    Allow "speaker" registration so that you can simply enter it in without it being counted towards the registration total / being billed.

  2. Track member to member referrals

    Our Club is by recommendation. There is no option to to mark by which member somebody got the invitation to join the Club. Recommendation reporting should be also added. Very useful for club who have referral programs.

  3. Mark multiple invoices as paid at one time/Batch payment recording

    It would be helpful to have a check box for all invoices so that multiple could be selected and marked as paid without having to open each individual invoice.

  4. New functionality and design for color picker

    Hello everyone!

    As CMS crew we are responsible for the whole process of your website creation within WA and content editing. Recently we had to look at our color picker and review it’s functionality. We’ve listed ideas for improvement, but we would really love to ask our clients - how important this change is for you? Please look at presentation linked below with list of changes we propose.   5. Fix 'Select event' dialogue

    Please fix the 'Select event' dialogue used for the 'Registered for specific event(s)' search criterion.

    1. Install a search box. I have almost 1,000 past events to manually scroll and scan through.

    2. If I want to add one more event to the list, when I go back to the dialogue, none of the events are checked! I have to start all over again.

  6. Disable/enable multiple events simultaneously

    Select multiple events and edit them simultaneously. For example, it would be nice to be able to disable/enable registration for several events at the same time.

  7. Blocking Users

    With our organization, we have rules that state non members can only come to 2 events before they need to apply for membership. Likewise we have similar rules for past members. It would be great to keep track of that some way, or be able to block someone from registering until they apply.

  8. Copy event registration to individual organizers

    We use an event manager to post all events, however, as an outdoors club, we could have 50 different leaders leading one trip. Would like to be able to cc the leader of the event they are leading, not any of the other events, so that they know who is registering; otherwise, you may just as well put down in the description: Email xxxx if you want to come.

  9. Two or more Organizers, neither of whose personal email addresses is a Reply-to

    Allow for more than one person to be associated with an event (e.g., a Reservationist, an Organizer, and maybe even a Manager). The person(s) will vary from event to event. People associated with one event should not get emails associated with other events they are not involved in. Typically these would not be the Organization Contact, nor would a universal multi-address routing list be appropriate. The people/email addresses should be specifiable without requiring full Webmaster privileges.

  10. Allow to have emails for specific events instead of publishing real member email

    For events, apparently there are only two options for the reply-to in our automatic (and perhaps other?) emails: Our general contact address (president@...) or the event Organizer, who must be selected from among specific members of our club. For now (overlooking the possibility that an event might be organized by someone who is not a Member), the problem is this: We don't want to publish people's personal email addresses!

    We need (and have previously had) the option of setting up a distinct event address for each event (e.g., funweek@ourdomaindotcom) which gets forwarded to the event's reservationist (who, for that matter,…

  11. Not report on registrations for suspended members

    When exporting all event registrations, registrations for suspended members (even cancelled ones) are included in the downloaded file. Note that these registrations do not appear in the Events.
    This caused a good bit of confusion when we used the .xls file to generate and mail reports to our members. Suspended members received a list of registrations and assumed that the registrations were valid.

  12. Manual invoices with different product and services

    would be useful to have different product or services to add to invoicing. Member may use other services (not necessary events) and Club should have the opportunity to invoice it with option for payment conditions. (transfer, direct debt, card or paypal, for example)

  13. Adding EST or PST Start and End Times

    We have people registering for our event from all over the country and overseas. It would be extremely helpful if the registration start and end dates and time would say EST or PST for Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time.

  15. More options to opt out of newsletters

    Comment from a client:
    Would like to send out more than one monthly email and give the member the option to opt-in to each individually. Right now, if you opt-out, you opt-out from all emails.

  16. Increase Font Size, Reduce White Space

    Increase the size on the pages. Currently they take up a fraction of the available space. For example on the Add Member page the entries are tiny, the font is tiny and there is a huge amount of white space down right side and across bottom.

  17. Allow a manual invoice to be flagged as a membership invoice.

    When a member has come out of sequence on billing, requires a billing adjustment, or when a member attempts to pay many sessions in advance, it is often necessary to manually adjust that member's membership term and to issue a manual invoice to reflect that adjustment. Unfortunately manual invoices for membership do not show up in the Income Report as membership related income.

    This proposal is to allow an administrator to flag an invoice as membership related so that it will properly show up as membership income for the Income Report.

  18. Simple topic entry for recurring events

    In recurring events, include an entry option for Topic/Subject/Description next to the date & time.
    For example, Movie Night with the ability to enter the movie, or lecture series with ability to enter topic.

  19. Change order of when password is sent

    Is there a way to edit the timing of the password email? Our members are receiving their passwords before we approve them. We want that email to go out after they've been approved.

  20. Prevent Errors in event announcement emails when editing an announcement

    Under events, if an event is closed to a specific group, the email notices should default to just the selected group. I have once again invited our entire contact list to a board meeting because I edited an event email notice and when I saved it, the system placed the message to be delivered to all contacts. This is not intuitive to have to constantly redefine the emails when the event is restricted to a subset of the membership.
