Sponsors Registrations
Please add a Sponsorship Module. We sell sponsorships and Wild Apricot does not have a feature that tailors to that offering. We need to collect logos and attendee names. Your current event form does not allow for file uploads or the ability to add attendee names that have a limit (i.e. 4 tickets for Silver level, 8 tickets for Gold, etc.).

oftentimes vendors will buy a table or a team and invite customers or other employees--check in would be much easier with the ability to have a number of tickets under 1 registration that the purchaser could update before the event as they fill out their team or table.

I agree and have asked for this for several years in one wish list or another.

I agree this is a need.

I agree with this need. To get around this we sell the sponsorship as an event (company registration) and then set up a secondary event for rep registration. We customize each company's registration type to set the max number of attendees with a specific passcode. It works - tedious. But it means we don't have to track manually.

I'm definitely on board with this idea. Each of our conferences has the delegate side of things, and the exhibitor/sponsor side. Contorting the registration system in Wild Apricot to work with sponsors is somewhat difficult.
A couple of aspects that would make life easier would be to separate the person doing the registration/contact person, from those actually attending the conference, as often it's the marketing or admin person doing the registration. They want the emails and invoice, but won't actually be attending.
Also the ability to limit the amount of attendees limited per sponsorship level would be fantastic.

I could not agree more. I have asked for this feature many years ago too. It is so time -consuming having to manually track all this with sponsors in emails.
