Ability to create folder when inserting a file in the email module
Several months ago, there was a change made to the File Storage and access. I can no longer create folders when I am in the Email module. I have to create the folders from the Website module (which we don't use) and then go back into Email to upload the files and attach in my emails. This creates extra steps for me and is very inconvenient.

Editing existing or creating new macros for invoice template
Hello,
I need to create or edit an invoice macro in Wild Apricot and am unable to do so. I've searched in the application as well as online for how to do this, with no solutions that I can see. It is not user-friendly to not allow editing of existing or adding new macros.4 votes -
Multi-Type Registration
I'm finding registrations a tad difficult when I need to offer different prices for child vs adult ticket prices while still being able to take a guest count. We have been creating the child ticket prices under custom fields, but it doesn't count towards the total guest count and I am having to go back and check we don't go over our limits.

API Event Statistic Details
Currently events through the API only show people who HAVE registered for an event. It also shows the overall number of people's RSVP Responses. For the example below I'd rather be able to differentiate which contacts have answered which question. The goal of this is to send a reminder ONLY to people that have not responded or clicked maybe.
"InviteeStat": {
"NotResponded": 16,
"NotAttended": 2,
"Attended": 2,
"MaybeAttended": 2

Revise mandatory two-answer minimum
Polls - currently, the system mandates two answers. In our instance, we're using the poll for elections, and have some positions with a single candidate and a write-in option. So each today has three choices: The candidate's name, Write-In, and Other. Our fear is they will choose "write-in" and not be able to conclude there is no write-in functionality with that choice. It would be crazy-town if "write-in" wins the election!

cc
Let's say I have 3,000 members. Each member has a spouse/partner. And our settings are to cc: all spouses. WHY on earth can't I see their clicks/opens on the logs? And, why does it only say "sending to 3,000" when in fact I'm actually sending 6,000 emails out?
That is H U G E for when we are trying to show our "reach" when (for example) applying for grants. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this easy fix.

wordpress
I've been trying to use the Wild Apricot widget code (which are basically <iframe> nodes that contain JavaScript calls) to embed Wild Apricot lists, calendars, and the like into our sister WordPress site.
The <iframe> widgets are basically useless in this case since we constantly run into cross-site scripting security warnings with all modern web browsers and as a result none of the Wild Apricot features will embed into WordPress pages.
Does anyone know of another way to embed calendars and events lists and such into a WordPress site?
We are not interested in integrating Wild Apricot membership login/sign-on with our WordPress site at this time and even though our organization is a non-profit we are on a WordPress.com site so the Wild Apricot plugin isn't going to work for us.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

make shopping cart display larger
The size of the cart icon is too small. It is difficult to see, particularly when it is the only way a user can tell they added something to the cart successfully. I would like to see us be able to control more of the size and other features within the shopping cart gadget.

add to cart needs better feedback than only changing the number of items in cart.
When someone adds a product to the cart, the only feedback is that the view cart on the page shows an incremented number. this is so small that people will likely not see it and think nothing happened. There needs to be feedback that explicitly lets the user know their item was added. There are lots of established ways to do this.

Flexibility for Reoccurring Events
Flexible options for reoccurring events and organization schedule for the calendar.
Recurring events could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annually. The flexibility to have the event posted reoccurring based on options similar to Google Calendar would be a great benefit.

Wild Apricot Deleting payment record when cancelling paid event registration
I noticed if I cancel a registration for a attendee and they have actually paid money that needs to be refunded, your system automatically deletes the payment record instead of leaving it there to be refunded in Wild Apricot. this is a major problem, that a transaction record is removed from the system. I do see that the existance of that payment record is in the auto trail, but having your software automatically delete that record is a major accounting flaw you should look into. You should simply level the payment record and allow the actual refund to be documented. Please see if you can fix this. Thank you.

featured member Widget allow all fields
featured member gadget allow access to all fields
The Featured member Gadget is a great addition. We would like to have the ability to access any contact or member fields with this gadget. As an example, we are a league of artists and use the store to sell member art online. To make a page that will populate automatically, we currently have a page that uses a page template to have the correct header and footer, with an additional Back to Shop by Artist link. Then, we use the Featured Member gadget to show the main member photo, their first and last name, their organization name and their artist statement.
We then have a row with the Cart and instructions.
We then have the Catalog gadget to show that member's artwork using product tags for member.
We then follow that with another featured member gadget but this time we show a 2nd photo and the links from member fields to an external website and two social media accounts.
While this is better than copying and pasting to make this page, it still doesn't allow us to layout the fields where we want them and we can't put in all the fields we would like.
Essentially, this is the only gadget that provides access to contact and member fields without programming. We think that having gadgets that provide access to groups of fields would make it much easier to build a more dynamic website without programming and this is one example.
You can see this if you go to our shop by artist and then select an artist. I am just now implementing this though so it should be available shortly.

Need a better way to set up several interdependent events where the number of registrants are automaticly adjusted
We set up 4 events for session 1 through 4 and one event where people can register for all 4 session. When people register for the all 4 session event we have to go and manually adjust the availability for individual sessions events. We would like to have a better way to set it up so the availability will be automatically adjusted.
