Improve public view of event signups
Public view of signups for an event on the website are listed in "date" order rather than alphabetized by last name. It makes it really difficult for attendees to see who else is coming. (Note: in the App they're alphabetized). It would be better to display alphabetized by last, first names and in a single view rather than require scrolling.

Widget customization
Create localized widget customizations. For example, change the background, foreground, and font colors. And have that customization only apply to the specific widget instance. It should also persist through out the related gadget. Meaning that if the Membership Application gadget page that is used for the widget creation has localized settings (content / layout etc. they should be reflected through all the gadget (and thus the widget) components.

More Flexible DKIM Support
Since WildApricot only supports sending mail from our domain, we also use a separate e-mail provider to allow both sending and receiving mail in our domain using standard mail applications and web clients. I expect that the situation is the same for most organizations using WildApricot.
In order to improve security, to hinder spamming and to prevent our domain mail from being blacklisted, we would like to add DKIM validation for that alternate. provider.
However, like WildApricot (and most mail providers) our mail service is hard-wired to use the DKIM selector "default". This is understandable, since they have no reason…8 votes -

Directory not mobile responsive
The current member directories are not mobile responsive. I want to display the member business description in the directory but the words are cut off when viewed on a mobile device (see image supplied).

Ability to limit the number of items a customer can order from the store
We frequently want to run special event sales where as many members as possible should get a chance to purchase a certain product in the store -
1) for this we would like to have a feature that e. g. limits purchase to one item per membership only.
2) for this we also set the non-member price arbitrarily high to discourage non-members to buy at all - would be great to habe member-only sales option

Meeting Canada Revenue Agency receipting requirements
Good morning, Wild Apricot staff.
I would like to request a feature that is needed to bring the receipt up to the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency for charitable receipt content. (link below)
I have developed a receipt that meets the requirements but there is a "disconnect" between donations by people NOT in the contact list already and people who ARE in the contact list.
When a current contact (member or otherwise) clicks donate the form that opens DOES NOT contain all of the necessary questions. The receipt is therefore absent of essential information that has been left blank…4 votes -
Recurring donations report
I would like to see a much more robust donations export. High priority items to include is whether they are signing up for a recurring donation, including on the first recurring donation they make (currently the first is coded the same as one-time payments), the recurring donation frequency, first donation date for recurring donations.

Contact & Membership Fields Access Preferences
Would like to see the option to choose which contact fields show based on contact type or membership level selected at application. We have all of our fields under contact since there isn't a way to see everything if a membership level isn't assigned. Not all of our records are members but not all of the information asked of the applies. Ex/ physician vs. non-physician

Give members closure after online registration
My members who are first-time users of Wildapricot are complaining about the lack of closure during online registration. After clicking Confirm, where they might have expected a "Thank you for registering," they get the attached instead. "! This invoice is unpaid!" Of course it's unpaid. All invoices are unpaid when they're presented. Since we're operating in offline payment mode, there is nothing the member can do about it at the moment anyway. Add more answer types in polls
Why are there only radio buttons and check boxes when creating a poll. The ability to add a drop down, text box (not the Add Other Option) etc...will be very useful.
Also, when you preview a Poll you should see it exactly as it will look. Currently, the text box from the Add Other Option only shows after the Poll is published which makes no sense!

Support a longer text for the poll question field
It would be nice if the form would support longer text lines and wrap the text on the poll. I had to shorten the questions to make it work.

We run an organization that publishes an associated journal that accepts submissions from members and non-members, and then sends those submissions out to reviewers (typically, members), who provide feedback before the submission is rejected or revised and accepted. It would be great to be able to manage this submission and review process within WA, and then eventually publish the completed (PDF) document, track views, and manage archives of the publication within WA as well.

Event Detail/Registration page _ Need ability to format layout
I'm very much frustrated by the inability to modify the layout of the event detail module. The two column format with a narrow left side column where the registration tickets and the registration button are located is too narrow and creates a really long page people have to scroll to find the registration button. Especially for events where I've created a structure for information and just include a "more information" link to the event pages.
Additionally, the gray "register" button fools people into thinking they can't register because gray denotes a broken or unavailable link.

Membership email templates need to match the other email templates exactly
Membership Email Templates need to match the other email templates. It gives the option to upload from a template but it does not match the formatting or layout. Please fix! It makes no sense to only allow the old template editor and not the new template editor, allow options for both please.

Collapsible agenda gadget for multi-day events
Would LOVE to have a gadget that takes an Excel sheet with start/end times, session titles and room names and turns it into an interactive dropdown agenda menu (similar to Cvent). I manage 12+ non-profit orgs that do multi-day events (all unique schedules) and creating our online agenda can only be done by either uploading a doc for attendees to download (ugh) or manually creating a table in a content gadget. The trouble with the tables in Gadgets is that they don't function like regular Excel tables - you have to manually format and cannot easily move rows or columns.…

We are using the Event function to create online forms (requiring credit card purchases) in an attempt to avoid having to purchase an expensive and separate forms software package. These forms require that we provide the users confirmation of their data input as well as confirmation of payment received and information on how that payment was determined.
