MULT
Our dragon boat club has members signing up for paddling sessions. The current process is cumbersome when trying to sign up for multiple sessions. Each session requires returning to the calendar and a new selection is then made. Being able to select multiple sessions at one time would be ideal.

add contacts or lapsed members to a member directory
I would like to make a directory of just our contacts. These are the vendors/sponsors that we would like our members to reach out to and invite to our events, hit up for money, etc. But right now we can only have a member directory of members.
I would also like to be able to add lapsed members to the member directory. We have a regional and national network so not all the regional members pay the fee to be in the national network. However, I still want these lapsed members or contacts to show up in our regional member…

Online To Do List for Administrators
Hi, love your software. I have several sites and am getting a number of other administrators to help me out.
I find that I have to keep a list of what I want to teach them, what I want them to learn about or what I need to them to catch up on. Essentially an in-app communication page, like a giant To Do list.

Memory count Word count on emails

Insert link to news item in email
When composing an email it is easy to insert a link to an event - just click on the Link icon and choose from a list of existing events. It would be helpful if you could also choose from a list of news items.

Bundling event bookings
I'd like a facility in Wild Apricot that allows for a person to book event tickets in a bundle - eg, 3 tickets for non-members, 1 ticket for members, then just pay the one payment, not multiple payments. Is that possible?

Renaming a file shows a blank name rather than the existing name.
Renaming a file under Website->Files used to first display the existing name in the entry box. Now when renaming a file it appears blank waiting for a new name. The trouble is I only want to change one letter. Why do I need to re-enter essentially the whole name again. This is disappointing and should retain the original fashion for renaming.

Mass edit of pages attributes
It would be nice to be able to mass-edit pages. For example, having a section of the website(maybe 10+ pages) and the ability to make them public and appear in menus all at once. Similarly, to alter titles all at once and page attributes such as url, child/parent, and access to the page.

Change registration
I run a weekly summer camp using Wild Apricot's events feature. Many times, families (who have already paid) need to make unexpected adjustments and change their plans. There is ZERO reason why I should not be able to choose one of my other weeks -- that I have set up -- and move them seamlessly to another event time slot. This has been going on for 2 years.

Events Title Not Editable
When events appear in the Upcoming Events gadget the title cannot be enlarged and is almost lost on the list. I have gone into Colors & Themes but the title of the event isn't listed for editing. I entered a test event and exchanged the Title for the Location and was able to make the title of the Event more obvious. See attached screenshot, the Jewelry event title was switched with the location field entry. Compared to the second event, Men's lunch the name of the event is much more obvious. Add more options to customize level change
To be able to control renewal setting and the ability to extend renewal date by one additional period for members who are interested in changing their membership level with a specific date.
If a member changes a level prior to July 1st (the specified renewing period),, we should have the ability to be able to extended this property, as this member has already renewed/applied for that level.

QuickAdd Button To Add Members Into Bundle
Hi,
When adding members to a bundle, it would be great to have a QuickAdd button feature to the search window so you could just add their name there instead of having to exit the record.

Slide Show Links page.
You pop up new windows within W.A such as the Slide Show Links page need to either be scalable (make it larger or smaller) or scroll able (scroll bars on the right side).
I am running Foxfire 64 on a Windows 7 SP 1 desk top. When I try to put a caption on a picture in a slide show, I can't because I can't see the "Insert" & "Cancel" buttons at the bottom of the screen. I was told to run Chrome.
