  1. Custom email widget FROM members

    I would like to have a widget that allowed members to send questions, suggestions, ideas, etc. TO specific administrators.
    Such a widget would allow configuring the "to" address and (optionally) "subject", as well as incorporate member data from the database such as Name, Email, and other fields as needed.

    While I can partially emulate this by using html forms, I cannot include information from the member database into the email, and asking members to supply information we already have is pretty lame.

  2. Better membership reporting for bundles

    I would like to see clearer Membership reporting. When I go to Members > Summary, the numbers reported are for individual members. (Bundles are reported nicely but only for Total, not for Active or other categories.) When I go to Members > Reports, the numbers are reported by bundles but use the same name as the numbers of the previous page, which are reported by individuals. This is very confusing. I would love it if you would report Bundles next to the individual members as you do on the Members > Summary page. I've included two screenshots of the different…

  3. Fix the accounting period linked to billing date

    Fix the accounting period for billing.
    Currently the system forces invoices to be produced days or weeks in advance of renewal dates to avoid issues with account status. For example for annual renewal due on January 1 and delinquent on January 31, the invoices should be generated and sent at least 30 days in advance. But the invoice date then is in December or November of the previous year, and the accounting will reflect the income in the wrong year!

  4. Barcode on Membership Cards

    Barcodes on Membership Cards - I would like to see barcodes added to the membership cards so we can verify 1) they are a member; 2) their membership is current; 3) how many people are covered under their membership so we can charge for additional guests. So the barcode would be used to pull up a particular member in WA in real-time at check-in. Does this already exist? And if so, how do we activate it?

  5. Searching Contacts - Return/Enter key

    Please allow users to press "return" or "enter" after typing a search term in the Simple Search function of Contacts.

    Background:

    When searching contacts, most people in my organization find it to be an act of muscle memory to use the Return/Enter key after typing what we are searching for. For instance, if we are searching for John Smith, we will generally type "Smith" and then press return. However, pressing return brings you to the place where you enter a new contact, regardless of what we typed into the search field before pressing return.

  6. macro for all membership levels

    I'd like a macro that can be used to display ALL membership levels and prices. This way when I sent out for example renewal notices, I can simply include the macro to let members know what levels are available.

    Currently we must hand-edit 8 different email templates every year, as well as update multiple sections of the website that list membership information. This is because rates change every year.   9. Show ticket type in member app

    Registration Ticket Type needs to be included in the member app in similar fashion as it is in ADMIN. We use Ticket type to segregate registrations for an event that may have multiple race distances. Currently from the member app, you can see who has signed up but cannot distinguish which race everyone is in. The admin app does show these registration ticket types (though it too is lacking any kind of filtering/sorting capability).   10. donations

    Recurring donations - Not being able to change where a donors money went at their request is an UPMIFA violation and prevents nonprofit organizations from being in compliance. It has to do with restricted and unrestricted gifts and is really a huge issue being missed by WA that prevents organizations from being in compliance with their donor requests to have funds restricted or unrestricted. You can change them on non-recurring payments, but being prevented from editing current or past recurring donations is a huge issue.

  11. Inlcude weekday names along with date in the mobile app

    Please include the weekday name along with the date in the WildApricot mobile app. Currently, it displays, "25 Feb 2024". I would like to display it as "Sat, Feb 25, 2024". This would greatly help members using the WildApricot Member App to figure out which weekday an event starts.

  12. Pin edit tools to the top when editing Event details so it doesn't scroll with the text

    Please pin the edit tools to the top of the Event details so they don't scroll out of sight when scrolling the details themselves. I'm having to scroll down to select the text, then back up to the top to use the edit tools and then back down to continue editing, and on and on and on.

  13. event count

    1) Tag guests as GUESTS for event reg type. Event total count (dashboard view) curerntly displays attendee + guest total. When you click on the detail for each type, you see the # attendees + # guests. But when you export, guests show as "ticket type" of the main attendee, so you can't easily find them. Default this to a GUEST ticket type in the system so they are tagged and filterable.
    2) Event Report $ - show unpaid registrations separately so they are not included in the total count until they are PAID.

  14. Ability to send e-mails to address from Event Registration

    When attendees register for an event, sometimes they would like to have a confirmation e-mail sent to a secondary e-mail address (spouse, family member, etc.) — NOT some attached to their Member account on WildApricot. Currently, this is not possible.

  15. Prevent members to change their first AND last names

    How to prevent members from changing their names (first and last name)? Through "Contacts" we can make the field admin access only to prevent the user from entering their own names. However, this will make the name fields internal fields that can only be seen or edited by an administrator. I prefer members to see their names. When they change their names without administrators' knowledge is a big No-No! Because we have a testing system with first and last names that must be matched.

    In addition, I had to set up "Current and Formerly Name (First AND Last Name)" manually…

  16. Add the feature to "Automatically activate a Registration" at a set time.

    Currently events must be activated (to allow registration) by manually toggling a slider button. Would be nice to have registrations opened by a set schedule automatically.

  17. Event Tags on Webversion

    It was recently brought to my attention by a member that on the website calendar for a date with 2 events only one was showing. I did some trouble shooting and had to check the year tag 2023/2024 and only then did the second event show on the calendar. That behaviour did not seem right as all other events on the calendar were showing up fine without the year tag being checked. WA Support told me I needed to check all the tags for the event to have it show. I checked one of the other tags beside the year…

  18. QRF code for users to self check-in

    We are currently using the Wild Apricot Admin application to check members into events. I understand that users can scan into events using a QRF code from the user app. There should be a way that users can scan themselves into an event. For example, we should be able to create a QRF code that users can scan and be submitted into the attendance?

  19. Total Registrants Count

    PLEASE change the total registrants count on the event list view to show # Attendees + # Guests - not the total number of a people attending. At a glance, we need to see how many members have registered, but the current count on this page includes guests lumped into that total. To view the breakdown, we have to click each event then go to the registrants tab. Having it separated on the Events List would be much better!

  20. Auto-Suspend Guests after 3 Events

    Membership is not growing, because people say they can just pay $10 more to attend every event. We would like to control event registration to only allow guests to attend 3 times and then suspend them...taking them to a page that tells them the benefits of being a member and encourages them to apply now. This could easily be managed in the Events section using Contact levels. You would need to require a password registration on all public registrations.
