  1. Donations link in all profile categories

    In the Contact profile widget, it has a list of links across the top "Profile", "Email subscriptions", "My event registrations" and "Invoices and payments". The "Donations" link doesn't show up unless you have clicked on the "My event registrations" or "Invoices and payments". Can we get that "Donations" link to show up across the top for all the different categories in a person's profile? Right now if a donor logs in and wants to view their donations history, they won't know where to look. unless they start searching through the various links at the top. (or is this something that…

  2. Contacts Advanced Search by specific balance

    There is a specific request for one additional field: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/31910419-advanced-search-field-needed-latest-registration. However, admins should be able to use any of the internal fields, and not just the UI fields, as advanced search criteria. In our case, we need to build mailing lists of members with specific open balances, but {ContactBalanceAmount} is not available in Advanced Search. Furthermore, it would be nice to distinguish between members with open credit (payment) balances, those with open debit (invoice) balances and those with open net balances. Presumably, {ContactBalanceAmount} shows the open net balance.

  3. Include available credits and net balance due in invoices

    The macro {AmountOwing} for invoices appears to be a misnomer. The macro does not respect any general credits available on the account, so it is only the amount owing to the specific invoice. In commercial billing it is standard practice for invoices to inform customers of any remaining credits on their account and the net balance due. Please support including available credits and net balance due in invoices.
    P.S. It appears that the net balance due is available in the macro {Contact
    BalanceAmount}. However, including this on an invoice without reference to the credits which cause it to differ…

  5. IMPROVE EASE of use in completing processes

    Suggestion: ALL ACTION BUTTONS SHOULD BE MADE MORE VISIBLE.
    "ACTION" buttons (examples are Register, Next) are not emphasized enough (perhaps a larger size text, or bold text, or a box put around the text, etc). This lack of visibility is causing confusion among infrequent users who miss what to do next in whatever process they are going through. The result is that, I the administrator, have to spend time and effort processing and helping users who have failed to complete a process (eg payment). I look forward to your comments

  6. Better Google Analytic tagging

    Currently the email system does not tag any link with Google Analytics UTM tags (https://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/email-marketing/2019/04/utm-codes-in-email/). It would be nice for the email links in all manual emails (at least) to be automatically tagged with UTM tags so that Google Analytics would pick up email marketing campaigns.

    The same formatting on the rest of the website should be available within blog posts. For example, the ability to change the spacing between paragraphs exists elsewhere, but not within blog posts.

    I would like to be able to cc member emails to their secondary email selectively. Currently I have to make it a global change. I have some members who would like their spouse to also get our emails as well but most do not.

    The default padding for column widgets in an email is set to 20. Doesn't matter how many columns there are. I would like a way to change the default.

  10. Map Directory - Multiple Listing/One Address

    We have members with multiple specialties (dog/cat; dog/horse; dog training/pet grooming) and want to offer a membership type (either within one membership or with multiple memberships) so they can list their specialties separately. At the moment, WA Map Directory cannot drop two pins at one location, so we are unable to provide this service to our members.

  11. Modify Horizontal Menu Items Alignment

    We are using a horizontal menu bar on our website for navigation, but we don't have enough items to fill up the whole bar. As a designer, having the menu items justify to the left side with a big empty space on the right side of the menu bar is driving me up a wall.

    I was told by support this morning that I need to utilize custom CSS to change the alignment of the menu items. I am willing to investigate this, but this is going to be a significant time sink as I refresh my memory on exactly…

  13. Event Extra Charge Calculation Export

    When you create an Extra Charge calculation field in custom Events Registration, the Multiplier number entered by the attendee is treated as text, rather than numeric, in exports, which makes it hard to sort by size. Can that be changed to numeric for the export?

  15. Can we make it a requirement for a new family administrator that they must immediately load all their family members at application time?

    Member family admins forget or don't think they have to load up the members of their family. Even though I have addressed that in their welcome letter. Can we make it a requirement on their application that this information must be provided right at the start?

  16. Include Automatic Export Emails in the Email Log for Administrator Review

    When an export is done by an administrator, an email is sent only to the administrator who performed the export; however, that automatic email is not in the email log for the account owner to check administrator activity, which needs to be done for an organization's security to make certain administrators are not misusing their privileges. For example, an organization's membership list is the property of that organization and the member information in that list is entrusted to the organization by the members.   17. Automatically archive Primary Registrants from the Contacts list after an Event

    When an Event has taken place, there should be a system for Archiving any Contacts who were created from non-Members who signed up for public events. As I understand it, a Contact entry is automatically created, to enable the database to operate.

    I do not find it acceptable that there is no way to automate the Archiving of these contacts. I have been advised to do a manual process of searching for these Contacts, exporting them, manipulating the spreadsheet and re-importing the data.     need the ability to print out labels for the members/contacts if you have to do a mailing that isnt emailed. As it stands now you have to export the whole list and do a mail merge somehow. Please create this option!

  20. Remove Default 2nd option

    Remove the default 2nd option for polling in case there is only 1 person and you need to still have a vote count or there is one person and you allow OTHER so members can write someone else in.
