I have 65 on the waitlist for an event. it is not practical to deal with them one at a time. Please work on the ability to export a list. Would be even better if the waitlist was searchable in contacts.

We are a small organization and most times our wait list is small. Hosts for our events can and do make exceptions. Providing that information to hour hosts now is strictly a manual effort now.

We often have multiple similar events with waitlists and would like to be able to email ALL the waitlists at once, sorted to remove duplicates, when we post a new event. The best solution would be to have an advanced search option that allows "waitlisted for specific events" (like we have now for "registered for specific events." But if that's not possible, it would at least help to be able to export waitlists to Excel and do the sorting there.

You must be able to EXPORT the wait list like you can the registrants. We have to add criteria for selection in excel, but I cannot export, because I can't export the wait list information.

Need to have the ability to export all people on a past or present waitlist giving the class name, date, and their contact info by searching the entire site, not just remembering which classes had waitlist and having to export individually from each class.

We need a way to generate a report or list of Waitlist people.

If you can export the registration list then you should be able to do the same with the waitlist. Please fix this as it’s a flaw. The capability should work on all the event lists.

I can’t see my waitlist! We really need to be able to see it as a list and export to excel in the same manner as registration list. Our waitlists are for classes. It should be a very easy fix. Please add the feature as I’m certain it was accidentally omitted.

I agree 100% with Ines Arsmendi, I hate having to do screen shots of the waitlist!

I wholeheartedly agree. The inability to export the registered as well as the waitlist is a serious lack of capability.

Just like "export registrants" which we use all the time to help the event organizer, an "export waitlist" would be super-useful. Currently we do screenshots, or copy the waitlisted members one by one - PLEASE let us export the waitlist!

It would be great if we could
1. Export the list of waitlisted members
2. List of registered and waitlisted is automatically emailed to event chair upon closing of registration

Yes we need this to. Just a check box on Export Registrants to include wailisted people would just fine

We have many people, without admin rights, managing our events. The need to export the wait list is very high. It is a way to get the list with email and phones to the people who need it.

There are a few things that would make the new event and waitlist features even more useful for my organization's needs. Firstly, if we could set a limit to the number of guests a member/user can list. Secondly if members/users could edit their registration (i.e. cancel, change guest information) up until a certain point. I would love to be able to set a cut off point when users are no longer able to edit their registration. Additionally, it would be very helpful if there was an export option on the waitlist.
