Scheduling reminder in hours, not days, before the event
It would be very helpful if the reminder for the event could be scheduled in smaller increments than in days (for example an hour before the meeting).
Discussion:
1. The dialogue for scheduling actually allows this if one enters the decimal number. Unfortunately, the dialogue window then does not accept the data and refuses to "save".
2. This feature (i.e. scheduling prior to the event in increments smaller than entire days) is of a particular value now, when the meetings are often virtual. This way, the latest update with the link would add comfort to participants as they would receive the information "just in time."
3. The current automated alternative is to "change the timing of the event" some minutes ahead of the actual start, but this would potentially create confusion among the participants.It would be very helpful if the reminder for the event could be scheduled in smaller increments than in days (for example an hour before the meeting).

Add PayPal as payment option with Affinipay
Several members prefer using PayPal as their payment method. It would be nice to be able to use PayPal with Affinipay.

We would like to have the ability to add more than one fully integrated bank account to use in our website. I would think that you would be working diligently on this NOW as it is an easy way for Wild Apricot to capture more revenue.

I would like to be able to change the default color of hyperlinks in my emails.
I am sick to death of going through the effort of changing the color of my hyperlinks in my emails. I would like a way to chose a color for my email hyperlinks, and have that color be applied to all the hyperlinks in my emails AND if I want to change the color, I would like to not have to highlight the text, remove the formatting, then highlight the text again, and pray that the color will actually change, because sometimes it doesn't and I have to do this process a few times, or leave the window and come back and try it again. I've used all the many browsers and that doesn't make a difference. Much appreciated!! :-)

Migrate/retain bundle member info when new bundle admin is assigned
(1) It should be possible for bundle organization info to migrate to new bundle admin (or stay with the organization, not just with the contact). This includes the organization name, address, logo, etc. AND the recurring payment information.
(2) A bundle admin should be able to add payment information to set up recurring payments at any point in time - not just when they have a new invoice to pay - and it should not require them to make a payment to set up the recurring payments (it should just let them know when their next payment will be).9 votes -
Required Fields Filled in Before Renewal is Completed
We have added a few required fields for new members and existing members. However, when you go to renew, the system does not note that the renewal remember has required fields that are now blank. If the member goes to edit profile, then the prompt is there to make sure required info is filled in. We have asked members to do this but we have 4000 members and it's not working voluntarily. We need a way to force members when they renew to make sure if their profile has "new required fields" that they are filled in before completing the renewal process? Anyone else need this option?

Ability to add fields to Gadgets
There are several gadgets that require more fields, for example in the event title, we would like to add fields for presenter name and presenter title.

Better Visibility for Registration Limits by Registration Type
If there is an overall limit on registration, the available count appears on the event listing page.
But if registration is limited in each registration type, that is mostly invisible to registrants and the process becomes confusing.
o The number of open spaces in each registration type is not shown on the event page. It's only seen after the person starts to register.
o The event page doesn't show that a type is sold out.
o Sold out types don't show during registration, unless the person notices that it's not in the list.
o If only one type is still open, the person is automatically registered in that type. But that's not flagged except quietly at the top of the page. They may continue registration expecting to be given a choice later on.All these problems need to be fixed.

restrict page to saved search
Why can't we restrict access to a webpage based upon a saved search? For example, we want all the attendees of a specific event to be able to access a certain webpage of materials. However, because not all attendees are members (they are contacts), we can't use the Restricted > Member Groups because not everyone who registered for that event is a member. Why can't we use a saved search instead? This seems incredibly short-sighted.

Automated Reports (saved searches)
Automated reports. I'd like to be able to have WA automatically run the same report (or saved search) on the first day of the month. Relying upon a single person (or multiple people) isn't working because the 1st of the month isn't always a work day. We use reports to compare all kinds of things and this would be VERY helpful.

Online Store Checkout
Some of these ideas have been touched upon by users, and I haven't read through all 321 online store suggestions however I suggest:
1. Add a "Ship To NAME" to the Shipping Address screen. Those ordering items for gifts, etc. need to put in the actual recipient's name.
2. Make the shipping charges correspond to the Quantity Ordered, e.g. for 1 item ordered, one fee; for 10 items ordered, another fee. Could automatically be added once the item qty is selected.
3. Allow Orders to be edited by Admin. (Suggested by others also.)10 votes -
Waiver review within app
Within the member app for event registration, the custom 'rules and terms' field doesn't allow members to click on/read the document (such as a waiver) before accepting terms. If members want to read the rules and terms, they are required to go to a web browser and login. The app should allow for a way that registrants can review the terms without having to go to leave the app.

Live link to pay online when you print/save invoice as a pdf
Currently when you download an invoice PDF via "preview and print" the "view invoice online" link is no longer live. Would be great if members could be connected to the portal where they don't have to login to their accounts to pay the invoice online from a PDF

Ability to view members by business when selecting inclusion in lists, groups and searches
When I want to add a member business or organization to a group or search list, I can only see their name. This makes if very difficult for me to know what the business is and I need to constantly go back to their profile. I would love to be able to display all members as business / organization when making these selections. The way I use the platform is less about the individual and more about the organization they are associated with. For example, if I want to create an restaurants group, all I see is a list of names to add to the group. I am unable to see what their business is.

We would really like the ability to add a second of third avatar to a members profile so that we can add at picture of the members partner. Our club is a very social club and partners attend on all occasions but sometimes identifying them can be difficult. Also, because we are a car club it is important for our members to be able to link the car to the member. A third avatar would allow us to do this.

Improve useability
Registration for Events. I get countless emails saying 'how do I register'. The answer is click on 'Register' BUT this 'button' is lower case, has low visibility compared with the texts above it, see attached screen shot. Simple remedy: make Register BOLD and put a box round so it looks like an actual button.

Map Marker Clustering Customization
The members location mapping gadget clustering creates a USA-centric feel for my North American membership.
I am my members would appreciate the ability to customize the way that map markers are clustered or to remove the clustering in the gadget.
Prospective Canadian members have reported that this USA-centric representation is a turn off to joining, further exacerbating the problem.

Email addresses to confirm changes
Please let us test emails to emails other than the default - several of us work on changes and we always have to wait until the default email addressee gets back to us.
