Add Field/Macro Showing Last Renewal Date
Feature request: currently, the date on which a member paid for their membership is shown in system generated "Internal Use" notes in the members Contact Details page. I think it would very useful to have a dedicated field that can be used as a macro indicating the payment date the last renewal was made so such info could be merged into emails.

Allow Members To Set Personal Starting Page
Right now, after login, I have the member profile set as the starting page. This would be a good place to allow members to choose where they'd like to land.

Annual renewals due quarterly through the year
Another option for membership renewal periods should be implemented.
Under the Every 1 year option, there needs to be a choice for renewal dates occurring at quarterly intervals, in our case March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.It is an option for having everyone renew quarterly, but we have the renewals spread out across the year in this fashion so we don’t have 4,000 annual renewals pouring in at the same time.

Display "Bundles" for all Levels on the Member List
On the Member List Summary, the "Total" for each Level also shows "(Bundles"). Why not show ("Bundles") for the other Column Headers? "Active" "Renewal Overdue" "Lapsed" "Pending" "New in Last"

membership levels invoices update
Found a flaw
As an admin, I can change membership level regardless of if an invoice has been generated, and I can opt to update the invoice. However, My members cannot do this from their interface. Once the system has emailed them an invoice, they dont have the option to change their membership levels and are stuck with the level reflected on their invoice. I am of the opinion that the admin should have the option to give the members the same power as the admin to update their own membership levels and update their invoices for payment.

"Member since" and "Renewal due on" fields
I hate the fact that the "member since" field and the "renewal due on" field are not automatically populated any more because frankly it just causes more work. I need to be able to edit other fields under membership, specifically whether or not the applicant is a state CAMFT member, whether her/his CAMFT/license numbers are correct, etc. PRIOR to approving his/her membership, not after. One can always edit the dates, should one choose to do so, so the fields being blank serves no purpose, other than making things more difficult and time-consuming.

Connect wild apricot site to personify database
My parent organization uses Personify as their database platform for their members. It would be great if I could link my Wild Apricot site to their Personify, now that Wild Apricot is owned by Personify, so that my records are always reconciled with my parent organization. The Chapters utilizing "Star Chapter" are able to do this, because Star Chapter is on Personify as well.

Creating Pre-Defined Lists for field options
We have a set of fields with about 320 items in a drop down list. It would be nice to create and edit the list of 320 items and then select it as a pre-defined list similar to states. There are changes each year to the items on this list and it's very time consuming to add/remove items from each of the 20 instances the list appears. It's actually quicker to delete the fields and re-add them.

Allow Multiple Organization identification per member
We identify and bill membership by business or organization type and often our members are part of two or more organizations. I'd like to be able to add them to multiple bundles for tracking purposes. The only way I can do this now is by duplicating their name and setting up multiple contacts (emails) for the same person. It would be cleaner to have this all under one entry.

Club can over-ride Wild Apricots prorated mbr dues.
Let the organization set the club dues deductions for prorating by even dollars. Like setting $10 a month deduction. Ex. Dues in January be at $175; then deduct $10/mo or $165 for February; then deduct $20/mo or $155 for March, etc. Wild Apricot would calculate the amt of dues to reflect the previous explanation. Karen

Renewing lapsed members who want to catch up overdue time
Ability to renew for multiple periods. Often members lapse then want to catch up. The system is set for a 1 year period but it would be great to be able to renew for say two years bringing the member up to current.
At the moment we have to fiddle with the due date if lapsed for over a year and it's really rather clunky!

Facilitate Levels with end dates for organisations which have a closed season
Sports seasons often run for part of the calendar year e.g. soccer in the UK runs from September to April with a closed period from May to August. At present monthly recurring payment plan levels can be set up with a start date ok but have no facility for setting an end date. Ok this can be got around with a manual export of membership data in April, modification of the file, and reimporting to stop the payments, but this could create some member confusion. Ability to pass directory page search criteria via URL
It would be great to be able to pass a search criteria to the member directory page.
Here is a scenario I currently have that would greatly benefit from this: I currently have a list of states listed a page. I would like to be able to link these to a listing of all members in that state. Currently this has to be done by creating 50 saved searches and 50 directory pages. The ability to simply prepopulate search fields would be very useful in this and other situations.

Set different privacy settings for bundle admins & individuals
I would like to hide the profiles of all non-admin bundle members. It would be great to be able to to have a different set of member privacy settings for bundle admins than for bundle members.
It would also be nice to be able to do this as a batch process (i.e. deselect "Show profile to others") either through exporting/re-importing the info or through the interface.

Avoiding empty links to "View Details"
Our public membership directory has a whole series of entries with worthless and empty "View Details" links. They result from members who indicate that they are willing to make their directory information "public" but then don't make their names or any other information actually viewable by "anyone." In other words, the contact indicates "yes" to the entry asking about inclusion in the Member Directory. new membership level not showing up in new web page menu
Hi, I just created some new membership levels, and they appear on the sign-up page. But they do not appear in the menu on the left on a new web page when I'm editing the new web page. So I can't connect that new web page with the new membership levels. How do I get the new membership levels that I just created to show up in the menus on the left when I'm editing a new web page, so I can associate that new web page with the new membership levels? Additional Fee Added
It would be awesome to be able to add different fees, outside of renewal fees, to each respective group that can be invoiced immediately.
