  1. Wild Apricot App Reports - We need the ability to view if event attendees are downloading the WA app. This if an efficiency issue.

    Whenever we have an event, we request the attendees download the WA App for the check-in process. We need to be more efficient with check-in as our organization and attendance grows. Please consider a feature where we can have reports to know if this is working.

  2. API Access to Files

    Currently the only reliable way to download files is to select and download one-by-one. There are several posts requesting SFTP but another option is to give API access to the files so that data backup, transfer copy and deletion can be automated.

  5. Ability to View Member's Only Pages

    As an Admin with full privileges, I am not able to view the member's only pages that I create myself because I am not a paid member via the definition given by Wild Apricot. If I build a member's only page and attempt to view it, it returns a 403 error.

    Please add a category to your backend that automatically allows the person who has authorization to build the page to actually view the page as they build it.

    Setting up special non-paid membership categories to add admins to so they can view the pages they build is a terrible…

  6. Membership directory to show status of member

    Unless I am missing something, and please correct me, I cannot edit our Directory of membership to display their membership status as generated by the system? As a membership and Certification Org, we provide a public listing of our various members where their account status of ACTIVE, PAST DUE, SUSPENDED, ETC. are a desired public disclosure. We have use our own work around by establishing our own field, BUT this is now a manually managed field that requires admin intervention. Would prefer an automated process based on other status triggers.

  7. email template side margins too wide

    Email template with a graphic at top shows up well on mobile devices; however, flawed on desktop/laptop. It shows up with a very narrow content field and super wide, empty margins on the right and left (even though I selected the "one column" option). I tried adjusting settings and chatting with support--they said there is no immediate fix for this issue. Can you please adjust the template to eliminate the wasted space in the margins to allow improved readability?

  8. Allow Photo Widget(s) to support links to external sites (e.g., GoogelDrive, etc)

    I would be great if, instead of having to upload a group of photos to WA, you could just provide a link in one of the Photo widgets to a folder on an external website where the photos already exist. Especially useful when there are a lot of photos.

    Can you add event cancellation date/time to available fields list when downloading event registrants information. I understand you can view the email log, but this involves manually cross checking.

    We really should be able to email everyone, including guests, when we click Email Registrants. I did that, and it shows it would go to everyone, but it only went to the main registrants, not their guests, and your support team told me guests wouldn't receive the emails, even though some of your tutorials say they will receive them.

    It would be great to be able to email all registrants, including guests, because most of our members will be registering guests.

    Currently, Sticky blog posts are open to user comments. Please allow an option to lock a sticky post to prevent comments. This is a standard feature on forums by other providers. Thank you.

    Get the SIMPLE event gadget option to NOT include random JavaScript
    This happens on a fairly regular basis. When I bring it to the CHAT's attention, sometimes it is taken seriously, sometimes it is brushed off as "have you cleared your browser chache?". Trust me, I make sure that the issue appears in Firefox, Chrom and Edge before submitting an ongoing issue.

  14. Configurable retries for payment failures

    When a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries every 6 hours, and then gives up after the 4th attempt. That is, within 24 hours, the subscription fails and is cancelled. Most often, payment fails because of insufficient funds on their credit card. If someone transfers more funds to their credit card, it can take 3 business days for the funds to clear - so it's crazy to retry so soon.   15. Availabilty to use own SMTP server

    emails sent using wildapricot servers for custom doamin sometimes get blocked or goes to spam . There should be an option to put own smtp server settings with ssl/tls authentication so that email can be send safely

  17. Ability to change font size and family in Mamber App - Event description/info

    In the Member App, Event info text is very small by default and does not follow font / font family set when entering this text. (Those setting appear to apply on to the HTML for a browser screen.) It looks as though in the Member app a 'serif' family is used. This, together with the small font make the description hard to read. We should be able to set font and family for both the HTML and the smaller screen Member App so both are readable. Settings (size and family( will probably be different for App and HTML

  18. Lock public visitors from changing search gadget scope

    I added a search gadget to one of the templates and I limited the default search to specific content types (page contents only). I saved and checked the page using it as a user and I entered a search string. The results came up but right under the search box, there is a drop down list that allows the user to select the content types that as an Admin I had deselected.

  19. Make strong passwords optional

    Our members are leaving since the new password requirements have become a pain. We are a club with mostly 65+ year old members (over 200) and it took 6 years to have them except using emails for club membership. They have arthritis, poor eye vision and have trouble remembering what they had for breakfast. I send out a monthly newsletter and now people are asking for help constantly.   20. Better membership reporting for bundles

    I would like to see clearer Membership reporting. When I go to Members > Summary, the numbers reported are for individual members. (Bundles are reported nicely but only for Total, not for Active or other categories.) When I go to Members > Reports, the numbers are reported by bundles but use the same name as the numbers of the previous page, which are reported by individuals. This is very confusing.
