RSVP Button customized to own desire
Is there a way to change the look / aesthetics of the RSVP buttons? In addition to the proposed Yes / No / Maybe for the advanced events, it would be greatly appreciated if I could recreate the buttons so they are in line with the style of our font, size and colours used in the announcement.

Events search: add date filters (incl future-only), sort-by-date, and pls improve search results
Currently a search for "beginner kayak" on https://member.nbcboathouse.org/Sys/Search?q=beginner%20kayak&types=16&page=1 results in no future or recent events, though there are several future and recent events that match these search keywords. The top hits are all in the past. Not very useful for folks looking for future events.
Please add date filters, including future-events-only. Please add a sort-by-date-descending filter, and also, pls check why the results are skewed so old?

Company Names on Registration List

Would like to be able to have a history or change log of administrative rights on members
When we have more than one person with full admin rights we need to be able to trace changes made to other member admin rights.

Assign Resources to Events
It would be helpful to assign resources to events, such as conference room, equipment, boat to be used, instructor name, speaker name. Currently the only attributes are location and date/time.

Limited administrator access to the finances tab aka Treasurer role
Good morning,
Is it possible to add selected limited access to the finances tab. For instance if we add a website designer there is no reason for this person to also have access to the finance of the society.

Tech/Service Support Communication/Response
I assume I'm not the first to suggest (request/frustratedly demand) way better tech/service support communications. Chatbots get the low-hanging easy stuff; but with the advantage of Wild Apricot being the complexity of services we can use it for, support has got to be way better than what you are offering.

Accessing a custom system email from outside Wild Apricot
We have a custom domain and would like to be able to have an email contact us from outside of Wild Apricot using an email address within our custom domain. Possible Options:
- Have an option to forward the system "From" email from outside Wild Apricot to the external "Organizational" email.
- Setup a separate custom domain email accessible from outside Wild Apricot to forward to the Organization email or some other email.

Change default to exclude archived contacts in advanced search
Change ADVANCED SEARCH to search only current contacts by default. I suspect most searches are run against current contacts and therefore must always use the "NOT ARCHIVED" criteria. This would also solve the problem that there is no way to exclude archived contacts when searching using "ANY of the following criteria".

Enable acceptance of AliPay and WeChatPay in Personify payments
We have a growing number of members in China and most of them have problems using the payment options supported in WildApricot/Personify. By far, the most popular payment methods in China are AliPay and WeChatPay, but WildApricot/Personify supports neither one of these. This is causing a real headache for us and is limiting our ability to attract new members in China.
Please add support for WeChatPay AND ALSO AliPay in WildApricot/Personify.

Multiple events on one invoice
We have an annual conference in which individuals register for. Also, this conference has multiple workshops over a 5-day period that individuals can register for. When registrations are completed, multiple invoices are made for the event and workshops. When the invoices need to be submitted to the agency's accounts payable it would be helpful if the event and workshops could be listed on one invoice for that individual instead of multiple different invoices. Send invoice email from the admin app
app allows admins to make registration changes and update invoice on mobile - which is fantastic. However, can an additional button be considered to allow for admins to trigger EMAIL updated invoice to member.

Sort Voided Invoices by date voided
It would be beneficial to be able to sort voided invoices by the date/month they were voided. Currently it shows in order of the original invoice date and thus it is necessary to scroll through the whole year to find the invoices that were voided in the current month to insure that they have also been voided in the accounting program.

"Paid" Membership Management
Ability to track"Paid Members Trends". Example, you have 100 Members, all as Coordinators, they all add a Bundle Mbr, suddenly the way WA shows members in the summary chart, and out on the dashboard, it looks like you have doubled your membership. But no additional revenue was generated when your current members did this. We MUST be able to keep track of our Revenue and Trends, which is largely based on our Paid Memberships across various levels. Putting year on membership card
We would like to put the year in BIG font in the middle of the membership card, so when members use the card in their lanyards, we can see if they are current on their dues. Also, we use that type of card as a name tag, so BIG NAMES would be great. Having an editable card would be the perfect solution.

Event registrants view in grid layout
We are trying to implement a roster - we are thinking we can do this using Event and Ticket Types (to indicate the shift). For this to be effective, we'd like a web page view that has a grid with the Event against the Ticket Type, listing in each cell (preferably) the names of the registrants (or at least a count of registrants).
My use case:
As a volunteer, I would like to see who is already registered for time slots without needing assistance from the organiser, so I can decide if I will register.I've provided a mock up.

Option to hide fee for Membership Levels
Please include a check box to show/hide price on the initial application form for each membership level and when hidden, have the option to replace price with a custom text field (e.g. "fee provided on application"). This can be used for higher priced membership levels that may not want to be presented publicly but can still be channeled through Wild Apricot.
