Email problem on mobile browsers
Tablet browser support for Event Emails:
I use a tablet browser (Chrome or Safari on IOS) for a lot of my admin work. One task I have not been able to do is to send Event emails to saved searches, or any other emails where a pop up window opens to select saved searches. It is not possible to scroll within the pop up window to select searches farther down the list. Perhaps it would be possible to have this pop up open in a new tab instead of the pop up window? Registration Types Should Not be Visible When Disabled
When the Registration is Disabled, it should not show all the Registration Types on the Event list link for Public View. The blue box should not even be there anymore.

Delay Payment When Registering for Events
When setting up an Event, allow payment at the time of registration or X days before the event. If we are holding an off-site event and need 30 days advance notice of headcount, some individuals will not register until a couple of weeks out as they do not want the charge sitting on their credit card for weeks before the event.

Offer discounts in Events
fields in event registration forms must allow negative values as many of the choices our members can make, will actually reduce the base price. We advertise the all-inclusive, all tax price. if they chose to take part of the package out, it is a discount. This should not be difficult. As our board is unsatisfied with this limitation on WA event registration, we will change database providers at the end of the 2019/2020 season if negative amounts are still not possible.

Print a Member Application PRE approval!
Maybe some PRE-release notes so that I know ahead of time what's likely to be broken. I manage two sites, soon to be three, and a little advance notice would be great. Also, stop breaking stuff!!

Multiple Event email notification recipients.
I would like to be able to assign more that one person email notifications for events manually.
We have more than one event coordinator and not all of them want to receive emails for every event registration.1 vote -
Multi locations for members
We need the ability to add multiple locations to a members. Some of our retail members have several locations. Because we have to use contacts for these (and to appear on our website correctly), we have no options for a separate billing email or and owner vs a manager.

I suggest marking this from within the program (list of participants), select e.g. the oral presentation, and send (just) them a targeted email (and vice versa for poster presenters). We currently have to use the export function and from there proceed manually.

Autonomous Event
We have two autonomous Clubs loving Wild Apricot; one in New South Wales and one in Victoria (like being in Ontario and BC).
We jointly hold an annual National event and alternate the organising and the location. I have suggested we use Wild Apricot for this but it would be just for one event a year, and just have it's own (smaller) set of contacts.
It is already bordering on being cost prohibitive paying AUD$5,000 per year for our 2 subscriptions so wondering if there's a way to create a smaller, cheaper WA for just one event??1 vote -
hide store card details for faster checkouts
Create an option to remove or hide the "store card details for faster checkouts" box on payment screen. Allow the site administrator to remove the box from the checkout (if they want to) or keep it the way it is. At the moment the box is not removable and is always an option.

Automate Newsletter
Automate the Newsletter. The current set-up of copying/pasting of news,stuffs to the newsletter template is very time consuming. I wish the newsletter could be automated in the system.

Membership Renewal Made Easy
For membership renewal, I want to present a home screen that has a button that says: "If you want to renew your membership, click here" and the website goes to the Membership Invoice screen for the membership they belong to. This screen tells them to pay by check ore pay online and they can do either in the existing scenario.
Instead, I have to provide separate instructions that the member must follow to navigate through the website to renew their membership and THEY ALWAYS GET LOST.
This may be a change in the way you have thought about flow but…

Many people these days use open source (linux based) software. A database export to .ods file type would be greatly appreciated by this community.

multi-day vs. multi-session events
I am a bit confused about the distinction between multi-day and multi-session events. Where would you recommend using one over the other? Also, I don't find a way of creating an event with one multi-day session. If WA supports multi-day events, why not a single multi-day event?

Enhancement for Group Participation Management
Group participation can now be controlled by members during application or profile with a multiple choice drop down box. How difficult would it be to change that to a multiple choice drop down box with extra charge?? Then we could optionally charge for access to certain pages as a second level premium service. Since pages can be restricted by membership level and group participation, why can't you automatically bill for both, without getting an admin involved in assigning group participants? Also, would be good to be able to manage which groups are included in the multiple choice dropdown so ones…

Activate Affinipay Card Reader outside N America
Although we are US based, our annual conference is currently held outside N America. Not being about to use the Affinipay Card Reader outside N America means we cannot take payments at our conference store. Please make this available, as we cannot move to Wild Apricot payments without this feature.

I want to change the reply-to on an email sent from the "Event details" Email "tab" as mentioned in this help topic:
