Additional Fields on the "Who's Registered" page
Option to surface additional registrant information on the "See Who is Registered" page. Our club has different fleets (groups) that they sign up for, but you can't tell who has signed up for what, only that they signed up.

renewal policy settings
I really need a setting for Renewal Policy of Membership Levels that allows me to say payment does not have to be received before Membership is approved. (as there is in the New Member Application)

Make notations on transactions available
I want to use the mobile app to receive money for merchandise & donations, to renew memberships, to receive reimbursements, and then on occasion to receive payment/check people in at an event. I want to do these things at the same event, and some of them at the same time.
Here's what I need: an ability to make notes on the app so that I can tag what the transaction(s) is for. I would also like for the receipt, either texted or mailed, to have that note. It can be a drop down window that I created before the event,…

Would love some teamsnap type functionality in the app. They don’t have the registration functions but much better communication option with app which is how parents tend to communicate

Add Messaging for members w/restricted e-mails to Android App
I am with the Hoosier Canoe & Kayak Club. Most of our members have restricted their E-mail addresses so that they are not visible to other members or to the public.
With browser based access, I can still Message these people after acesesing their profiles. However, I can not message people who have chosen to hide their e-mail addresses from the Android App.
I would have expected the phone app to mirror the broswer app relative to Member Messaging.

BCC New member information
Our organization has certain Ambassadors that reach out to new members. Our old CRM (Sumac) had the ability to send an email to each ambassador if there was a new member in their area with their basic contact information so that the Ambassador could reach out to them. I would like to have this ability with Wild Apricot.

I would like to have an option to send an automatic reply email to members who check-in to an event.

Email problem on mobile browsers
Tablet browser support for Event Emails:
I use a tablet browser (Chrome or Safari on IOS) for a lot of my admin work. One task I have not been able to do is to send Event emails to saved searches, or any other emails where a pop up window opens to select saved searches. It is not possible to scroll within the pop up window to select searches farther down the list. Perhaps it would be possible to have this pop up open in a new tab instead of the pop up window? Registration Types Should Not be Visible When Disabled
When the Registration is Disabled, it should not show all the Registration Types on the Event list link for Public View. The blue box should not even be there anymore.

Delay Payment When Registering for Events
When setting up an Event, allow payment at the time of registration or X days before the event. If we are holding an off-site event and need 30 days advance notice of headcount, some individuals will not register until a couple of weeks out as they do not want the charge sitting on their credit card for weeks before the event.

Offer discounts in Events
fields in event registration forms must allow negative values as many of the choices our members can make, will actually reduce the base price. We advertise the all-inclusive, all tax price. if they chose to take part of the package out, it is a discount. This should not be difficult. As our board is unsatisfied with this limitation on WA event registration, we will change database providers at the end of the 2019/2020 season if negative amounts are still not possible.

Print a Member Application PRE approval!
Maybe some PRE-release notes so that I know ahead of time what's likely to be broken. I manage two sites, soon to be three, and a little advance notice would be great. Also, stop breaking stuff!!

Multiple Event email notification recipients.
I would like to be able to assign more that one person email notifications for events manually.
We have more than one event coordinator and not all of them want to receive emails for every event registration.1 vote -
Multi locations for members
We need the ability to add multiple locations to a members. Some of our retail members have several locations. Because we have to use contacts for these (and to appear on our website correctly), we have no options for a separate billing email or and owner vs a manager.

I suggest marking this from within the program (list of participants), select e.g. the oral presentation, and send (just) them a targeted email (and vice versa for poster presenters). We currently have to use the export function and from there proceed manually.

Autonomous Event
We have two autonomous Clubs loving Wild Apricot; one in New South Wales and one in Victoria (like being in Ontario and BC).
We jointly hold an annual National event and alternate the organising and the location. I have suggested we use Wild Apricot for this but it would be just for one event a year, and just have it's own (smaller) set of contacts.
It is already bordering on being cost prohibitive paying AUD$5,000 per year for our 2 subscriptions so wondering if there's a way to create a smaller, cheaper WA for just one event??1 vote -
hide store card details for faster checkouts
Create an option to remove or hide the "store card details for faster checkouts" box on payment screen. Allow the site administrator to remove the box from the checkout (if they want to) or keep it the way it is. At the moment the box is not removable and is always an option.
