    This happens on a fairly regular basis. When I bring it to the CHAT's attention, sometimes it is taken seriously, sometimes it is brushed off as "have you cleared your browser chache?". Trust me, I make sure that the issue appears in Firefox, Chrom and Edge before submitting an ongoing issue.

  3. Calculate Member's Tenure from Joining Date

    We need a field that calculates the tenure of a member from their joining date. This is crucial for competitions where members are grouped based on their tenure. You can check through this calculator : https://yashesaplama.com.tr/ (e.g., 5 years and above).

    This field should support queries such as "Tenure > n years".

    Additionally, we require an enhancement to determine the member's tenure on a specific date. This is necessary for events where we need to know the member's tenure as of a closing date for entries.

  4. API Access to Files

    Currently the only reliable way to download files is to select and download one-by-one. There are several posts requesting SFTP but another option is to give API access to the files so that data backup, transfer copy and deletion can be automated.

  5. Product is not visible in the catalog but available for selling

    I would like to be able to have products that are not visible via an Online Store but that I could send a direct link to the customer for checkout. Is there any way to do this?

  6. Configurable retries for payment failures

    When a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries every 6 hours, and then gives up after the 4th attempt. That is, within 24 hours, the subscription fails and is cancelled. Most often, payment fails because of insufficient funds on their credit card. If someone transfers more funds to their credit card, it can take 3 business days for the funds to clear - so it's crazy to retry so soon.   9. New Site Builder Needed

    Will there be more updated builder any time soon? I can code decently but the ease of use from builders featured in Wix, SquareSpace, NetSuite, all systems I have used, allow for faster site building and updates, more options without having to constantly overwrite css files. It will save hours if not days of manual work.

    Any hope for While Apricots site builder to enter the new century any time soon? Current processes and features are wildly outdated. I mean the base templates alone look like they were last updated in the early 2000s if not the 90s.

  10. guest email

    We really should be able to email everyone, including guests, when we click Email Registrants. I did that, and it shows it would go to everyone, but it only went to the main registrants, not their guests, and your support team told me guests wouldn't receive the emails, even though some of your tutorials say they will receive them.

    It would be great to be able to email all registrants, including guests, because most of our members will be registering guests.

  11. Ability to change font size and family in Mamber App - Event description/info

    In the Member App, Event info text is very small by default and does not follow font / font family set when entering this text. (Those setting appear to apply on to the HTML for a browser screen.) It looks as though in the Member app a 'serif' family is used. This, together with the small font make the description hard to read. We should be able to set font and family for both the HTML and the smaller screen Member App so both are readable. Settings (size and family( will probably be different for App and HTML

  12. Require membership approval before sending invoice

    Two organizations I work with require new members to be approved. Dues are significant, as are requirements for membership. Currently, if a new member is entered in Wild Apricot they are automatically sent an invoice. This is a problem, since it takes some time to review new member requests. Suggest an option if you choose 'Approval Required' then add a sub-option to 'invoice immediately' or 'Invoice after approval'. We currently 'work-around' this with an 'Applicant' level and then change level if they are approved. This is a pain, especially with volunteer (member) administrators.

    We have many members that are missing profile pictures. It is cumbersome to do a manual search for missing profile pictures. I need a way to conduct a targeted search under the “Advance search tab” to generate a list of all members with missing profile pictures and then send them a targeted email reminder. I need to send email instructions to all members that DO NOT have a profile picture uploaded to their profile because the app is used like a portable membership directory.

  14. Allow Photo Widget(s) to support links to external sites (e.g., GoogelDrive, etc)

    I would be great if, instead of having to upload a group of photos to WA, you could just provide a link in one of the Photo widgets to a folder on an external website where the photos already exist. Especially useful when there are a lot of photos.

  15. Better membership reporting for bundles

    I would like to see clearer Membership reporting. When I go to Members > Summary, the numbers reported are for individual members. (Bundles are reported nicely but only for Total, not for Active or other categories.) When I go to Members > Reports, the numbers are reported by bundles but use the same name as the numbers of the previous page, which are reported by individuals. This is very confusing. I would love it if you would report Bundles next to the individual members as you do on the Members > Summary page. I've included two screenshots of the different…

  16. Availabilty to use own SMTP server

    emails sent using wildapricot servers for custom doamin sometimes get blocked or goes to spam . There should be an option to put own smtp server settings with ssl/tls authentication so that email can be send safely

  17. Integrated Spell Checker should be included in service

    For a paid service that is used to communicate with members, the ability to spell check email notices should be considered a basic capability of the WA service. I should not require customers to use a third-party add-on for their browser.

    Spelling errors in communications can damage an organization's credibility and Wild Apricot should consider this a basic feature that helps its customers. In 2024, this should not be an optional feature.

  18. Reset password from mobile app. Admin app.

    If you log out and can't remember your password, the app has no 'reset your password' option. It's unclear and inconvenient to go to the website and use it from there.

  19. macro for all membership levels

    I'd like a macro that can be used to display ALL membership levels and prices. This way when I sent out for example renewal notices, I can simply include the macro to let members know what levels are available.

    Currently we must hand-edit 8 different email templates every year, as well as update multiple sections of the website that list membership information. This is because rates change every year.   20. Multiple registration codes per registration type

    Permit more than one registration code per registration type.

    Currently there is only one code allowed per type. For some events, I may have registration categories for "vendor" or "speaker", who all share the same code. If I want to limit the number of uses per vendor, there is no way to do that without setting up multiple registration types per vendor, which gets unwieldy (and ugly) very quickly.

    As a use case, I may have two vendors with one entitled to bring four participants and one entitled to bring two participants, with nothing preventing either from adding more than…
