Payment for an event obligatory requires "Province" and "Telephone" number
Currently I am offering the option of "Online payment only". When proceeding with my credit card I am then asked: (1) "Province", and (2) Telephone number. Unfortunately, both entries are obligatory. (1) Whereas "Province" may be important for the US and Canada, they are not frequently used in Europe, and not at all in Austria. (2) There is NO reason to ask for a telephone number when making Credit card payments, and many of our members may take offense. I am thus asking you to reverse the two items from obligatory to optional.

Roles and joining date for Group
Can we have roles for each committe/group? For example, we work with more than 20 committees and create a different field role it would be difficult to manage.
For example, for each committee we need the role (chair, vice-chair, treasure, etc), date election and date re-election.
Please, this would be so helpful because now we have to manage it outside Wild Apricot.

How long member was part of the group
Would like to be able to count how long a member has been part of a group (ie if I create a goup called committee).

Would like to add timed registration on Automatic wishlist
We need something similar to the option of time registration for the regular event for Waitlist registration.
When attendees on event wishlist are alerted via email message automatically they can now registered, there is no timed registration. The available space is now held up by them taking their sweet time to register.
We then need to get one of our volunteers to reach out to the attendee to push them along. It's extra work.

Recurring Calendar Events
It is BEYOND annoying that you got rid of the recurring calendar even feature. We have SO MANY events that i have to enter manually and mistakes are always made. WHY DID YOU GET RID OF THAT???!!!!

Anonymous reply-to addresses for events, not the Organizer's personal email address
Each event can have a different Organizer, chosen from our Contacts list. But that means that Automatic Event Announcements show every Contact that individual's personal email address.
Unless mailings go only to Members who can learn that address anyway, this is TOTALLY NOT safe emailing. Our mailings go to over a thousand people, many of which put themselves on our list.
In addition, in our Event Descriptions, we like to say, "For more information, contact Danny, at _@ ___________.com. The Organizer's email address should not be published there.
Although these are two issues, maybe you can resolve both at the same time?
Currently, we resort to creating a Contact record for each event, in its Email field placing a unique address at our domain (e.g., NewYears@ourdomainname.com) , setting up a forward for that address at our domain registrar (to the event's organizer and any others needing a cc), and specifying that "event contact" record as the event Organizer.
Our approach is not such a timesink, but it is a delay point (waiting for our webmaster) and requires clear communiciation to our webmaster. It would be VERY nice to have these capabilities all within WA, so that the person setting up an event could do the entire task.

Increase contrast of "Renew" dialog box
Please increase the contrast of the dialog box for "Renew". It is very gray and we have had a number of people not be able to find it.

A new gadget for promoting an event by displaying registrants, with ability to select both order of appearance by registration field and which registration fields to display.

Event search by excluding tags
In Admin view, or in the Wild Apricot app, I'd like to be able to filter the list of events to EXCLUDE a tag. For example, I use a tag called "customer" and I'd like to see every event that DOESN'T have that tag.

$ totals on reports
Under Payments and refunds report it should give $totals. For example if I am using it to sum up the cheque deposits for that day I can record cheque payments but have to export to excel to get a sum of those cheque payments for the day.

Report summary data ie counts
The Summary view of member levels and status is great. How can we export that? I just want the counts and not the member details. It seems to be impossible to create a search that returns counts, everything is details. It would be good to know how many members changed levels. I don't really care who they are.

mobile app member names
Mobile App For Members - Members tab.
Please provide an index on the right side to jump further down on the list (vs. scrolling only by swiping up or down) to find a name. Something similar or the same as Apple provides on a Contacts list.
Sorry if this is a duplicate request... there are too many to scroll through to find out...

Manually set a word limit for text fields in event forms
We would like to be able to manually set word limits for multiline text in event forms. Right now it allows 3,000 characters, but it would be nice to provide a cut of say 100 or 200 words for things like speaker bios.

Improve Event Calendar display
improve the calendar display: it's backwards in admin view. Should be early to late. Public view should be compressed - 1-2 lines per event so members can quickly scan down without paging thru each month or paging down w/ only 3 show per page.

Integrated Event Planning tool
Eventbrite has a event planning tool that is integrated into their platform with links and formats that help manage the logistics for an event. How about WA? i cannot find that similar tool...

adding usernames for login
enable usernames. This would be helpful for an organization membership, otherwise people need to login with an email. As an administrator it would be nice to create an organization membership and assign a generic username/password for an organization to share with its members.
