Create a system page for people to have shown after the subscribe to emails.

Admin only event registration fields
I'd like to be able to add registration fields to events that are only accessible by Admins. For example, my event has different registration types for different age groups. Each group will have a unique URL for the online meeting. I don't want to publish that URL during the registration process, but I do want to email the right link to the registrants in a reminder.

"Other" option with chance to fill in what "Other" means
I would love "Other:__________" option for registration of events or even within the membership area. I like to ask the question of "Where did you learn about this opportunity?" to improve our marketing. Rather than only listing: website, social media, presenter, etc. I love having "Other:_________" and a chance for that person to explain what "Other" means to them. Perhaps it could be an add-on for the multiple choice?

Provide ability to update Credit Card details for recurring donation payments - e.g. expired card
When a contact or member sets up a recurring donation profile, they do not have the ability to update their credit card details and expiration date. They can update their credit card though in their profile for automatic membership charges when they store their credit card.
Please add the ability to contacts/members to update their credit card details for recurring donations.

Invoices should have option for automatically added prefix
We end up merging several sources of information into quickbooks. When our payments come in, they are obvioulsy marked with WA-xxxxxxxx, so easy to identify, and no conflicts.
Invoices just come in as 00014, and could conflict with other input numbering schemes.
Would be nice if invoices could be exported as WA-000144 votes -
automatic membership application for non-member donors
When a non-member makes a donation, it would be nice to have an option to generate a membership application from the donation form. We have donors who think they are members but never joined. And if they made a significant donation, it would be nice to be able to give them the benefits of membership without more effort on their part.

Way to easily see New Members
Problem:
Organization wants way to see new membersWhy?
They want to send new members a magnet, but are unable to keep track of which people are new members and which have received a magnetWhy does this problem occur?
Person who manages magnet sending does not want access to Wild apricot due to concerns with messing up transaction dataConsequences?
As a result, they only get a spreadsheet export of members but it's not in chronological order making it difficult to find new membersPossible solutions:
- make option to export spreadsheet in reverse chronological order of when people became members
- add option to email the person who is in charge of new member magnets when there are new members
- add option to allow admins to give simplified dashboard to members who are not comfortable with seeing all of the details (e.g. only have one tab where the only thing they can see is just the list of members nothing else)Problem:

Improve UX for content management
Problem:
Non-profit would like to highlight information through a banner on the top of a pageWhy?
Too much information is on wild apricot so members don't read all contentWhy?
The person in charge of content only uses text and does not add imagesWhy?
There is no time to properly edit the text and add imagesWhy?
People send in content-change requests at last minute making content difficult to read and understand and often wordyWhy?
There is no easy to find repository of freely available images of members or the work the organization has done or stock photos to spice up the websitePossible Solutions:
- Add a banner feature (though it does not solve the root problem)
- Add content meter to encourage organizations to write less text
- Add features that facilitate adding images (connect with a stock photo repository like unsplash (they have an API so speak with your developers to figure out implementation details))
- Add a content pipeline feature where all organization officials can add to the content pipeline and content moderators are able to review the content and edit it accordingly (kind of like a kanban board for content (to do, in progress, in review, published))Problem:

Improve UX for completing multiple payments / need for additional product categories for shop
Problem:
When people want to pay for multiple events, they have to re-enter their payment details, deterring them from registering at multiple events and/or register as a memberWhy does this problem occur?
Events are set up as a workaround for having one-time purchases. The shop is not used because the items sold are not physical goods--people are buying ad placements in a journal.From this, we can see that there are two main problems:
- need for a way to streamline multiple payments
- shop needs a way to sell non-physical goods / servicesPossible solutions (though as product managers, it's best to always consider what problem you're solving and not get attached to a specific solution):
- use a cart metaphor for the shopping experience so people only need to pay once they are done selecting items they want
- add way for shop to suggest related products and/or bundles
- add way to sell membership in shop
