For event announcement emails, an ability to remove those who may have responded as "not attending" (when you don't use the "not attending" button and they have responded outside the system). For example, send the announcement emails to all those not registered to an event as per the current version of the software but also exclude others from the list that you can select through tick off boxes so it doesn't go to those who have outside the system indicated they are not attending.
