Need report to show new events I list weekly
We add events everyday to our calendar. Members of our sites are asking for a report that shows all the events I add each week so they don't have to go through the entire calendar.

Class Registration Functionality
We’d like a class registration capability that provides a shopping cart like capability.
Here’s what we (and probably most other organizations offering classes would need):
- Require membership for class sign up (that’s pretty well taken care of) but allow potential class registrants to see classes without being a member
- Allow “conditional” class purchase, e.g. put classes that sound interesting into something like a cart or pre-final checkout, see the amount and go back to shopping for classes if you change your mind
- Allow for pricing flexibility. Each organization is different but our particular pricing needs are to: a. Offer 1 class for $45, 2 or 3 for $90 , 4 for $100 b. Offer a flexpass which allows attendance at any six sessions of unrestricted classes for $45 c. Lottery classes for which the member signs up and finds out later if they got in or not d. Giving away a free class to new members.
We have been trying to use the “event detail” functionality to create a capability to add up class registrations but it’s very awkward. Most of our needs would be met if there was a capability to add up events and treat an event as equal to a class.
This capability would likely expand your audience quite a bit – accommodating seminars at business and NFP events, camps, gyms, and musical instruction as well as academic offerings such as ours.

Ride sharing/car pooling coordination for members (gadget?)
I am looking a way to permit members to request or offer ride sharing to specific events. It looked like maybe this could be set up as a "forum" that linked from the specific event page. But that did not look easy to do in a way that would be easily reviewable, because it would not aggregate data into a single table that would include email contact, location, and other useful fields. Has anyone crafted such a forum. Could this be developed as a template page that provides notices to subscribers to the page like a forum (and the soon coming ability to post to forums by email? It would be like a limited purpose listserv linked to a particular event

Registration workflow: Only bill for the event, not all outstanding invoices
Currently, if a member registers for a paid event and continues to pay online, they are presented with a bill for both the event and any other outstanding invoices.
When this happened to me, I felt like I was being dunned by a collections agency! This is not how we want to treat our members!
Then it's not obvious to the member how to break out of the registration and just pay the event invoice.
Please, during registration, just present the member with a bill for that one event. It is easy enough for them to pay other invoices when they want by clicking the nagging popup.

be able to include the "date last paid" field within the membership reports.
for our financial audit, our auditors would like to see the "Date last paid" for each active member so they can test membership paid per fiscal year against money received per fiscal year.

Ability to forward earlier sent email
It would be nice if the email log functioned more like an email sent box, with the ability to forward or print emails that have been sent.

Allow different confirmation emails for different event registration types
When a member registers for an event, he/she receives the standard event confirmation email. I would like to be able to set up different confirmation emails for each registration type.

Add a flowchart for emails
It's hard for me to absorb all the choices in text paragraphs. A flowchart showing what emails are sent when on the Help website would be great!

The Google Map gadget could be more useful if the viewer were able to click on it and request directions to the specified map address.

The ability for outside sponsors to financially sponsor events by filling in the amount they wish to contribute an event (rather than a set dollar value) via the Events Section. And then be able to track this separately.

Restrict ability to customize contact and membership fields to Account Administrator
We have one Account Administrator with supervisory oversight and Multiple Membership Managers handling the day-to-day work. The Membership Managers have the ability to modify contact and membership fields, and to delete entire columns from the database. This is risky, at least in my view, so I would like to restrict the ability to modify fields to the Account Administrator. If a change is to be made, it should be done with the consent of the Account Administrator, improving control over the integrity of the database.

Various
- Add complete correspondence tracking and tickling. Add interface with external email clients, to keep track of conversations. Add tickler/call tracking - basic CustomerRM stuff. Need to implement/follow-up marketing campaigns for different sunsets of members. No, I don't want to put this in a wish list again.
- Add better handling of layers, want to put text over videos, slideshows, etc. like most new(ly updated) sites have these days.
- Add name search to email templates.
- Provide competitive pricing re: email-only (non-active) contacts.
- Add Wordpress style themes. I have more but I'm busy. Keep up the great work improving WA!

Apply renewal actions/emails to existing members
When admin set up automatic renewal actions/emails existing members could exist. So need to apply this actions to them. The most important looks the situation related to members with past renewal date.

The Edit Button is a Waste of Time
When updating registration types for events, I have to click the "Edit" button to update the registration option. You should go to the Edit page directly. The middle step is a waste of time. In fact get rid of ALL edit buttons. Every page should have open fields. Clicking Edit is archaic and counterintuitive. WHY ADD THE EXTRA STEP!?

allow application of templates without erasing the text
Currently, when I apply a new template to existing email, the entire content of the email is erased. Also if I update a template centrally - say for a footer change - it does not get applied to all the emails using that template. I have to go and edit all the email templates to propogate that simple footer change. Please improve the way you design/apply.adopt templates to membership/event/finance emails.

Ability to join next period of membership and pay for it instead of pro-rating the fee of current period
Our mob teaches seniors to seniors.
We have 4 calendar terms.
Renewing members are invoiced $27 every 3 months 28 days prior to end off term … with 14 day reminders et al.
New members are invoiced on a prorated basis $9, $18 or $27 depending upon which month of the term they join.Still with me??? Deep breath now ….
1) Any new member who wants to join at the start of the NEXT term, which is normal
for anyone who enquires toward the end of a term cannot be invoiced until the start of that NEXT term.
If they are entered in the system PRIOR to the start of the next term, they cop a prorated invoice for the last month(s) of the current termSo we don’t join them up & invoice them until beginning of term … and have to manually record the details until is time to join them up, Then they start day one of new term and don’t get an invoice to pay for a couple of days … more stuffing around for us. The System sends them out fast enough, but the delays happen in us getting the manual invoices done ASAP, and then the old folk not opening their emails in a timely manner et al.
Sooooo what I’d like is the ability to join up new members & issue an invoice in the previous term which I forward date to apply ONLY to the new term … predate the invoice so to speak.
I’ve tried to pre date one, but it still prorates the invoiceOur mob teaches seniors to seniors.

allow membership levels for events
We have events that are open only to those at a certain level of achievement. We can restrict events to members only, but have no way to restrict registration only to members with proper certification. We need a way to setup events so that the event admin does not have to manually check the qualifications of each person who registers.

Expand your base of potential customers
Don't limit yourself to memberships. Publishers, like me, are adapting WA as a content management/paid subscription management tool
