    Would really like the ability to email and/or print all invoices returned by a filter. It's a lot of unnecessary work to have to open each invoice to send it.

  2. Create and send a pdf of the invoice

    We are getting requests from event attendees for a pdf or a hardcopy of the invoice as organisations won't accept an email as an official invoice

  3. Multiple invoice templates

    I search the forum, but I can't find anything regarding my situation...so I am posting it here. If there is a similar post and you can point me towards it, I would be greatful.

    I guess my first question would be - can we create more than one invoice template? I have a template set up for new members and existing members who renew. This all works fine as I have the {Payment_Instructions} set up so that they make sense for these types of invoices.   4. Have AffiniPay Compute Fees At The Transaction Level

    When PayPal was our processor, their exported transaction details gave us the GROSS amount and the FEE amount charged per transaction. AffiniPay only exports the GROSS amt collected and then bills us the next month for fees. It's an accounting nightmare. We want to keep track of our income/expenses at an event level. I'm now having to manually compute the AffiniPay fees for each transaction. Ugh.

  5. Bulk create invoice

    Hello,

    I'd like to be able to bulk send invoices to a set of users, Perhaps even do this on a regularly scheduled basis if the member has an outstanding balance. Sending these individually is a huge time sink for me.

    I'd appreciate any guidance on how to do this.

    Provide a way to group multiple invoices for different members to be selected/grouped/paid by a single individual payment. This IS NOT a capability of membership bundling. I want each membership to remain in a separate record, but I need the ability for a single invoice to accumulate charges for multiple individuals.     Event and Membership Taxes - We need to be able to charge different taxes for events and memberships. In Canada, membership dues are taxed based on the province of residence. Taxes for event registrations are collected by the province in which the meeting is being held. But, for the province of Québec, the provincial tax is collected only for its residents. Meaning a non-resident of that province is taxed only the federal sales tax and not the provincial. Residents are taxed both taxes, the Federal and the Provincial taxes.   11. Automatically apply credits at payment screen

    User account credits to be easily applied or automatically applied to any purchase they make including event registration. Currently there's no one click way for them to apply their credit to their registration. It should honestly automatically happen.

    There is no way to figure out if invoice is already sent to or not. If there was an easy way to track if the invoice had been emailed, that would be incredibly helpful. Maybe the button just changes to “email again” after it’s been sent once?

  15. Improve void invoice workflow

    When voiding an invoice, it would be good to be able to enter a reason, that would be put in the internal notes. as to why this action is being taken.

    At the moment one has to edit the invoice, add the reason, save the invoice and then void it. Clunky work-flow!

  18. Access to income report detail/Drill down reports

    When I create a monthly income report, I get aggregate figures for events and membership types. I would like to be able to create a monthly report, and then be able to see all the transactions that went into that report. I don't find a way to do that. I CAN get a list of transactions for a certain time period, but that screen is limited to 50 per page. A very annoying limitation. I would like to see them all, and have them in a searchable file, which I could also download.

  19. Create a process to write off bad debt

    There presently is no defined way to write off a bad debt. If someone owes money and is no longer a member they can be archived but their bad debt remains in accounts receivable. Our solution to keep A/R in check is to create a tender called Bad Debt and then apply that as a payment. Though that works it falsely inflates payments received reports which treats it like money that came in.   20. multiple depost accounts with Affinipay and Auto Sorting

    Integrated payment with Affinipay is good, but my organization has multiple bank accounts for separate departments of our organization. Multiple deposit accounts through Wild Apricot Payments would allow us to track our income better.

    With this functionality, choosing what payments go where would be helpful as well. For example, all event payments go to one account while membership renewals go to another
