cancel all registrations for a given event
I would like the ability to cancel all registrations for an event when the event itself is canceled instead of having to go one-by-one through each registrant - cancel, type reason why, click to send the email and then move on to the next person. This would be very hard with large events.

Add a dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites. Similar to a TweetDeck. For example, I am the national coordinator for multiple WA sites that are assigned to our regional chapters. I would love to not have to log in separately to each site account for specific tasks such as viewing their account info (plan, admins, etc.). Having an at-a-glance dashboard showing all of our accounts would be helpful to me.1 vote -

Add "registration gadget" to "system pages" "authorization required" page so that new users have the intuitive option to create an account on the same page. It'll help decrease confusion for new users to find where to create an account and so it'll increase the likelihood of new memberships being made.

Ability to edit/delete subfolders under Site Albums
Ability to edit/delete subfolders under Site Albums. Some folders are empty and some folders need to get renamed. Full admin should have the ability to delete the empty folders and rename the rest for better organization and use of file storage provided (2GB)

The pinned forum post should not be pinned in the forum summary gadget.
We're just starting out, but the one forum that has a pinned post is showing that pinned post as the first entry on the forum summary gadget. It shouldn't be pinned there at all. If I limit that gadget to 5 entries and there are 5 pinned posts, that gadget will never update since it'll always be showing the pinned posts.
At this point, I'll need to exclude the one forum using the pinned forum post. -OR- I'll need to unpin the post and add it as a notice above the forum gadget. Neither option is ideal.

Membership or Contact field for connecting multiple members
Create a member or contact field that can be populated with links to other members. This can be used to describe multiple kinds of relationship. It can be used to indicate spouses, siblings, parent/child, guardian, program sponsor, dependent.
I see it as a many-to-many relationship.
My specific use case is "sponsorship".
Bob sponsors Ted and Andrew.
Frank sponsors Ted and Erik.which also can be written as:
Ted is sponsored by Bob and Frank
Erik is sponsored by Frank

Show who created event, who last edited it, and when.
In an organization with a lot of admins, it is helpful for admins to be able to see who posted and who changed an event listing. Please record this automatically and show it on the Event details view.
For extra credit, provide a checkbox so the admin editing the event can make theirself the event organizer without having to go to the Emails view.

Filter contacts who have not opened an email in X amount of months
I would like to be able to get a report of who all has not opened an email in a certain amount of time (last month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc). This can help manage and understand who is actively looking at emails.

Enforce the quickbooks 30 character limit on class entries to avoid 'duplicate' classes
We were getting data corruption because the IIF import into quickbooks was creating multiple truncated entries for the same class. Then rebuild complained about multiple classes with the same name. Make sure the class field is truncated to 30 characters on the export to quickbooks.

track member engagement
I would like to be able to track all member engagement based on a weighted system that I could manipulate. As an example, if a member pays for a webinar we could assign 2 points to this activity or one point for participating in the forum.

Reunite the Website sub-system with the rest of the tabs
I've given quite a bit of time to get used to the Website sub-system being separate from the other functions. The more I use it the more it has become obvious what a time waster this new set up is.
When I create an Event I often preview it on the website. With this new set-up I have to exit my Event, go to the Website sub-system, check it out, then go back to the other set of functions in order to return to my Event.

Most search engines allow you to put a phrase in quotes or use the AND (find items with both repair AND invoice. Our forums are getting pretty big and it is very time consuming to go thru all the matches without having the search results limited more effectively.
