Allow members to stay logged in on mobile devices
Please create a way for members to stay logged in on their mobile devices. We have a members-only discussion forum. When members get an email notifying them that there is a new post in the forum, they have to log in every time on their phone or tablet. It shows a log in window that says, "Please log in to continue." Even after they click the box that says "Remember me," they still have to log in every time. I don't think it would be a security risk to allow them to stay logged in, because they are coming to…

Hide Member fields based on Member Level
It would be great to allow only certain Member Levels to see certain fields. For example I would like to block free members from seeing other members Email and Phone. I would also like to allow Recruiter Members to see a secret field called "Looking for Work" but no other member should be able to see it.

Customer Order for Attendee List
alphabetize the Who's Coming list. give the option by date, or by last name and show the guest name.
UPDATE by Yuri aka Quality Apricot: I decide to add here a good comment from Dustin F., it sheds more light into the problem
The filters you have in place to look at the list of registrants, corresponding guests counts, times, etc. is very convoluted. Instead of a streamlined chart, which is fairly easy to assemble, the result is broken into names, times, counts, etc. This means that for us to know that the Smith party intends to arrive at 6p…

Offer a Low-Priced Level for Website Hosting Alone
I've been trying to get a website going for a non-membership organization. WA's web editing features beat everything I've looked at. Wix.com is the only thing that's as easy to use, but they do so many things wrong that WA just nails.
But the $40/month price point is several times higher than web-only hosting services, and more than my other group can afford.
I would pay $10 or even $15 a month for an account with a few admins and no additional contacts.

We don’t currently have plans to offer a “website only”, but it’s an interesting comment.
Looking forward to hearing more from other users.

Build registration for events so that Members do not see General admission and overpay
When my members log on and go to register for an event, they see the member rate that applies, but they also see the general public rate. (I assume they see that because it is open to nonmembers and so the system shows it to everyone.)
And inevitably a handful of members blindly click the general public rate. In which case, I have to contact them and refund their money and then step them through another registration. Very time-consuming.
Is there a way, (I'm recalling that there are very clever ways to limit the results in search while looking at…9 votes -
Sign up for subcategory in event
The ability to sign up for specific items within an event, especially when there are limited spots available for each item (for example: a pot luck dinner or when 30 people can attend a session, but must break out into smaller groups of 6 people to tour specific interest)

allow date ranges or beginning & ending events for the export registrants report to be
We use the information in the export registrants file extensively. I would like to able to pull this report only for events within a range of dates or be able to select a group of events.

Allow deleting all topics older than a certain date
We have some forums where there are 50 or more pages of topics - some of which go back 4 or 5 years. I know that topics can be deleted manually, but only one by one, and the way it works now, if you remove the oldest topic, it takes you back to the top of the forum.
I would like to have a way of removing all topics older than a specific date. This would allow pruning of the forum backlogs in an orderly - and much more efficient - fashion.

Thanks for posting Rick, we’ll need more comments/supporters before we can proceed, but it’s a good suggestion.

continue generating new invoices even if member has not paid previous invoice
Presently we have WA setup to generate invoices on a quarterly basis. However, if a member is overdue in paying their invoice then their status changes, they are no longer considered active, and they no longer get invoiced at the next due date. In our business model we choose to continue to offer them services as we know they eventually will pay. When they then eventually pay the overdue invoice we presently need to manually generate invoices for billing periods that the system did not create invoices for. This can be a big headache. The solution would be an option…

Macro for remaining registrations
I'd like a macro for the # of open spots for an event. I have some events that are limited to 10 people. It would be great if the announcement emails could include the number of open spots left so that people would know to hurry up and register.

Event Attendees Self Check-in capability
We would like the capability to create a simple webpage that allows event attendees to enter their email address, or any other field we define (i.e., Member ID). System finds the event registration for that contact and checks them in to the event. This self-serve check-in feature is available only if the attendee has paid the appropriate attendance fee.
This would relieve work from our registration people at events. We would set up two or three computers at the registration table and allow attendees to check themselves into the event.
This would also encourage pre-registration and payment for events. We…

Flexible event organiser notifications
Event notifications to different contacts. We host many events with many different organisers and I have limited options as to who can receive these emails. A tick box option from the list of contacts would bring ultimate flexibility for any event organised by any one.
