  1. automatic emails sent by system are not in the email log

    When the system sends an automatic mass email such as a Renewal Reminder to all members, the email sent should be logged in the Email log just like manual mass emails. This would allow us to see if there were any failures in the automatic distribution. We should also have the Resend to Failures functionality to resend to members that did not receive the initial automatic distribution.

  2. Would like to be able to have a history or change log of administrative rights on members

    When we have more than one person with full admin rights we need to be able to trace changes made to other member admin rights.

  3. Sort Voided Invoices by date voided

    It would be beneficial to be able to sort voided invoices by the date/month they were voided. Currently it shows in order of the original invoice date and thus it is necessary to scroll through the whole year to find the invoices that were voided in the current month to insure that they have also been voided in the accounting program.

  4. Archived lapsed member pays their renewal fee and their status remains lapsed instead of becoming active

    We routinely archive lapsed members who do not renew their membership because we are near the limit of our plan. Then weeks or months later, the archived and lapsed member logs in and pays the membership fee. It is an administrative nightmare for us because their membership status does not become active after their payment. The member is angry because they paid and are still lapsed.

    Hi everyone,
    I’m currently administering a multi-chapter organization on WildApricot and running into some challenges with automating processes across chapters while keeping our data and membership statuses in sync. A few specific pain points:
    Is there a way to automatically synchronize membership level changes (and custom field updates) across multiple connected WildApricot sites (e.g., when one chapter promotes a member, all linked records update accordingly)?
    Bonus if anyone has recommendations on:
    Creating a custom API dashboard for multi-chapter performance metrics
    Handling complex renewal workflows with conditional email logic

  6. Accessing a custom system email from outside Wild Apricot

    We have a custom domain and would like to be able to have an email contact us from outside of Wild Apricot using an email address within our custom domain. Possible Options:

    1. Have an option to forward the system "From" email from outside Wild Apricot to the external "Organizational" email.
    2. Setup a separate custom domain email accessible from outside Wild Apricot to forward to the Organization email or some other email.

  8. Sort event registrants list in the Admin app

    In admin app - Events > registrants.
    Web version allows for sorting by alphabetical order, registration date etc. can the same sorting be enabled on mobile app. That would be great!

    I just read that Cloudflare is going to roll out an option to allow web servers to block AI scrapers, in order to protect privacy and IP rights. Can WA employ this service or something similar to protect our content from AI scrapers?

  11. Make unpaid tickets more visible in the Member app

    Under the 'Upcoming' ticket view, if there's a ticket requiring action, eg. payment or partial payment, can a visual icon be shown in the listing page?
    Currently, users (members) will need to go into each individual event to view/check, which is quite inefficient.

  12. Ability to receive forwarded emails sent wildapricot.org

    Okay, this might be a tricky one... We would like to have Wild Apricot able to include other mailing lists in our own mailings. In other words, we send a blast to our members AND to members of a group that we don't control via their list. Unfortunately, that means that the other group has to accept emails from our Wild Apricot account. Those emails are from "ouraccount@wildapricot.org". If we try to sign up to the other mailing list, using that as an email address, we need to be able to confirm that registration.

    When replying to a forum post, the reply page does not show the original post. It would be hugely better to be able to view the various preceding posts when formulating a reply - especially if you are responding to more than one post.

    Your system can automatically issue tax receipts for donations. As a charitable education organization, we need to issue tax receipts for all membership fees. Can this be automated in the same way?

  15. Add a feature to have multiple overdue actions to member levels during renewal

    Many clubs wish to lapse the members on the renewal date yet give them a grace period to renew. In this epriod they remain as lasped members, can receive email communication, can renew their membership but can't register to events as members. A few weeks down the line, as a final overdue action, after this grace renewal period ends, they are suspended.

    currently there is only one overdue action which allows lapsing and/or suspension. There is no way to add this grace period in between to enable most clubs to do what they wish to do.

  16. Events Feature Request.

    1. Simply add an option to Hide/Show the Event Details. The problem this would address is illustrated when one wants to create a recurring event, like our Farmer's Markets... See attachments. Screenshot of the Event on the Website's Calendar shows the looooooong list of occurrences of the event. It's ridiculous.

    2. Add an option to Hide/Show in Upcoming Events. Look at our Upcoming Events.png attachmenet. When something like this happens twice a week, it drowns out the other for Featured Events that we want showcased. For something routine and recurring, we want it just on the calendar for folks to see when…

  17. Option to hide fee for Membership Levels

    Please include a check box to show/hide price on the initial application form for each membership level and when hidden, have the option to replace price with a custom text field (e.g. "fee provided on application"). This can be used for higher priced membership levels that may not want to be presented publicly but can still be channeled through Wild Apricot.

    Ability to track"Paid Members Trends". Example, you have 100 Members, all as Coordinators, they all add a Bundle Mbr, suddenly the way WA shows members in the summary chart, and out on the dashboard, it looks like you have doubled your membership. But no additional revenue was generated when your current members did this. We MUST be able to keep track of our Revenue and Trends, which is largely based on our Paid Memberships across various levels.   19. Requesting Zapier Support for a True "Add Only" Action for Wild Apricot Events

    As an organization that relies heavily on automation to streamline our event management processes, we are longtime users of both Wild Apricot for membership management and Zapier for connecting systems and automating workflows.

    One of the challenges we’ve run into is a limitation in the current Zapier-Wild Apricot integration: Zapier’s “Create or Update Event Registration” action will update an existing registration if one is found, rather than simply adding a new one.

  20. Change default to exclude archived contacts in advanced search

    Change ADVANCED SEARCH to search only current contacts by default. I suspect most searches are run against current contacts and therefore must always use the "NOT ARCHIVED" criteria. This would also solve the problem that there is no way to exclude archived contacts when searching using "ANY of the following criteria".
