Online Store: Member 'Credits' System
With the talk of Wild Apricot integrating an online store, I think it would be phenomenal to integrate a 'credits' system as seen in many other membership softwares (including video game subscriptions and self-education learning sites).
The online store could have a totally traditional functionality, with the customer purchasing items in USD, without membership being a necessity.
However, the store items could ALSO be purchased with 'credits'. Members would get a monthly 'allowance' with their site membership (as designated by the site admin). For example, my company is called Torches Academy - I might be selling T-shirts for $20 or 600 credits. Members will get, say 300 credits per month with their Torches Academy membership. After 2 months, a member would have enough credits saved on their account to get a 'free' T-shirt. This could even be integrated to unlock member-exclusive pages and such as well.
I think this is extremely beneficial because it gives the site owners the ability to incentivize long-term memberships. As someone who is running an educational website on WA, it would be absolutely HUGE to be able to moderate the speed that users are downloading my intellectual property. It's not at all a cash grab prospect as much as it is just preventing someone from joining for a month, taking all they can get/view, and canceling. This credit system would do exactly that, and offer site owners new and creative ways to 'trickle out' their website experience and encourage long-term membership.

Mobile admin app - Add an ability to edit Additional Information field for an event.
I would like to edit the Additional Information field from the mobile admin app.

Check boxes to replace radio buttons in events with multiple registration types
For events where multiple registrations are enabled, it would be nice to have check boxes next to the registration types so the user can select multiple versus the radio buttons, as they are now, where they can only select one, go through the entire registration process and then Do it again for the other registrations. It’s not super intuitive to the user that they can register multiple times in this manner. Whereas having the check box option where they can select multiple types in one fell swoop would be so much more user friendly and easy for everyone.

Easier to change months on calendar gadget
Ability to change months on the calendar without reloading the page OR the ability to select a month so that the user only has to deal with one reload in order to move multiple months ahead or back. One reload per month makes this a pain (and next to impossible to handle if the calendar isn't at the very top of the page.)

Allow admins to set display order on member summary
Allow admins to set the display order of member levels on the summary screen. We have to designate member levels with numerical prefixes in order to get them to display in a logical order other than alphabetical. Same issue as was previously corrected on the new member application form and as requested for correction in change-membership-level form.

Automatic emails
I could sure use a list of every action that generates an automatic email and how to turn automatic emails off. Of course, I'd really like a general off switch for all automatic emails.

New Applications Reminders
Would like options to send email Reminders to New Applications that haven't paid their membership dues after X number of days and x number of times to send reminders. After certain period of time, an option to Archive the new application if they haven't paid.
Currently we have to go into the Pending - New invoices and manually send invoices again with text reminding them of dues required.
The Renewal works great with multiple options for reminding members of payment due, don't have the same options with New Applications.

Event check in at session level
In event registration, adding the ability to check registrants in that session level is critical to achieve the full functionality of having sessions.

VIEW ALL option on logs and lists
It would be very useful to have an option for VIEW ALL for logs and lists. Having to page through any list 50 at a time is cumbersome, especially when you look at one and by default it takes you back to page one, rather than where you were. VIEW ALL would let us scroll for faster review.

Change a Registration
One cannot change a registration on the website so the mobile app parallels functionality. I signed up for the training ride, made my registration private. I went onto the website to remove myself and all I can do is email admin for a change.

Mobile Member App - Restrict Member Level ACCESS
New App for Members could be used by our organization IF I can restrict which LEVELS of Memberships could ACCESS the App. Two of our Member Levels are NOT allowed to see All profile fields of the Owners. Currently, it's ALL Members or NO Members. We need a selection criteria under Allow application for members. Surely we aren't the only organization with this issue.

Member app shows profile details in the same way as web version, with respect to field visibility settings and level of current user permissions.Wild apricot allows to restrict field visibility to the following:
– show to anybody
– show to members only
– don’t show to othersCurrently neither web version nor mobile app could restrict fields visibility to specific level.

opening time choices
I would like to have a choice of opening times. At the moment it is set for midnight and it is not very practical for people who work and can't stay up. There should be a choice.

Quicker sign up
An option to make sign up for an event easier when done through a browser. Currently you you need to load 4 separate pages in order to sign up for an event, even if you are already logged in. It would be helpful if everything (email, signup form, participant type etc.) could be shown on a single page, cutting down on loading time and number of clicks.

Mobile admin app - Add a rich formatting editor for the Description field
To edit the Description field from the Mobile admin app, the text contains the font and format tags. This is not user friendly, especially for a non-techie.

I split your suggestion into two topics. The one about editing Additional Information field I presented here:

Reoccuring Invoices for Vendor Sponsorship renewals
I would like to request an enhancement request for invoicing.
We are a non-profit information security organization (local chapter of ISSA) and every year I have to manually create an identical invoice for each vendor that sponsors up.
The enhancement I would like to recommend is:
Reoccuring invoices. This would create a new invoice 12 months after the last one, give me the ability to review it, and send it out to the vendor. And/Or
The ability to clone an existing invoice. This would allow me to take an invoice I sent last year and clone it. It would receive a new invoice number but would already have the contact information and the description and pricing completed.

Waitlist for Memberships
Our club needs to maintain a waitlist for membership as we have a membership cap. The current way to work around this is to have a membership type waitlist which doesn't work very well.
It would be nice to see a waitlist for each membership type.

Option to override required fields
Add override to allow account to be created without name or email. We are using the bundle and registered members as organizations rather than individuals. There are a number who do not have an email account and Wild Apricot does not allow us to create or update their record without these fields.

Separate ID # from Organization Name in QB Export
I would like to recommend separating the identifier number for each member from organization name in exports to Quick Books. The identifier does not allow for alphabetizing of organizations or ready merging with accounts that exisit in QB.

Control how many blog posts are displayed by Blog gadget
Currently, as I understand it, the stock Blog gadget displays up to 10 posts. I'd like the ability to choose how many posts to keep displayed on the root Blog Page. (Others seem to have asked for something similar but referencing the Recent Blog Posts gadget rather than the Blog gadget itself.)
