custom field visible on member list
Because I work with children, who don't have credit cards, the primary contact on WildApricot is not the person I work with, and the name of the child is a custom field. When I am looking at member lists, it would be useful to see the child's name (custom field) anywhere. The parents' names are often different, frequently including different last names, and right now I sometimes can't figure out who these people are without clicking on them.

Number of Available Registrations
For the Event list page, it would be great if there was another column showing the number of remaining spots open (Registration Limit - Registrations). This would make it easier to quickly get a pulse on which events are filling up and which ones might need some attention.

notification of new WA updates
I believe WA used to send out an email to its account holders to notify of system updates. I haven't seen anything in quite a while. When I went to the help section today, I note there have been MANY updates, some of which include new features that require the user to make a change in the settings. Can you please let us know when the updates roll out, with a link in the email to the page that describes the changes. This should be fairly easy to set up and would be a tremendous help as I have too…

communications/email menu defaults to 'only my emails' and not 'all'
When I log into WA as the Admin to the Communications/Email menu option, the email list that shows up defaults to 'only mine.' Can this default please be changed to 'all' like the status bar defaults to 'all.' I need to see the system emails as well as my own, and it is very annoying to constantly have to select the 'all' option every time. I don't believe it has always been that way and perhaps something happened during an update but this is a big irritation that could be easily fixed. Thank you.

Keep pending members from receiving emails sent to "All Members"
I just realized that people with pending memberships are receiving emails sent to our members. Is this a glitch or can it be turned off? This is not a desired behavior as people who are not approved members should NOT be getting content designed for members. That is the entire point of having to approve membership.

Want to be able to customize fields viewed on the Members List page, ideally using fields we've created in the Internal Use section in Contact Details. Also want to be able to sort these field so we can see when the person submitted the application, if they have interviews pending, completed, and who needs to be sworn in, so that we can follow up with them

Non-administrative Access API EventAttendees endpoint returns the registration form fields
Currently, the Non-administrative Access API "EventAttendees" endpoint's response only returns the First Name, Last Name and Organization for each attendee of an event. We need specific event registration form fields to be included in the response. I would like the following enhancement to the events registration form and the Non-administrative Access API "EventAttendees" endpoint.
Add an "other access" setting on custom event registration form fields, like the "other access" setting on contact and member form fields.
Return event registration form fields that have the access setting set to "anybody".

Export bundle coordinators and bundle members side by side
Although you can export the "Member role" field, bundle coordinators and their members are not shown side by side. This means organisations must manually cross-check Bundle IDs or coordinator emails after export to determine which members belong to which coordinator. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale for organisations managing many bundles.
Suggested improvement:
Add a “Bundle Coordinator” field (name and/or email) that appears on each bundled member’s export row, or
Provide a dedicated “Bundle Export” option that outputs coordinators with their linked members in a structured format.

Incorporate securely mapping member addresses into W/A (Feb 2026)
With privacy regulations and concerns, it would be great if W/A had in internal feature that could map members' home addresses to facilitate assessing member distribution for ride sharing, grouping reviews or similar management functions. Keeping member data within W/A is much preferred to uploading a membership list to an external mapping website that may or may not keep that data secure - either intentionally, accidentally or forced to release that information by some official order.

Classified Ads
We have a community in which members are often looking to find, borrow, buy or rent something (a cabin, boat, bike) or they have a similar item to give way, rent or sell. We would like a classifieds page or gadget that lets users self-post the item they have or want. Ideally it would allow them to add a picture and contact info, and would have an expiration date, so that the post disappears (or is archived after a certain period of time. Using a forum for this is a poor solution. I tried your to make the Personify "jobs…

Change "From:" within the Email Editing Tool - Not Account Settings
I would like to be able to modify the From address while constructing an email rather that the one place described below. Functionality Required: Be able to send from aliases that are relevant for the given email such as news@, events@, outreach@. Get the idea?
Confirmed there is only ONE place to change the From: for an email and that is:
- Account
- Account Settings
- From: EmailThanks

Tech/Service Support Communication/Response
I assume I'm not the first to suggest (request/frustratedly demand) way better tech/service support communications. Chatbots get the low-hanging easy stuff; but with the advantage of Wild Apricot being the complexity of services we can use it for, support has got to be way better than what you are offering.

Event registration fields report - sort by attendee, not by field
The event registration field report , sorted by registrant (registrant name, all other registration fields, next registrant with his/her registration fields, etc), would be a great addition and enhancement to the event reports.
As it is now, the report sorts by registration field, but if an organizer wants information on a particular registrant, he has to jump from list to list to get the full registration information.

Accessible Menu Tab to all Levels
With the upcoming Title 2 Accessible requirements we need a menu that is WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. We need a menu that is accessible via keyboard (tabs). Currently WA can only tab across the top level menu and does not access the secondary/third level on the main menu. We HAVE to have a fix in place prior to April 2026!! Resetting each individual page on our website is a horrible idea and a hard to update band-aid. Please update your basic software.

Uploading member profile photo from resources instead of computer disk
Right now member photos can only be added from photo on the computer drive. We would like to have the ability to use the File resources area to assign the photo. People updating membership records change over time and may not have access to member photos on their computer. They could have a person with access to member photos upload them to File resources and then they could assign the photo to a membership field.

Remove or clarify duplicate “Membership approved” messages for internal use
Currently, when a membership is approved in stages, the Internal Use section for the member shows duplicate “Membership approved” messages with different dates:
Eligibility approval – the first approval confirms the applicant meets membership requirements before an invoice is sent or payment is received.
Membership confirmation – the second approval confirms the person is now an active member after payment is received.
This can be confusing for staff tracking membership status. It would be helpful if Wild Apricot either:
Only shows the final approval after payment, or
Clearly distinguishes the first eligibility approval from the final membership confirmation, for example…

Extra Information macro for Simple Events
We offer a number of webinars free of charge to our members, so I use the simple event template for promoting and registering for the webinars. I would like to have the macro "Extra Event Information" available for simple events, so that I can use that macro to share the log in information for the webinar through the registration and reminder emails.
