We need an integrated Pot Luck sign up for Events. We are a social club and have several groups where you have to sign up for what dish you are bringing or whether you are bringing appetizer or dessert. Currently we are using Perfect Potluck.com and like how it works but members get messed up moving to the separate site to register and when cancellations occur, someone has to remember to go cancel the dish registration. email if I can help in any way with more information.

Opt in status
HI Further to my enquiry on ticket 180586, we feel that once we have set all out members for the Opt In as Undefined that the subscriptions should be set as unticked ie switched off, or we should have an option to switch off. Also when Members first set up a Profile they cannot access this page from the set up. This means we have to get Members to go back into their profile to deal with the opt-in status. A 2 step approach is messy and creates more work than a 1 step approach.

Different dues levels for various times of the year
I am the founder/CEO of my nonprofit and we are a subordinate organization of a Parent level organization (i.e. we are a detachment of our National headquarters). National sets our dues rates, for the most part, and they vary by times of the year. Prorating dues (which I know is an option in Wild Apricot) won't seem to work unless I am missing something.
To see how our dues work:
Sept 1 - Last day of February: = $35.00
Mar 1 - Aug 30th: = $25.00If there could be a feature added to Wild Apricot to handle this type of dues this would be ideal. If not we will have to charge the $35.00 dues all year long and reimburse new members as they sign up during the Mar 1 - Aug 30th timeframe.
Any thoughts or ideas, or help in any way would be appreciated.

Store: Format the text in the item description box
Can we have the ability to format the text in the description box?

POLLS FOR EVENTS
We are doing a survey on a recent event and it seems I can't just send to event attendees.
I'd love to be able to select the list from either all, member level, groups or events.
This will save me having to create a group for an event just for the polls.
Can you please add this???

Hide a registration field
An option to hide a registration field on an event form so it still exists but cannot be selected by registrants.

Recurring emails
I have emails that I send out monthly. A recurring email feature would be wonderful.

It is not possible now, however it is possible to duplicate email draft as many times as you need and schedule each of them to specific date.

Put event registration list on the event details page
Put the event registration list on the same page as the event details. There's no reason why they are on different pages. This would make it much easier for organizers and attendees to see who's attending an event without all the extra clicks.

We need a way to create a report to show Contacts who have pulled themselves out of Archive in the past month? I REALLY need to be able to detect these folks so I can followup and not have them counted as a contact if they don't renew. Currently I'm removing their email but then this causes another issue with those that want to renew down the road and we end up with double contacts. I asked support and was told "there is no such functionality".

Sorting out registrants by first-last names
Would it be possible to add a feature to sort out the list of registrants for an event in first name - last name, instead of the reverse as it is currently the case?
This is when using the App on iPhone.

Sponsors Registrations
Please add a Sponsorship Module. We sell sponsorships and Wild Apricot does not have a feature that tailors to that offering. We need to collect logos and attendee names. Your current event form does not allow for file uploads or the ability to add attendee names that have a limit (i.e. 4 tickets for Silver level, 8 tickets for Gold, etc.).

Simple Event - delete Maybe option
Add an option for Simple Events that does not include "Maybe" as a valid response. Most of the time, we need a YES or a NO.

Link Membership Registrations with Store Merchandise
Key in optional store items to membership registrations (new and renewals). For instance, if someone completes a registration form, and it's paid, a cap or t-shirt order is placed into the Store (paid) with a reference back to the registration.

List of Events by Event Organizer
It would be great to be able to view all events that were organized by a particular member in:
a) the admin panel (Contacts>[Member]>Events)
b) a personal profile
c) a public profile, if the Member chooses
d) via a gadget (e.g. events calendar with organizer filter)This way admins can easily view suborganizations' event activity, and other members can easily find events hosted by a particular suborganization.

Including the recipient list on the draft email log
I would like to be able to see the recipient list name (so the saved search I guess) on the draft emails so that it's easy to pick out which one is which if you've got several on the go.

Member app. Ability to change the sort criteria for a member directory
Add an ability to sort our member director by a different contact field. We have a number of members who are organizations (not individuals) and I would like those to be sorted by the company name rather the primary point of contacts last name.

Storefront: show regular price to visitors, special price to members
We have been looking into using the new storefront.
Something that I mentioned to one of your tech reps was the issue of showing MSRP and Member pricing on each product.
The main problem is that you will find many suppliers have MAP pricing which is the minimum you are allowed to advertise their product online. We and probably other people using your sites, offer some items at a better discount than MAP to some of our member levels so this is an issue. Showing only MSRP to the general public would solve this issue. And then if possible show both prices only to members. A possible discount per member level would be helpful also.
At this stage, we can only use the interface for things like Tee-Shirts.We have been looking into using the new storefront.
