Automate SSL Certificate
LET'S ENCRYPT SSL Certificate should be part of the Custom Domain Mapping process.
There is no reason for this not to be automated. The concept of having to send an email when their API is so simple feels like the Web early-2000's ;-)

member app - show registration list
While viewing My Tickets or an Event, would like to have the registered member list show. This works on the website, so we would like it on the Member App.

Admin app. Add an ability to manage guests for registrants
The admin's app should allow managing guests registrations. People can't add or edit guests themselves after they've already registered so they ask admins to do it.

Integration with "PayPal Here" (accept credit card payments on the go).
Integrate mobile app for administrators with PayPal Here in order to accept credit card payments.
Please vote to this suggestion if you prefer using PayPal Here instead of Square Register.

Clarification:
PayPal Here integration does not break any existing tools or workflows, so your members can continue using online payments as they are used to. PayPal Here gives you a tool to accept payments from mobile app. For example you can accept credit card if somebody came to offline event with unpaid registration.

Autosave while composing email template
I was just composing a lng email when for no appearent reason, the content disappeared and I was kick back to the "select a template" menu page. It would be good to have a dependable, periodic system save during the email composition process.
8 votesAutosave is now implemented for both email templates. You will not loose your work in case of accidental closing browser or glitch in your computer.
Changes to email templates are automatically saved every 5 seconds. If your browser crashes or you accidentally reload the page, you’ll be prompted to continue editing the auto-saved version the next time you open the template for editing.

Need transaction description to go to PayPal
Want more information to be passed to PayPal from Wild Apricot (e.g. what payment is for - membership, event payment) and which program a donation is being directed to (e.g. 1st fundraising campaign, 2nd fundraising campaign).

Pivacy Policy / Terms of Use
Since a Privacy & Terms of Use Policies are required on websites, it would be great for WA to provide a basic template for those who create a website via your software, to have one provided for them. This way they don't have to go looking around, or hiring someone to create one.

mobile app for admins to access wait list
We need the mobile app to allow admins to access and use the waitlist functions. We often have waitlists so a cancellation by itself isn't sufficient. We need to see who's next on the waitlist and add them as a registrant, THEN cancel the other one.

Change waitlist default setting for collecting attendee info
Wait List: currently has setting at event level for 3 options for collecting attendee info. Default is name/email. I would prefer default to be collect all registration info. When you move someone to the event from Wait List, you need all the info anyway, so just collecting name/email is not that useful. AND if you fail to change the setting on every registration type, it also fails to collect all info. At minimum the Event level setting should make all registration types default to the same setting as the event. We have had major issues with having to re-register wait…

Text editing
Several quirks in text editing need repair.
Enter adds 2 blank line:
Attempting to insert blank lines and paragraphs between existing paragraphs can create double blank lines or no paragraph separation at all.Keep selection after applying formatting:
If text is selected and formatting (font size, bold, color) applied, the selection should stay there until clicked somewhere else. As is, it goes away when the formatting is applied, so if you want to change a paragraph to, say, a smaller font, italics, and a color, you have to selected it three times.And many more
275 votesWith the latest release version 6.12, we published a batch of fixes in the editing component. There were more than 20 bugs fixed (based on our internal tracker). Most of them were related to text and links formatting, issues with line spacing, HTML editing and different behavior in the different browsers.
We are not going to stop on this and will continue to update the Editor component. On some issues, we are still working and they will be published in the following releases.

Show the actual color next to "automatic" color and styles
Color and styles : rather thank just showing "automatic", actually show the color was well. it would make locating the background or text color in the web pages much easier to edit.

Dashboard with graphics for total members per group
We have to report out via graphs to show membership levels to our executives. The system has no dashboard to show graphics of levels of membership.
IE: 52 members with a bar graph for Veterans Group. 25 members are in Wichita, 22 members are in Miami.
Need a Graph to show who is where and total levels of membership. You might have one group that is scattered across the world. We cannot see that in this system yet.
Simple bar graphs or digital dashboard.

account billing history
Allow WA account administrators to access their payment/billing history online without having to submit a helpdesk request.

Reset password from mobile app. Member app
If you log out and can't remember your password, the app has no 'reset your password' option. It's unclear and inconvenient to go to the website and use it from there.
