Check boxes to replace radio buttons in events with multiple registration types
For events where multiple registrations are enabled, it would be nice to have check boxes next to the registration types so the user can select multiple versus the radio buttons, as they are now, where they can only select one, go through the entire registration process and then Do it again for the other registrations. It’s not super intuitive to the user that they can register multiple times in this manner. Whereas having the check box option where they can select multiple types in one fell swoop would be so much more user friendly and easy for everyone.
Not sure how to convince WA to add this option. This is a need and our members are suffering from the limitations with multiple choice selections
We would like an easier way to have multiple Event Ticket Types - where a member can go in and buy X number of tickets at $35 and X number of tickets at $10l. And have it count toward the total event cap. We have limited number of space due to the Fire Marshall - so it's extremely important to have an accurate attendee account. It's almost like a checkout cart feature. We want to have people pay on line. Now they have to run their credit card multiple times for an event instead of once.
This is a great idea and I would take it a step further: instead of checkboxes, it would be nice to have a text-box that takes a number next to each registration type, in case someone needs to register two of the same ticket type, e.g. 2 at an adult rate and 1 at a child rate.
