Disable Address Requirement on WildApricot Payments
When credit cards are processed in person using the Affinipay Mobile Swiper and the Admin app, the credit card billing address should not be required as the "Card Present" is verification enough, in addition to the input of the CCV.
Today, the platforms requires the billing address for all credit cards, with no requirement to turn that off. However, Affinipay does not require this for cases where credit card is present for the transaction. The organization should have the opportunity to disable this setting.
We process guest fees to our events as well as raffle ticket sales. The billing address requirement is a barrier as event attendees will not want to enter billing address for a $5 or $10 charge. This is made worse by some attendees previously having entered an address when performing an online payment, but that value does not pre-populate, forcing them to enter billing address or experience a declined card transaction.
At the very least, an organization should be able to disable the billing address for a card present transaction, but also should be given the option to disable for online transactions if so desired, and/or force zip code only (on both the above requirements).

Editing subject line and body in templates. Go back to the way it was
Please update the system so that when one clicks 'edit' on a template, that includes being able to edit the Subject line. The name 'template' highlights that this is a base document that is used for various purposes, e.g. a Meetings template is used for each meeting, but the Subject will be different each time. It's a new thing that the Subject doesn't appear in the editing mode and it's most annoying. I keep sending out emails with old Subject lines because I edit the content and then forget about the Subject. A bit of consideration, please, for those of us who want to edit both the Subject and the Body simultaneously. Thanks. Susie Pilkington IBC NSW

Checklist
It would be great if there was a checklist version of the member list for meetings. When we print the list it has sensitive financial information we do not want showing when people are checking in.

"Pay What you Want" Membership Payment Option
I'm running Wild Apricot for a non-profit that allows people to pay as or what they can for their membership. I'd like to see a type of "Sliding Bar" membership payment option where people can choose how much they want to pay for their membership.

E-mail Blast ALL Members - Including anyone who Unsubscribed
When we do our membership renewals, occasionally, we want to send out additional reminders or clarifications. This will only reach those who remain subscribed to our newsletters and weekly updates. Anyone who chose to unsubscribe will not receive these e-mails. Obviously, system e-mails still reach all of the members.
There should be a feature where the ADMIN can CHOOSE to e-mail everyone (checked box) even those who unsubscribed. This comes with the understanding if you abused it, you risk your members complaining about too many e-mails. Regardless, I think you should have the ability to reach out to everyone if it is an important organization announcement versus some "regular newsletter".

Reset Unsubscribe Preferences
As a club organization, I would like to annual require our members decide if they want to remain unsubscribed to our e-mails. All to often, we get members who "complain" they missed an event (acknowledge they unsubscribed) but forgot they had and wish they could be "reminded" that they unsubscribed. As a club, we dictate the rules, so it would not be an issue notifying unsubscribe preferences are reset annually. In any event, I think there should be an easy way to reset those preferences.

public directory
Public Member Directory Disconnect
By default all our members will not appear in the public member directory until they chose to change their settings. This has proved to be a problem. When leaving “Show in public directory” editable by member and they check yes, their listing will appear as “view details” with no info until they ALSO change their privacy setting to indicate what is to be shown. Even when including instruction to go to their privacy settings to select what should be seen, this does not happen. And, under privacy settings you can select some fields to be shown and can leave “Show in public directory” at “No access” and it has no effect to the same field name within member profile. I have 2 suggestions: In profile leave this editable by member and when they chose yes, they cannot complete this selection until changing their privacy to select what is to be shown OR do not allow this field to be editable within profile; just through privacy settings. I have been with Apricot for years and initially do not remember such a field to be available to members under their profile.Public Member Directory Disconnect

Record event registration - search by tag
I use events to schedule people picking up products they have purchased. These are events that people are registered for by an Admin, they never register themselves. I start at the member record and go to the Events tab. Then I use the "Record event registration" button to select which event to register them for. I have hundreds of events to scroll through. I would like to be able to search by tag.

increasing member level invoice detail (transparency)
Currently member invoices have one fixed price, in our scenario the total sum due is made up from 5 components which can vary from year to year, to get the total price. i.e. gold member = $100 ( $30 sub, $40 levy, $5 levy, $5 levy, $20 levy ). levies are all mandatory.
Rather than use the work around of extra membership charges via membership fields, I feel this (1) should be included within the membership level editor? (2) I don't believe it is very robust and have concerns re retrospectively activating this and it not working?
The final invoice might look like;
Gold Member $30
Levy A $40
Levy B $5
Levy C $5
Levy D $20Total: $100

More Donation Receipt Email Options
The only two options are Payer and Organization Contact. Typically you would want at least a Treasurer or other Account Administrators to be notified of a donation transaction. Add additional email options (or CC field).

Make event guest name visible when they are a Member
Make the names of event guests visible on the "public" view of the Calendar. Currently only the name of the member doing the registration shows up, even if their "guest "is a registered Member ( usually a spouse), the guest name does not appear, simply the mention "+1 guest".

Improve Member Summary Data
The member summary list provides very misleading data during the membership renewal period. I know there is a lapse option but we tend to use it as our last resort email a couple of months after the initial request for renewal. During that time the "Active" and "Total" figures are very misleading and can only be accurately quantified by an excel export and pivot table.

If an event is free for member type 1 but not member type 2, please show both amounts above register button.
When an event fee is $0 for one registrant type and not $0 for another, e.g. for members and non-members, the $0 fee does not appear above the register button. Please add $0 or free to clarify. See current and proposed below.

Group should be an event setting
Group should be an event setting rather than just in the event emails. My limited admins keep emailing our entire membership because it is not obvious to them where to set the group in the event creation. It is much more intuitive to them for the group to be part of event creation. I don't necessarily need to restrict registration to a specific group, although I can see how it might be valuable. It's causing people to unsubscribe all messages when they get emails for events not directly for their group!
