Gadget to show recently updated pages
Current behavior:
users have no way of knowing which webpages have been recently updated - unless administrator manually creates a page informing them of updates.Desired behavior:
Some kind of module/widget which can be inserted onto any page and which dynamically would show most recent updates.Notes:
1) ideally track which pages users has already seen.
2)What's the best way to show updates? Simplest idea: Top 10 mostrecently updated pages. For each page - show page name, date updatedand user who updated it (probably show this only to logged in members,not to the public)11 votes -
Manual Invoice Custom message
We'd like to attach a message to the invoices manually issued for events with large registration fees...as opposed to using the general template that accompanies membership enrollment, renewals, etc.

Allow custom codes to membership levels like the events.
Need a sponsorship page that is like the join us page and sponsorship level form and fields that allows you to add predefined amount levels and an ala carte level that the sponsor can put in their own amount that they would like to contribute.

More Email Templates!
Love the templates -- but want more! Like back to school, President's Day, Woman's History Month that kind of stuff... Would also like more membership samples for renewal notices, profile update, membership drives...oh and some with imagery for events that has more of a business focus. And lastly perhaps some more inclusive variations for some of the holiday templates. Example - Christmas is a religious holiday that is not recognized by some and is not necessarily appropriate to send. Choosing a date on Membership Form is Difficult
I am not sure what the date format is supposed to be (would be helpful if that was a tool tip). If you start typing a standard format such as 11.25.74 or 11/25/74 it states the date format is invalid.
If you use the calendar to select the date, it starts at December 2016 and takes considerable time to scroll to the correct month. It is also hard to use on an Ipad or tablet.
My suggestion would be to allow a more standard date for people to enter and give an example of what is expected so they are…

Event notes to link to member directory.
Within each of our 26 events per year, we have sponsors. We list the sponsors in the event details box. What would be great is to link the sponsors to their page in the directory. Even though the sponsors are at the company level and members are at the person level; it could be done by linking the company listed to the bundle administrator for that company. That way, members who want to say thank-you to their sponsors and maybe don't know them yet, can seek them out by picture (from the directory) or name, etc.

export registrants automatic
On the Export Registrants button, can we have a way to have these reports generated automatically say the day before the event and go to the event organizer? Currently we can only access this with an Admin.
The alternative for us would be the ability to choose which information is displayed in Public View for the Registrants list.

changed pages report
A report to generate which pages have changed in a given time period. We have several admins, and the board wants a report of all website changes every month. It's nice to have the 'page change history' on each page for details & rollback. There's no easy way to list all the pages that have changed in the last month, or selectable time frame. This would be very beneficial for us

Filtering & Restricting Groups for specific Events
We have had a request by staff that they wish to filter certain Events to a restricted group of schools.
Therefore, we are seeking an upgrade by Wild Apricot to please include a Filter with a drop down box of individual SCHOOLS be available when creating new GROUPS and when the MANAGING PARTICIPANTS option is chosen - similar to the current “Search” option available in the CONTACTS ADVANCED SEARCH tabs where there is the ability to refine the search to School/Organisation from a drop down box.5 votes -
Return to recently used folder after inserting file or image
When I insert a file or image into a webpage and then go back to insert another, I'm always returned to the topline "resources" folder. I would much prefer to be returned to the folder in which I had last been working -- as I am often adding more than one item at a time, and they are all in the same folder. As it stands, I need to navigate through the entire folder system each time I insert a file or image.

Better Facebook representation when posting links
When posting a link on Facebook There are no pictures shown and nothing visual to indicate my site, my business, what we do or anything to promote my organization. All I see is the words Object Moved and a Wildapricot address that doesn't speak at all to what I want to show.

A true form-based Content Management System
For Email and Event entry, we need a true Content Management System -- where novice end-users can enter text and it is automatically dropped into a template that we design. You try explaining to some of our members why centered text is more readable; I've given up! And there are a lot of browser and mail-client quirks that need to be addressed expertly.
