Complete Offline Event Management -Start to Finish
We run an event weekly in the middle of a forest with about 40-60 attendees, no internet signal is available, wifi or 3/4/5G. As a result, we can't use the event management tool for these events. Attendees expect to be able to turn up and register, so pre-registration is not a workable solution.
The desired solution; I believe that via the app, we should be able to cache our organization's database with existing members/contacts and capture new guests as they turn up. Once the connection is re-established, the captured data: registrations and check-ins are uploaded?

Newsletter Template/Great Service
The newsletter templates are difficult to use as there are always issues with spacing, sizing of photos & type formatting. It would be great if you'd invest in making the newsletter templates easier to use. On a positive note, I was fortunate to talk with Chalini Vallepuram in your Service Dept., and she was incredibly helpful. She's a gem. Thank you for the great service!

Use profile info to populate event registration fields
We have a closed group (members only). We limited event registrations to 1 per account.
The problem is there is no way to turn off the editing of names. This means one person can register someone else for an event.
We can turn off the names for events, but we want the names, as this would leave us only with an email address.
When someone clicks "register" for an event, we would like it to pull their profile name and birthday and populate those spaces on the event registration form. We don't even care if the boxes still appear, as long as it is NOT editable.
The check box in question seems to be "Multiple registrations: Disable for same contact, guests still allowed"
Why is there no option to turn off "guess still allowed"??
Please make this change! =D

Stop automatically extending renewal dates when membership levels are changed
We have a bunch of different membership levels, and we occasionally have to change members from one level to another. Why on earth would someone in WA design think it was a good idea to automatically change the renewal due date if this happens?
I'm flattered to think the designers believed us users are so perfect that we could never enter the wrong level by mistake and then have to change it after the fact, but that happens. And when we make the correction, a year is added from current date.
We also have members who were in bundles until the administrator decides to have them removed; if we want to keep in touch with these people, we have to change their membership level to individual, and hey presto, they are automatically extended for a year from current date even though they aren't renewing. This is especially vexing if the membership is being renewed after lapsing.
Fix this, please!

Website Pop-Up Opt-in Featrure
It would be great if WA offered a Pop-Up Opt-In Form on their website builder feature. This would help grant permission from prospective members to authorize your obtaining their email address, oppose to sending them emails without permission.

Zip+4 Lookup and USPS Address Validation
Our society sends materials using a bulk mailing permit. Each addressee in such a mailing must have a zip+4 address code. Currently, we are looking these up manually as we enroll new members, a process that is cumbersome.
The USPS publishes an API which allows access to USPS zip+4 data and a means to clean addresses as well. We would like automated access to this data (i) to correct addresses submitted by new members either by mail or via online enrollment through PayPal.
There should be two means to start the process: (i) a button next to the zip code field; (ii) an additional method for the "approve button" when the application of a new member is accepted.
Please feel free to contact me either by direct email (htfairfax@yahoo.com) or by cell (703-861-9504) with any questions. Thank you for considering this request.

Custom landing page for groups
Just like there is an ability to assign a custom landing page for membership levels, it would be beneficial to configure a custom landing page for groups.

Hyperlink New Members in last 7 and 30 Days to List of Members
The membership lists include how many new members in the last 7 and 30 days, but those numbers are not linkable and thus I do not necessarily know who the new members are. Is there a way? Can those numbers in the Overview be hyperlinked to quickly see the new members?

Include Domain Registration and Email Hosting to Plans
Especially with the pretty sizable jump in pricing, it would sure be nice if Wild Apricot would allow a single-source for all of our website needs. What I would like to see is that through Wild Apricot they would offer DNS Domain Name Registration AND to also offer email hosting that all ties in to our site. This would allow me to quit paying someone else each year for domain renewals and email hosting. I would love it to be a full one-stop-shop.

Remove verbiage “to change your registration contact an administrator” when the registration cancellation function is enabled
The verbiage “to change your registration, contact an administrator” still appears when someone goes into an event looking to cancel so they don’t scroll down further to the place where they can actually cancel and just automatically email an administrator when they have the ability to do it themselves it is just confusing.

Convert a simple event to an advanced event
It would be nice to have the ability to convert a simple event to an advanced event if you start a simple event and realize you need the advanced functionality of the advanced event. Sometimes it’s chosen mistakenly or sometimes you realize you need more functionality and it would be nice

Enhance multiple answer fields export
WISH LIST: For our events, participants can register for up to 10 "items" on a single registration. When I export the information, all the "items" appear in a single cell. It would be helpful if all the items they skipped had blank cells, and the items they selected had a notation. This is VERY IMPORTANT to me.

Make lists accessible in full, not in groups of 50
Can you please make the contact and member list available all on one page? It is extremely tedious to have to click between pages, especially because every time you look at one name and then go back to the list, it goes back to the beginning of the list, instead of to where you just were! I can't believe this is not a feature yet. Thank you

Available Period under Registration Types
In Help & Support, under "Event Registration Available Period" it is important to tell users that this function appears under Event Details until two or more Registration Types are created. Thereafter, the Event REgistration Available Period can only be changed by editing the Registration Type.

Allow Online Store to cater for facility booking
Hi, the new Online Store is a greatly welcomed feature! Could it be expanded to include a facility booking feature, with integrated calender for venue availability? We have several meeting rooms on our premises open for member reservations. Thanks!

Webinars for Asian time zones
I see a lot of emails about webinars that look great, but have I missed the posts about webinars that run at reasonable times for WA users in the Australian time zone (+8 hrs - +11 hrs with DST)). How about running some for us so we don't have to get out of bed so early?

We need to do an inclusive search
Our group is collaborating with another nonprofit on a project. We need to send emails to a select group of emails e.g. we are targeting certain companies. We know the @company email addresses we want to target. The way the current search works, it is exclusive rather than inclusive. You can tell it who not to include in the search, but now who to include. When you have a large database, it is too hard to find all of the emails NOT to include.
