Email Calendar
a calendar that is a visual summary of all scheduled emails that are being generated by events automatically. This is so we can time the sending of other emails manually, as well as social media posts, to give our membership space without sending too many emails/messages on the same day.

Make strong passwords optional
Our members are leaving since the new password requirements have become a pain. We are a club with mostly 65+ year old members (over 200) and it took 6 years to have them except using emails for club membership. They have arthritis, poor eye vision and have trouble remembering what they had for breakfast. I send out a monthly newsletter and now people are asking for help constantly. They cannot open the monthly news without being prompted for a new password and they don't know it or what a 12 digit with special characters means. We really need our old…

Email History with Percent Emails Opened
We are in need of knowing who doesn’t open emails in order to update/clean our contact list.
It would be beneficial to be able to search by percentages opened in the last year.

HST Charges
HST must be charged on basis of where the product or service is provided. If we hold an event in Ontario then this needs to have 13% HST applied but the current system appears to use different locations (and rules) maybe based on address of customer, address of registered credit card??

Extend 2FA to all logins to website, not just administrators
HELP!!! Wild Apricot has the ability to move to 2FA for all people accessing a website on a WA platform. Please, please make this security issue a high priority. It helps protect personal information for the individual, entity, club. WA has the ability to implement this as all admins have to use the 2FA. Please??

Automatic Event Reminders
Allow reminders to be sent only to confirmed registrants who have paid. When people register but don't pay, they should not be considered registrants.

Fix the accounting period linked to billing date
Fix the accounting period for billing.
Currently the system forces invoices to be produced days or weeks in advance of renewal dates to avoid issues with account status. For example for annual renewal due on January 1 and delinquent on January 31, the invoices should be generated and sent at least 30 days in advance. But the invoice date then is in December or November of the previous year, and the accounting will reflect the income in the wrong year!

Barcode on Membership Cards
Barcodes on Membership Cards - I would like to see barcodes added to the membership cards so we can verify 1) they are a member; 2) their membership is current; 3) how many people are covered under their membership so we can charge for additional guests. So the barcode would be used to pull up a particular member in WA in real-time at check-in. Does this already exist? And if so, how do we activate it?

Polls update - see anon participants but not their entries
Client would like polls to have a feature where anon responses can still record WHO voted without seeing their responses. This is to verify that they actually voted.

upload privleges
I don't know if this has been requested previously but is would be great if it was possible to set the folders that those with limited Admin access (eg Activities Admin) can use. I keep telling and showing those Admins where to upload their pictures for events and newsletters that they create, but they are loading them in multiple places and then I have to clean them up which is a tedious process.
Can access be set to a user account, so that I can easily restrict which folders they can or cannot use?

Inlcude weekday names along with date in the mobile app
Please include the weekday name along with the date in the WildApricot mobile app. Currently, it displays, "25 Feb 2024". I would like to display it as "Sat, Feb 25, 2024". This would greatly help members using the WildApricot Member App to figure out which weekday an event starts.

Pin edit tools to the top when editing Event details so it doesn't scroll with the text
Please pin the edit tools to the top of the Event details so they don't scroll out of sight when scrolling the details themselves. I'm having to scroll down to select the text, then back up to the top to use the edit tools and then back down to continue editing, and on and on and on.

Prevent members to change their first AND last names
How to prevent members from changing their names (first and last name)? Through "Contacts" we can make the field admin access only to prevent the user from entering their own names. However, this will make the name fields internal fields that can only be seen or edited by an administrator. I prefer members to see their names. When they change their names without administrators' knowledge is a big No-No! Because we have a testing system with first and last names that must be matched.
In addition, I had to set up "Current and Formerly Name (First AND Last Name)" manually…

Add the feature to "Automatically activate a Registration" at a set time.
Currently events must be activated (to allow registration) by manually toggling a slider button. Would be nice to have registrations opened by a set schedule automatically.

QRF code for users to self check-in
We are currently using the Wild Apricot Admin application to check members into events. I understand that users can scan into events using a QRF code from the user app. There should be a way that users can scan themselves into an event. For example, we should be able to create a QRF code that users can scan and be submitted into the attendance?

Total Registrants Count
PLEASE change the total registrants count on the event list view to show # Attendees + # Guests - not the total number of a people attending. At a glance, we need to see how many members have registered, but the current count on this page includes guests lumped into that total. To view the breakdown, we have to click each event then go to the registrants tab. Having it separated on the Events List would be much better!

Auto-Suspend Guests after 3 Events
Membership is not growing, because people say they can just pay $10 more to attend every event. We would like to control event registration to only allow guests to attend 3 times and then suspend them...taking them to a page that tells them the benefits of being a member and encourages them to apply now. This could easily be managed in the Events section using Contact levels. You would need to require a password registration on all public registrations. Yes, there will be a few people that use a different email address to get around it, but this would greatly…
