Autonomous Event
We have two autonomous Clubs loving Wild Apricot; one in New South Wales and one in Victoria (like being in Ontario and BC).
We jointly hold an annual National event and alternate the organising and the location. I have suggested we use Wild Apricot for this but it would be just for one event a year, and just have it's own (smaller) set of contacts.
It is already bordering on being cost prohibitive paying AUD$5,000 per year for our 2 subscriptions so wondering if there's a way to create a smaller, cheaper WA for just one event??1 vote -
Make all custom form field types available for donation form, i.e. File attachment
All of the field types that are available for custom membership form fields should be available for custom donation form fields. Currently, some of the field types are not available.

hide store card details for faster checkouts
Create an option to remove or hide the "store card details for faster checkouts" box on payment screen. Allow the site administrator to remove the box from the checkout (if they want to) or keep it the way it is. At the moment the box is not removable and is always an option.

Read-only permission to access files and more
Make a change to administrative features to allow viewing of everything in the admin backend without being able to make any changes. Including viewing and downloading files.

Please consider integrating the whatsapp application to the system. This is one way of communicating to the members directly to their phones.

Automate Newsletter
Automate the Newsletter. The current set-up of copying/pasting of news,stuffs to the newsletter template is very time consuming. I wish the newsletter could be automated in the system.

Profile Printing
Good afternoon. Since the changes to screens the print icon is no longer at the top right hand side near support options. I require the members info to be printed for signing by our CEO. As administrator I use to be able to do this. Control P does not print all info.

Add the ability for the administrator to charge a member's card w/o the member's involvement
Add the ability for the administrator to charge a member's card w/o the member's involvement. This would be very useful for a number of things 1) Charge members for consumables they use such as office supplies, snacks, etc. 2) Register members for events at the front desk over the phone without them logging in. 3) Charge member subscriptions at a higher membership rate when they change levels 4) Adjust all member subscriptions to a higher level to account for inflation.

Allow members and the public to view certificates of candidates which are recognized affiliates to an organization
Good Day. May I recommend a Certification module that can work just like the membership card module. This will be beneficial to organisation that want to send documented proof of a candidate's membership or affiliation. One which includes a digital signature.

Allow larger pictures in member fields
While you can add pictures as a member field, the images are too small to be of any real use. (110x110?) Please increase the image size limit. Other files up to 20mb can be uploaded, why not a picture of usable size?

Membership Renewal Made Easy
For membership renewal, I want to present a home screen that has a button that says: "If you want to renew your membership, click here" and the website goes to the Membership Invoice screen for the membership they belong to. This screen tells them to pay by check ore pay online and they can do either in the existing scenario.
Instead, I have to provide separate instructions that the member must follow to navigate through the website to renew their membership and THEY ALWAYS GET LOST.
This may be a change in the way you have thought about flow but my suggestion is easier for the end user. I can't believe the other 20+ chapters in California that use this website don't want the same thing.
Please get back to me soon, our membership drive begins in September.

Many people these days use open source (linux based) software. A database export to .ods file type would be greatly appreciated by this community.

The current mapping of WA User to WordPress Role is a little 'monolithic'. It would be great if the WA plugin provided a capability to map WA Users to WordPress Roles with greater granularity.
In wp-admin > Settings > Wild Apricot Login, add the ability to map WA Users to WordPress Roles based on a set of logic patterns:
Map WA User to WordPress Role = value if:
- has 'Membership Level' = value, and/or
- is member of 'WA Group' = value, and/or
- 'Status' = value, and/or
- etcThis would provide from a simple need, example: map all Users to the Role 'Subscriber' to combinations more complex. Note: WordPress supports multiple roles.

Allow different membership levels for bundle
I have business owners that own different business types which also have different membership fees. Bundle Administrators (Owners) should be able to have any type of member types assigned to them. They do not have multiple email address which is currently required. Also as a Bundle Administrator, I have to assign them personally as a member type that associates with the business type which then the system wants to charge them for. They are paying for the registered business they are the BA for. This has caused issues.

multi-day vs. multi-session events
I am a bit confused about the distinction between multi-day and multi-session events. Where would you recommend using one over the other? Also, I don't find a way of creating an event with one multi-day session. If WA supports multi-day events, why not a single multi-day event?

Donations shown on page
It would be nice to allow individual donations to show up ON the donation page. When someone does a charity run there is usually a way to donate and also post a message of support. This encourages others to do the same. Of course you can always choose to donate anonymously but most don't.

Available views to Admins
Our site is restricted to members only, except for the initial landing page, where they can request to join us. When and Admin is logged in, and clicks on "Public View" - it actually shows the MEMBER View, not the true public view. The true Public View would only list the Home Page... So I have to keep logging out totally, in order to see the true Public View. Need THREE views: Admin, Member, and Public....

Enhancement for Group Participation Management
Group participation can now be controlled by members during application or profile with a multiple choice drop down box. How difficult would it be to change that to a multiple choice drop down box with extra charge?? Then we could optionally charge for access to certain pages as a second level premium service. Since pages can be restricted by membership level and group participation, why can't you automatically bill for both, without getting an admin involved in assigning group participants? Also, would be good to be able to manage which groups are included in the multiple choice dropdown so ones not included, need to be managed by the admin and not the membr.

recurring payments message
We need an option to remove "No automatically recurring payments" line from the membership (join, renew) forms if we are not using that form of payment. This is confusing to people and may cause them to abandon the process if they fear there may be recurring payments. If I try to remove this with CSS, it merely removes everything, including the description of the membership level, which is undesirable.
