Store functionality - Better Inventory Control/ Orders with no stock as custom order.
We would like to see the inventory feature allow for negative inventory. What we mean is that we have size and colour matrix in our club branded merchandise and we would like to to have our "onhand" inventory shown as available to order for immediate shipping and yet we want to allow members to order any colours sizes they may want and we will custom order for them. Membership card formatting - background image
We already have a physical membership card design which includes significantly more graphical content than the templates available online. We'd like to be able to upload our existing design in high-resolution as a background image that covers the entire card area, and then place the relevant text fields as we require. Can we do this?

Force Log Off
I would love to be able to force everyone off & make them log in again. Especially before a policy or terms & conditions change - so that we can ensure that each member sees it and is forced to answer. Also on general principle in case they had logged in on an old device or public terminal and forgot to log off.

vertical dividers
On the website, you can currently insert horizontal dividers on web pages in the content gadget. It would be really useful if i could also add vertical line dividers too!

More link styles

Turn OFF replies to TNS
There is not currently a way to turn OFF replies to TNS, is this possible in the future? We would not want our over 3,000 members to "reply to" an EMERGENCY TNS (Which is what we would use this feature for) as that would DOUBLE the cost of a single TNS.

new membership level not showing up in new web page menu
Hi, I just created some new membership levels, and they appear on the sign-up page. But they do not appear in the menu on the left on a new web page when I'm editing the new web page. So I can't connect that new web page with the new membership levels. How do I get the new membership levels that I just created to show up in the menus on the left when I'm editing a new web page, so I can associate that new web page with the new membership levels? Share Account Billing Receipt upon payment
Please automatically and immediately share account billing receipts upon submission of account payments. Right now, we have to reach out to customer support to request a receipt. I'm based in the USA and this is the only company I know of that does not immediately share a payment receipt once they receive payment.

Changes automatically reflect in the Registrants and invitees tab
When you update a registration, the new information is not reflected in the Registrants and invitees tab. Instead, the details at the time the registrant registered are reflected. It would be beneficial to have the event details update automatically in the Registrants and invitees tab.

Improve speed of sending emails
why does it take over 2.5 hours for you to send an email blast, seriously? Guessing when an email is going to go out is not acceptable - emergencies happen. I shouldn't have to plan my schedule entirely around your junky email server! telling me it could be hours does not give me any informaiton with which to make an informed decision about if i should hit send or not.

Allow only signed in people to register to Waitlist
Waitlist management. There are so many problems. When are you going to look at this and fix the problems? Here are the issues:
1. The system allows the person to add themselves to the waitlist when they aren't logged into the system. They put their email in. The system recognizes that they are a member and allows them to add themselves to the wait list. They add their first name and last name. Then when they get moved from the waitlist to the main list, they are registered, but none of the other information comes up for them. Please don't…1 vote -
Batch delete forum posts
I am volunteering with our WA hosted site and have to MANUALLY delete old classified ads.... OVER and OVER again I have to delete them one by one.... its awful. The functionality needs to be improved here.... as logged in ADMIN people, we need the option to go to, for example, a classified ad section, click off all the old ads we want deleted, and CLICK, done. Get this hosting platform to a customer user level? I saw a forum in 2015 complaining of this exact problem. expiration date on posts
It is very important to have an expiration date on posts. We would like to delete posts older than 90 days, and we have to do it manually, very time consuming for Admin.

google analytics for mobile apps
We would like to measure the traffic that comes from the WA apps and compare it to the website metrics. Allow us to add the tracking code to the mobile apps.

Members organise by company rather than bundle coordinate
The default in the summary table is to show members in alphabetical order based on bundle coordinator, it would be much more helpful if this could be organised based on company name. Also every person is counted as a member but really we are only interested in the number of company members ie bundle coordinators.

Events widget doesn't show next event
The dashboard appears to show upcoming events, but for some reason does not list the closest event at all (it shows 3 events starting from the second closest). [Account #302711]

recurring payments for event or product
We charge for annual membership and we also charge monthly fees for those members who choose to be on a coached team. We need a way to allow members to sign up for a monthly class and set up monthly recurring payments they manage.
Alternately, we could put the monthly class as an item they buy in the store but we'd also want it to have an option of recurring monthly charges. (Like buying a monthly subscription inside of their annual membership.)
We cannot use recurring membership fees because this recurring fee is not tied to their membership or membership…
