Create a way to Check in all attendees at once

Restrict Bundle Administrator Adding Bundle Members
Would like to have the ability to disable Bundle Administrators' ability to add bundle members. Some of ours have been doing this however because they are then not being flagged with the appropriate Member Groups, they are missing out on emails.

Competition Management
Additional Module Request (Compeitions Manager)
Desired Behavior:
Add a customizable scoring database/ score keeping module for the purposes of managing competitions over tracking the registrant's scores.Example; a member/contact registers for an event (i.e annual photographic competition).
The Event/Competition
-> Has categories
--> Has Entries per categoriesOnce established those categories can be used on a reoccurring basis tracking score for the member on a per event and accumulated total.
Optional extra - would be great if certificates would also be printed from the results.

Need to take attendance at events without registration, or need a bulk registration feature.
We have general membership meetings twice per month that are also open to visitors. There is currently no way to check people as present without registering them each individually. It would be helpful to be able to check members and contacts as present without having to register them. Or, at least, it would be helpful to bulk register members or contacts.

block renewal for accounts with outstanding invoices
If account has outstanding invoices, the software will not allow account to be renewed (generate renewal invoice) until paid in full.

Bulk approving memberships from the app
There should be a way on the app to approve all memberships that are paid at one time. Instead of having to do them 1 at a time

Limit credit card payment attempts
Limit the number of times a user can attempt to process a credit card payment, to prevent fraudulent payments. After 2-3 declines, the user should no longer be able to pay by credit card for a period of time, and the administrator should be notified.

Make Event Organizer more visible
The Event Organizer is a key role for the four organisations I look after. The Event Organizer is a Match Managers, Meeting Managers or Team Captains. It would be excellent if the were to be an option to display on the event page, the designated Event Organizer alongside the Event Title, Start date and Location with a link to the Event Organizer's entry in the Members directory

I would like WA to have a function, "print member application" or "print member details", which will load the relevant data in an attractive pdf format.

Event Registration Report Email(s)
It would be great if the meeting organizer could setup a date & time for Wild Apricot to automatically email him/her (and a cc list) a report of those that are registered (and have declined) for an event. This should take advantage of the event "report" feature and be at the event level in the email section.

Less screens for event registration
Suggestion for WildApricot – software improvement.
There’s too many screens to confirm to register for an event. My suggestion would be on the main page have a checkbox to confirm use of user’s profile information that automatically behind the scenes registers and another button for live or dial in selection.
Navigating/confirming 5 screens seems lengthy.

registration button that can be placed ANYWHERE on a page
It would be great if the 'register' button could be placed in a specific location on the page. If you are hosting an event that has multiple registration options the register button gets buried at the bottom of the page and (we're told) it can be hard to find.

Filters for e-mail tracking
I would like to be able to filter the list shown in e-mail tracking for a particular e-mail so that I can quickly see only those who opened the e-mail or those who didn't. I would like the headings at the top of the list to be selectable filters. I would also like to be able to export the list for a given e-mail.

Better, clearer organization of email templates
We'd like to improve the current workflow of creating and using email templates. In this thread we've collected all the comments we've found about email templates and merged related threads. Feel free to add more ideas.

Themes should have their own specific email templates
The new themes are good, but if you want your emails to look like your site, you have to make your own email template. Crazy! Why can't WA just make email templates that go with themes?? This would make life easier and improve user experience

Coupon Codes
Coupon Codes -- We need to be able to create unique coupon codes that can only be used once. We have about 100 or more codes used annually so manual tracking would be burdensome. Thanks.

Sorting and listing attendees of the same group booking in events
We currently use YourMembership.com and are looking to move across to WA as we feel if is more feature rich overall. However, as per YM, it would help if all attendees signed up for an event were grouped with the same batch ID. In YM there is a field in the export file which provides the same unique seven digit number for all attendees contained in the same booking. This is extremely useful for sorting exported data and listing attendees in order of group booking. It is also very useful when importing data in our seating plan software, Perfect Tableplan. Matching the 'Batch ID' to the 'Group' field in Perfect Tableplan allows us to view all attendees of the same group and easily seat them accordingly.

Membership Bundle Lists
When you remove a person from a membership bundle could you remove their name from the list? I have membership bundles that may change who their members are within the bundle from year to year and it is a cumbersome list with it showing names of individuals who are no longer part of that membership bundle.

Increase default profile photo size
Right now, the system resizes member profiles to a tiny 110px x 110px. This is true of any additional custom member photo fields we could add.
It's time for WA to increase this size or at least reserve a copy of the original upload:
1) so we can offer a decent profile photo on the profile page;
2) because most new phones and tablets and laptop devices offer retina imagery (or higher), which displays at 3x the resolution and so makes these low res 110px x 110px look really terrible.Time for an update!
