    Provide a log of Contacts and Members export activities. This data is highly valued and needs additional protection which would include a log and audit capabilities.

  2. Annual renewal emails for MONTHLY members

    Hi! It would be great to be able to send ANNUAL renewal notifications to monthly members. We have members who signed up to be charged monthly however, the renewal process is still annual. At this point for monthly members, I had to mark the renewal emails to NOT be sent out (so they don't get it every month) and I'll have to manually send out their renewal email every month come next year since members signed up on different months.

    So, love the automatic renewal emails for annual members...just need it for monthly members as well!

  3. Need Option to Select Email Recipients from Filtered List

    When I have a filtered list of unopened emails I would love to have the option of selecting whom I would like to re-send the email to, from that filtered list, versus only being able to send to the entire list.

    For example if there were boxes to the left of each name that would allow you to select desired recipients that would be great. There are times when I have spoken with some of the people that have not opened the email and discussed... Thus, it would not be proper to send them the email again and in order…

  5. Email Event Registrants in Email Section

    Allow event registrants to be added as a list of those you can email outside of the event. I just spent time creating an email to send to registrants of an event, and now I have to go into the event to redo the email to be able to send to registrants. These registrants should automatically show up as a list I am able to select from the contacts/members, etc.

  6. Display photo filename / captions in Slideshow

    It would be amazing if you could add the option to display the photo filename when in the Slideshow Gadget. Also within the Photo Album Gadget instead of, or in addition to the photo tagging option.

  7. Navigation Bar is uneditable

    We use the recommended template for our website by Wild Apricot. Every feature on every page is customizable except for the navigation bar. This is absurd. Its off brand and unfortunately the navigation bar is a prominent feature and totally off brand. Disappointing call with "tech support" who told me that she couldn't help me with any aspect of making this adjustment.

  8. Registration email settings - More granularity

    We would like to have ability to set various registration emails to off/on and to copy various people depending on the message. We currently forward emails that we receive.

    Example of how our work flow works:

    The registration confirmed message requires no action. No need to email to anyone but the attendee. We can easily see who has registered when we look at the event.

    Registration pending takes some follow-up. Be able to send this to the person responsible for this task.

    Registration cancellation. We refund credit card so having this go to the treasurer would be helpful.

  9. Limit the number of Members in a Group

    Ability to limit number of members in a group. We are a Social Organization with approximately 60 groups with activities running year round. Depending upon the activity, there is a limit to the number of people who can be involved... either the activity itself is limited or the venue is limited.

  10. Ability to use "Save Searches" to Restrict Events

    We have a need to have events for groups, such as New Members, Anniversaries 5 year, 10 year etc... We currently have Saved Searches Created to identify those members that quality and should be invited to these types of events.

    However, I cannot restrict the event by Saved Search. I have to make these events visible to the entire organization. I can however, restrict who gets the emails. Members get frustrated have to filter through events that they are not eligible for, or the number of calls I can saying that they can't RSVP.

  11. Select email recipients from a filtered list versus having to send to all

    When I bring up a list of recipients that have not opened a certain email, or when I am sending to a group from a search, I would like to be able to view all that will receive and be able to click on any names that I want and delete them from the list of recipients. (For example, in the case or re-sending an email that was not opened: If I happened to talk to that individual on the phone in the meantime and don't want them in the group I have no way to remove.   12. Store fulfilment emails aren't cc'd to administrator or other system contacts

    In Wild Apricot, the majority of emails are cc'd to the administrator (and other chosen contacts). This helps the admin keep a log of transactions and correspondence.

    The online store cc's some emails to the admin, but is missing the crucial Fulfillment email.

    The fulfilment email also isn't logged in the member's email log. Instead the email template is stored there rather than the actual email sent. i.e. It says Dear {MemberName} rather than the actual name o fat member it was sent to.

  14. Public Roadmap for the next 12 or 24 months?

    We have received a requests to publish Wild Apricot development roadmap:

    "I would however strongly suggest that to be fair to your current customer base, that you publish your tentative development plan of what WA is considering of delivering in the next 12 and 24 months and additionally of any other items in the wishlist if they are still possibly being considered for future delivery or are totally off the list."

    - our current Roadmap is what we are working on now – https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/status/1547997
    Our “Work in progress” list can take us easily up to year to complete and we constantly updating it. Whoever voted for an idea, will automatically receive updates when we update its status

    - we used to publish our roadmap but цуку never able to fully follow it and it always produced tensions from customers following it; the roadmap was always perceived as a a promise even though we kept repeating it was not

    - publishing roadmap requires some place to discuss it; people have different priorities, arguments happen, this all need ongoing moderation = time. We have no special place for it, except this forum – and its already serving this purpose.

    Allow me to run a report of the email blast recipients so that I can see who is NOT receiving the email blast (i.e. they opted out by accident or they do not have an email address, etc.)

  20. archived group members

    We would like to see any 'group member' that has been archived (shown in grey) so we can ask that member to return to the group.
    For instance, high school graduates from 2015. John Doe has not renewed his membership and was archived. His name would currently drop off the '2015 graduates' group list and not be shown. It would be much easier to relocate the missing members if we knew where they belonged and that they were in archives. This is similar to how a bundled member shows up if they've been archived (grey in color).
