Membership Field approval
Ability to implement administrator approval for editing of membership fields

On login screen add icon to allow viewing of password. An eye icon is the norm.
With the number of passwords being used having the option to view the password typed allows for corrections of miss-typed entries. Use of an eye icon to see the type password is becoming common.

Rules and Terms Enforced
We require a waiver from an external site that must be digitally signed. This could easily be accomplished using the rules and terms field. The problem is the only required entry is to manually check the block that does not require actually clicking the link. I am thinking the fix could be making it so you cannot manually check the block. This would only be checked if the link was followed.
This still will not ensure the waivers are signed, however at least they have to go to the waiver.

can we have 2 hour and 5 hour before event commencement as options to set scheduled reminder emails.

quickbooks payments export should include the associated Invoice#
In the quickbooks export for payments, Quickbooks Online) wants to have the associated invoice #, so it can match payments to invoices. This can be done by putting the Invoice in the DOCNUM in the SPL row of the the export. Currently, Wild Apricot just repeats the payment number, causing my import to fail. I have to spend an hour manually looking up each invoice/payment and hand editing each SPL line. this seems to be an easy thing to automate.

Join to groups during application for charge
I would like for charge for members joining certain groups. I would offer low or free membership, and the member would pay for each group that they join. This could be done at time of registration or at any other point.
Once a member has paid to join that group, they are automatically added as a participant to the group that they have paid to join.1 vote -
Insert a slideshow of pictures into an email
I'd love to be able to insert a slideshow of pictures (to show off our gardens to our members) into an email rather than just posting 10 pictures.

restrict level viewing
Is there any way to restrict access to certain membership levels? All of our staff have administrative full access, but we have some confidential information we'd like in our database that not all staff can see.

Store options
We would like to be able to do this with our online store:
1) search by item for products - so a search button on the product page
2) would like to have a $ for cost and $ for retail so we know what our inventory value is

Order of exported columns
Hi, it would be so wonderful to be able to specify the ORDER of columns in the export of contacts.

Add [Check All / Clear All/ to the file Import dialog
When importing contacts after having bulk modified one or two data fields... it is cumbersome to have to disable the checkbox for all the fields that were not modified.. or go thru the process of deleting all the columns and saving as a new / temporary file before importing.
A simply Check All / Clear all option (like used in many areas of the program) would be helpful

Site wide search and replace function would cover many suggestions
Anything that appears in more than one place and needs to be changed, such as telephone numbers and copyright dates, should be reached via a site-wide search and replace function. This would address a multitude of requests already listed.

Embed Facebook Video
You have listed on your embedding videos page instructions for all the major video sites. however, I have a Facebook live video that I can't otherwise download that I want to embed in a page. They provide a help page but following the directions on a Wild Apricot page doesn't produce desired results.

Tax macro for invoice & receipt templates
It would be great to add a tax macro for the invoice and receipt template. Currently, the total is inclusive of taxes and since there is the possibility of a number of different tax rates, it would be great for customers and association to have the amount pre-tax, tax amount and if possible an indication of which tax rate, and then a total balance.

Bring HTML Editing Back to Emails
Please bring HTML editing back to email creation, and don't block it from any other parts of site creation. It's so much easier to craft the appropriate look for our emails if I can go into HTML to make adjustments, rather than having to exclusively use your imprecise WYSIWYG editor.

Delay in changing display when mousing over menu bar.
When mousing over the top menu bar, from group to group, the category/sub category/page literal changes immediately. This is appropriate as a default for pcs that have a movement device and visible cursor. When using smart phones and tablets the situation is not quite the same. It seems that it would be more appropriate on the smaller less capable devices to introduce a delay before changing from one menu item to another, allowing the using a little more time to choose subcategories or page entries without being virtuoso with his/her fingertips. If the intent is not clear please let me know I will expand on my proposal.

ok, i know it is user error, but dammit.... the process for adding a link to a email newsletter has to change. The number of steps, the huge lifts and confusion of how to attach that link and make it work has got to changes. I mean... 10-11 steps to add a link to an email? you must be able to auto generate or something. This has to change ASAP
