This will allow us to communicate specifically to each of registrants with important information for their specific registration type. (Exhibitors vs. Sponsors, vs. Attendees, Vvs Speakers vs. Board Members vs. Guest vs. Members vs. different types of memberships, blah blah blah Thank you!
An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedPlease add customized registration options for each registration type with customized event confirmations for each type of registration. There is so much involved in an event registration for conventions and conferences.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI agree and have asked for this for several years in one wish list or another.
An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI could not agree more. I have asked for this feature many years ago too. It is so time -consuming having to manually track all this with sponsors in emails.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI agree this is needed. The information needed to convey in our event confirmations differ depending on your registration type. Thus manual emails outside the system have to be sent back and forth.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedWe should not have to pay extra to third-party for "custom themes". You need some current theme layouts/responsive. I will go to a separate are to talk about your events module and provide you again with some suggestions. that needs some attention. Thanks
An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedNeed to have more responsive template options with crisp appearance, sliders, high quality imaging.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI agree 100%. I just posted something similar in a new wish list before I saw your post. I have like 12-15 event types when in reality it could be downsized to 3
Attendee
Exhibitor
Sponsorfrom there you should be able to add choices (sub category of registration types or drop down to choice (free or additional cost)
1. Attendee (seen by use as a registration type)
a.Full conference ticket (mouse over)
-Member (mouse over)
-.Non Member (mouse over)
b. Exhibit Hall Only
-Member (mouse over)
-.Non Member (mouse over)
2. Exhibitor
-8x10 space
-member
-non member
10x10
-member
-non member10 x 10

-non-member
3. Sponsorship
-Platinum

-Bronzeit looks messy, confusing to the user, time consuming to the admin, not efficient.
I could even break it down more but that might be too much to ask for. But I wish there were a way that when someone purchases a sponsorship you could set the system up to allow for the "free" exhibit space that comes with that particular leve they purchased. I have to enter them as a donor then enter them as a contact, then enter them as an exhibtor. export all donors and exhibitors to make sure I didn't miss anyone that gets a booth, and then in a spreadsheet sort by booth size, sort by level of sponsorship, assign a booth number and on and on it goes.
LASTLY REALLY WISH there was a way to incorporate membership in sponsorship. We give certain level of sponsors free or 50% off on membership. We have membership drives where we say join or renew now and get into the event for free. that is a complete nightmare to set up and track.
Hope we get a lot of likes so wild apricot will enhance to make some of these things easier for us admins

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI would love to be able to create less registration types and have the option of adding more drop down choices to a single registration type. for example:
Exhibit Booth Space Rental
-Member
-8x10 space
-10 x 20 space
-Non-Member
-8x10 space
-10 x 20 spaceWith conventions and tradeshows there are so many items to sell that when you go to the event page it looks silly and confusing and messy with 12-15 different registration types when in really could be downsized to 3
1. Attendee Registration
2. Exhibit Booth Space Rental
3. Sponsorshipand from these 3 top tiers I would like to be to add as many options to the registration process for the user to be able to select from.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedAlso we need to be able to create the invoice for the sponsor and run effective reports
An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedSure. go to my donation page for this client www.nyamb.org I had to set it up as Annual Sponsorship Program as I manage non-profit 501c6 trade associations who typically offer sponsorship not take donations. When a new sponsor signs up they go to the sponsorship page (aka donation page) and select the level as I have it set up. However their is no invoice created that I can see. Just a receipt of the payment. Invoices need to be created, reoccurring payments or renewals on sponsorship should be able to be set up without adding "sponsor" as a membership type.

An error occurred while saving the comment Edie Tella commentedI've used word press event modules for smaller clients which allows admin to set up speakers, headshots, bio's, program details, etc all within the built in module templates. In Wild Apricot I do not see any of this. I have to build separate pages and links which is very time consuming. A convention or conference with sponsors, general sessions, exhibit hall is very different set up than that of a small event. Not to mention CEU tracking for members. The event description box is not adequate to lay it all out in especially if you are looking to incorporate pictures & graphics. All these are great modules and enhancements that I wish your product could offer. I use wild apricot for three different clients. I am in the process of researching & demoing other products like yourmembership.com and membersuites and could let you know some feedback from there as well. Thanks for your time.

Also customized confirmations for each registration type is needed.
