Attendee Self Check in for Continuing Ed
We submit continuing education credits so the ability for attendees to check themselves in with an electonic signature disclosure via the app or website for events would be helpful.

Deposit for Events
We offer expensive classes that we would like the ability to take a deposit to reserve a spot in the class. We would need the ability to set up an event - say $1000 and take a $100 deposit initially and then pay the $900 at a later time.

Force acceptance of waiver at renewal
We need members to accept our waiver every year.
We. We’d a way to force this for renewals. We may have to switch away from wild apricot if we cannot did a way to get this to work with wild apricot.
Competitor system can include waivers as part of the renewal process. When the members are renewing, a note can be provided reminding them to “Please update your waiver”. There will be a provided “box” that when checked off, the waiver is updated. If the check box is not checked off, the renewal process will stop.

add registrant without system crashing.
I would like to simply be able to add a registrant to my events without it spinning and me having to conact my students to register themselves if they are not computer savvy.

I can't find new applications
When someone applies for membership I receive an email notice that at application has been filled out. However when I go into the database I can't find it or see it anywhere. Does a place exist to view the application or if it doesn't Wild Apricot needs to create this place.

Food selection option at the time of purchase or RSVP
At the time of RSVP or purchase of ticket we need to be able to have people select between food options or other options that need to be selected.

Save help articles as favorites
It would be nice if we could save help articles as favorites for easy reference. I don't see a way to do that now.

excluding from emails
For event announcement emails, an ability to remove those who may have responded as "not attending" (when you don't use the "not attending" button and they have responded outside the system). For example, send the announcement emails to all those not registered to an event as per the current version of the software but also exclude others from the list that you can select through tick off boxes so it doesn't go to those who have outside the system indicated they are not attending.

Print Multiple member receipts at 1 time
REEAAAALLY wish we could print all receipts based a search criteria.. I'm having to currently print 1800 receipts 1 account at a time.. =(

Fix the membership email templates.
I am editing and preparing my renewal email notices for our membership renewals. When reviewing the drafts, two things are very disturbing. The renewal dates is wrong on the template and I have no clue where in that membership level and price is pulled from. We have nothing of the like. I would appreciate it if you would figure out what the bug is in the system, and get it fixed ASAP. My renewal notices will be going out within a week.

Member Oriented Mobile App Page
You need two separate your admin mobile app and member mobile app pages. My members are confused by seeing both because you're still advertising Wild Apricot as a service. I want to point them to a page that is member focused.
Some of my elderly members get confused when I point them to your https://www.wildapricot.com/mobile-app page because you have "Try It Free for 30 Days" emblazoned in the menu. Even though you state that the mobile app is free, they see the big yellow button and then ask me if they have to pay for the app after 30 days.

Customizable Event registrant export templates
We are required to submit event attendance lists (for continuing education credits) to our higher headquarters.
It would be nice to be able to have available a saved configuration for the Export registrants menu, so we could quickly generate this report. And it would be even better if we could specify the order of the fields, so that importing into our organization's required spreadsheet would be very simple2 votes -
European Payments (Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Payconiq, ...)
We really need a better integration for European payment systems like (Maestro, Bancontact, Ideal, Payconiq, ...) either by AffiniPay or Stripe, our current provider
Stripe support these payment systems, we consider leaving the wildapricot platform for this reason !

customize the from line
My nonprofit holds recruitment events in private homes. When we send invitations to these hosted events, we'd like the "From" line to be that hostess's name, as we've had much more success with invitations from the hostess, rather than from our organization. Is it possible to customize the "From" line in emails? Much like in an Evite.

Change a Blog author
Blogs - it would be good to be able to change the author of a blog. I function as the editor and post the blog but I am not the author. My work around is putting the author's name at the top of the post, but it would be better if I did not appear as the author. Could you change so that we could input the author's name OR change the word author to editor? Thanks

Speed up mapping Gadget
Speed up the mapping widgit.
The mapping widgit is so slow to resolve the markers that it isn't going to be useable for us. We only have 300 members but it takes minutes to resolve. We tried segmenting the locations to make the searches faster but it's still too slow.

Search products
Please consider:
In the products portion of the store there needs to be a way to search for products. This could be accomplished by either the tags used for the catague displays or by meta words used in the product name description. I'm sure there are other options as well.
Using ctrl F, is not user friendly, but is better than nothing.4 votes -
overpayment
Event registrants need to be able to apply overpayments on an account (such as created when they cancel an event registration after payment) to a new registration. Currently, they can see the overpayment until they register for a new event, at which time the small on-screen overpayment notice disappears. Ideally, they should be prompted "Would you like to apply your account credit balance (overpayment) to this invoice?" and be able to pay any remaining invoice balance via the online payment method.
