily be a larger file than many minutes of MP3 audio, yet up to 20 files of 20MB each are accepted of the approved content type.
Content type is not a valid proxy for file size.
As musicians, small audio clips are our lingua franca, and rejecting these from forum postings drastically devalues the forum as a tool.
