Make refunds easier
Canceling an event registration and refunding the money should be WAY easier. By attempting to follow the separate steps, it is very easy to get into an endless loop with no resolution and an embarrassing situation on the member's record.

Reward members
it will be good it we can check who attends the event and get some reward at the end of the year to send who is the one who participates most event. also the one who create most post on the forum, the one who reply the most this year etc...

Member to all members internal mass communications
Not sure if it is here already here, but an internal [post login] member to all members communication like a list serve is badly needed. Members can connect with 1 on 1, but a way to communicate to all members wo option in for members to members communications is needed badly!

- member selects send message to all members
- member composes message and it is sent to all members opted in to receive mass members communications

Increase lenght of answers in Polls
We use the membership poll for elections, which works great! But we also use the poll so that members can vote on proposed bylaws amendments. The body of the poll is limited on space. It would be great if this was not limited. Each question in the Q & A portion is also limited. Could there be an option for an unlimited question text box which would allow us to enter the current bylaw language and the proposed bylaw language the allow the user to vote. Extend API to allow updating fields on an existing Event
The swagger pages show the get options but nothing to update an event
Primarily I would like an option to disable the registrations at the event level as there is no front end feature to disable registration by x days before the event, the admin of editing multiple events with multiple registrations types is cumbersome and subject to errors
POST /accounts/{accountId}/events/{event id}
With the body containing the filed(s) to be updated and the valuesIf the API extension is not an option please consider adding this feature to the front end.

Change default mail list from All Contacts to Selected contacts to avoid a mistake
Can you please change the default radio button when sending Emails to "Selected Contacts" rather than "All Contacts"? People make mistakes and send email sprays far too easily. Selected Contacts forces a next decision to be made which will slow people down and think about where they are sending things.

Allow event registration edits without having to confirm without invoice.
Allow event registration edits without having to confirm without invoice. Currently, if I make any type of edit to an existing registration, after I save it, the system generates a new confirmation email. This only happens for registered attendees that I have provided a complimentary registration and there is no correlating invoice.

Allow Button for links in Event Details
Registration for our event is through an external website that certifies attendance. So we are not using the WA registration button. I want to put a link on the Event Page in button format that will link to the external registration site. There is no way to add a button to the Event Details.

Fixed tax rates
This is not per se a new feature or improvement idea, but more like a rant.
We have members from all over Canada and some even from across. We are using Wild Apricot for the membership management, and it works great. Once or twice a year we have an event such as a conference. We create the event and sell "tickets" for the event with Wild Apricot as well. To give you an idea, this year the event will be held in Ottawa, ON. It blows my mind that we cannot set the fixed 13% tax rate on the "tickets"…

Match Font Families in Different Editors
I am fine with the limited selection of font families, with long experience working on the web before we had all the web fonts. What I'm really struggling with is matching font families and general styling between the new editor and the older automatic email editor.
For example, our chosen website theme uses Open Sans. Great all around sans serif font. I can also use it in manual emails so that they are styled much like our website. But automatic emails do not have a similar or even decent sans serif font ('Basic' is just ugly) so I chose Trebuchet.…

Ability to edit event visibility from main admin page
It would be amazing to be able to edit event visibility from the main page, instead of needing to open each event individually. This would make it easier to open registration for events that were built in admin-only view, as well as archive previous events.

Additional information for the saved searches, last run, last updates, etc.
Provide metrics to assist in managing Saved Searches such as last time run, average run frequency, if the search is linked an area on the webpage and/or allow description field similar to what is offer in groups. This would help in periodically cleaning up Saved Searches.

Updating document with same name during upload process
When uploading new images/documents to wild apricot, if the document of the same name is already in the system, it does not update to the new versions document. It does not give a choice to 'update version', but rather, sticks with the old. This requires the administrator to go back in, change the name of the document needed upload. A big pain! Please provide another option in this process to make this less painful!

Buttons needed on auto membership and donor email templates
While reworking our default automatic member and donor emails, we found that we are not able to add buttons to the email as we can in other templates. It is critical to be able to have functionality that draws someone to engage an email, renew membership, donate to our cause. Buttons are a component in emails that is needed to draw attention to an action. Please add a button feature to the default membership and donation email templates.

Font Changes for links impossible
After setting color and style for links on our website, it is impossible to change them within a webpage. This is quite infuriating! If you rename your document or link from its orginial name, the system does not allow font changes. Please change this fast!

Please fix Membership expiration failures and templates
Membership renewal is kind of a mess...
I updated our organization to extend all memberships by two weeks. I did this by modifying the membership levels at all levels, to give them an additional two weeks of membership time.
This has caused an apparent cascade of bugs in Wild Apricot software:When I updated the templates to reflect new dates and prices, and chose to apply the template to all levels (and typed 'UPDATE'), it did not do what it was supposed to do. Subsequent emails fired with the old dates and old prices.

Payment Instructions in HTML
Payment instructions (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/524-payment-settings#instructions) currently support only text, but they are commonly embedded in places (such as invoices or e-mails) that support HTML. Our members find the limitation to text extremely inconvenient, as they would like to see the QR code (a PNG graphic) used for e-banking in Switzerland (and elsewhere) instead of having to enter our account details in their e-banking applications.
We would also like to provide a link to a downloadable payment slip (also used to expedite e-banking) and, in the case of events, to our no-show policy, which explains their financial obligations in case of…2 votes
