Edit after creating event field type
Right now we have to delete a question and make a new one. Please add the ability to just edit a question and change the type (i.e. change a check all that apply to a multiple choice question).

Final monitor before email blasts
Is there a way that someone can be setup as an email administrator - meaning give the final OK before emails go out? Mostly interested when events don't use the right groups and end up sending to all our contacts! YIKES. It looks like there is an email administrators button but it is not active for me as the overall administrator. Thanks for any help if this is already something that is available. Sync Email/Event Timing
Please allow events to open at specific dates and times and be able to sync the event email to go out at the same time as event opens. Thanks!
The sign-up and email are different. The email goes on days from the event; the sign-up goes calendar days. So, the sign-up opens at 12:01 AM and there is no way to sync up the emails.1 vote -

copying email to website a big issue
Every month, I copy the monthly email newsletter into a web page. I had a very difficult time copying the images from the latest email. They come in as a gadget that doesn't go across the column in the web page. I had to delete each of them and then get the image down again. Not user friendly.
Sorry, but I don't believe the testing for this new feature meets your usual high standards.

Positioning and Tables
Two things:
1) Please can you place the 'Add layout' in the column on the left so that I don't have to keep scrolling to the bottom each time I want to add a section.
2) It would be good to have a 'Table' gadget so that I can create a table (like Excel) in my email.
3) Is there any way we can have more than a 3 column layout?

Enable Proxy Voting for formal Votes (boards)
Allow Proxy Voting on Polls
We want to use the Poll feature for Board votes, but sometimes a board member can't go online but gives their Proxy to the Board Secretary to Vote on their behalf. So, we need Admin access to add Votes on behalf of specific Voters, without having to Login to their user account. The Proxy vote on behlf of a designated Voter should be registered to that User Account and record Who (which User with Admin priv. cast the Proxy Vote).22 votes -
Editor not showing full file name
in the email editor, I tried to insert a file. It worked OK, except it only showed me a portion of the file names. I had to exit and go to Files to determine which one I wanted.

With the new email editor, I can no longer format links within the text to make them stand out.

Make the store work more like the events
The store needs to work more like the event manager with better reports for batched purchases and complex calculated fields for products. Why are they so different? Even the Save button looks like it came from a different software package.

When doing a membership advanced search, be able to search "Active" members on a specific date.

export sort flexibility
When i bring up our "member list", all members are alphabetized by last name. When I export that list, it is sorted by member id #. There should be an option when i select the fields i need to choose how to sort the export ....i.e., i really want it sorted by last name.

Social Media Icons
Is there any way to include social media icons to be linked to social profiles? Is this something that would have to be inserted, one at a time, as separate image gadgets once I download the social media icon images from another site? It would be nice to have this as a gadget, like the website side offers.

Insert Picture Into Text
With the new email update, I was told by Wild Apricot that you can no longer insert pictures into the text. This is an issue especially, for example, if I want to include a signature block and cannot include the company logo below the name, address, etc. I would have to instead include an additional image gadget and line it up just right with the signature block.

Allow more ability to change system screens

I want to be able to put more targets into the horizontal menu with out using the 3-bar symbol. Ideally I could wrap the text description for each target. How can I do that?
The response I received indicated that I would need help from one of the WA partners to change the html or Javascript. I would really like to see more capability to make changes to the system screens in WA.2 votes -
Email editor, Linking to files and images
The new image gadget is missing the ability to create a new folder. I have to exit the email editor, go to Files, create a Folder, go back to the email. VERY inconvenient.

Event cancels/customer credits
We run a ski club. Sometimes we have to cancel an event due to adverse weather. Everyone has already paid. A batch cancel/refund would be hugely helpful.
In addition, I don't like the "settle" feature. If someone cancels from a trip, I'd like that payment to be able to be at least "settled" ahead of time, so that when they go on the next trip, it is obvious they have a balance so that when they pay by credit card (we are trying to keep all payments online), they will just see the credit automatically applied and pay the difference.…
