Avoiding empty links to "View Details"
Our public membership directory has a whole series of entries with worthless and empty "View Details" links. They result from members who indicate that they are willing to make their directory information "public" but then don't make their names or any other information actually viewable by "anyone." In other words, the contact indicates "yes" to the entry asking about inclusion in the Member Directory. The instructions are: "Choose "yes" to share your contact info in general; choose what data via the member profile." In each case the members have restricted all contact details to members only. Membership directory to show status of member
Unless I am missing something, and please correct me, I cannot edit our Directory of membership to display their membership status as generated by the system? As a membership and Certification Org, we provide a public listing of our various members where their account status of ACTIVE, PAST DUE, SUSPENDED, ETC. are a desired public disclosure. We have use our own work around by establishing our own field, BUT this is now a manually managed field that requires admin intervention. Would prefer an automated process based on other status triggers.

new membership level not showing up in new web page menu
Hi, I just created some new membership levels, and they appear on the sign-up page. But they do not appear in the menu on the left on a new web page when I'm editing the new web page. So I can't connect that new web page with the new membership levels. How do I get the new membership levels that I just created to show up in the menus on the left when I'm editing a new web page, so I can associate that new web page with the new membership levels? Please fix Membership expiration failures and templates
Membership renewal is kind of a mess...
I updated our organization to extend all memberships by two weeks. I did this by modifying the membership levels at all levels, to give them an additional two weeks of membership time.
This has caused an apparent cascade of bugs in Wild Apricot software:When I updated the templates to reflect new dates and prices, and chose to apply the template to all levels (and typed 'UPDATE'), it did not do what it was supposed to do. Subsequent emails fired with the old dates and old prices.

Allow membership renewals from social media and chat
When you think about maintaining good membership numbers, renewals are the most important thing, more important even that new membership. Therefore, renewals have to be REALLY easy! In today's world, people are spending more time in social media and chat than they are in email. Therefore, simple renewals via those platforms would be a logical improvement to the process.

Flexibility with Member Payments (Fortnightly)
More flexibility in setting up membership payment options has been asked for many times.
The recurrence of payments should be no harder to set than a repeated event in Outlook / Calendar.For my extra $10/month in increased fees, I'd simply like to be able to set up a fortnightly membership payment schedule to coincide with my members Payroll dates...

Map Directory - Multiple Listing/One Address
We have members with multiple specialties (dog/cat; dog/horse; dog training/pet grooming) and want to offer a membership type (either within one membership or with multiple memberships) so they can list their specialties separately. At the moment, WA Map Directory cannot drop two pins at one location, so we are unable to provide this service to our members.

Reminder emails for memberships with a Pending status
Add an admin notification for membership applications that are stuck in a pending status. Currently, admins can receive an email when a membership application requiring approval is first created. But in many cases, this approval depends on a requirement being met or documentation being submitted. We need a way to be notified after a certain amount of time if the approval is still outstanding.

Get summary of member info by hovering mouse over their name
I'd like to be able to see a member's contact information (address, phone number) simply by moving my mouse over their name in an advanced search. Otherwise, I end up clicking on each name on the list to find their info, and then having to redo the whole advanced search because the back button doesn't take me back to the list created by my search.

Short of having them fill out a form with all of the required data, is there a way of initiating a membership using just a name and e-mail address, then require the new member to fill out all of the required fields when they first log on?

Setting limit on renewals
We have some life membership levels where people can choose to pay in full or pay monthly for a year. It would be nice to be able to have an option to limit payments for 12 renewal periods

Bundle Member display info
When the linked members are displayed on the bundle admins profile, it woul dbe really helpful if we could edit what is displayed on the third column i.e. First & Last Names and email instead of phone or something else. Right now, those columns are not editable.

Membership roster dual
When the Dual membership option is used for registration, only the name of one of the members Is listed when a member roster search is conducted on the website.
We need to be able to find both member names when searching the web site ( while keeping only 1 newsletter and family address).
Can another field be Created so the other member can be accessed directly from the roster list (right now for example, the wives names cannot be found on dual memberships unless you know it is a dual member and click on that field for the male member).…1 vote -
export sort flexibility
When i bring up our "member list", all members are alphabetized by last name. When I export that list, it is sorted by member id #. There should be an option when i select the fields i need to choose how to sort the export ....i.e., i really want it sorted by last name.

I can't find new applications
When someone applies for membership I receive an email notice that at application has been filled out. However when I go into the database I can't find it or see it anywhere. Does a place exist to view the application or if it doesn't Wild Apricot needs to create this place.
