Batch print/email Account statements
I would love to have a statement section that is easily batch-emailed to members/contacts who have past due individual balances.
We’re collecting comments and votes for now, no actual development is planned so far

An individual email function for account statements like currently available for invoices (with an editable message field) would be a start, and batch emails for invoices and account statements would be a HUGE help with collecting from overdue members!

This would be absolutely awesome. It can't that hard and this is a major headache for us.

So as noted, this 'Wish' has been around for about 8 years and to date no action. Not at all a surprise (sadly).
That being said, whatever solution to this that might be developed one day, you can be sure that it will not meet everyone's needs. So I tend to look at a lot of the missing features in Wild Apricot from a perspective of not so much when (if ever) will WA deliver these, but rather from a perspective of what tools can I utilize to achieve the desired results myself.
A quick look at Integromat shows that there are already 2 WA invoice related modules there (among others) that can retrieve a list of all unpaid invoices (optionally from a specific start date and/or for a specific member) and another that can retrieve the invoice details (such as the invoice date, the member being invoiced and each line item detail and so on). Assuming that you also have mailing addresses on file for each member, you can pull this information in Integromat as well and now use this information to build your invoices and/or statements which you can then email or mail to your members. Potentially many options available to construct these documents. If your choice is to send by mail - have a look at ClickSend (their send to post module was recently added to Integromat). You can schedule your Invoice Reminder/Statement scenario to run on a scheduled basis (monthly or whatever).
Is Integromat an easy platform to develop scenarios on? Really depends on the users skills. having spent many years in IT (starting out as a programmer), there was a learning curve - but not too steep and there is a great Facebook Group where you can get a lot of help. While you do not need to be actually able to write code, you do need to understand a fair amount of programming concepts and so on. You can of course always engage with some of the WA partners who can do this for you (for a few $$). I would think that for someone who has Integromat experience and also understands WA and depending on what exactly you want to get out of it, this could probably be designed and built in give or take a week.
Should WA provide such a solution - ideally yes - they would deliver all the open wishes by the end of 2021. But even though pot is legal here in Canada (where WA is based) - there is not enough of it available for all the WA users to believe that this might happen.
So why not invest a week or 2 and do this yourself. Or maybe 1 of those partners will read this and decide to deliver this as a paid for add on.
Is Integromat easy to

Why has this been pending for 8 years?

Furthermore, it should be easy to implement, as the desired (user-facing) content already exists on the user profile page tab "Invoices and payments".
For the benefit of members who seldom (if ever) log in, and for contacts who have no login, it is essential to be able to mail statements (corresponding to the contents of the "Invoices and payments" tab on the user's profile page).
When I get a bill from a commercial establishment, it usually itemizes all open debits and credits and invites me to pay the net balance due. I have managed to add the net balance due to our invoice template, but being limited to sending single invoices results in more work for both members and administrators. -

Batch email of statements with amounts owing with the facility to pay would be great. Chasing members for late renewals is time-consuming.

Hi.
It would be nice to be able to send Statements out via email, and as a batch.
Also, it would be great to autoschedule them to go out on, say, the first of the month.

Currently we send renewal invoices manually, and during the year we issue credits that can be applied to the renewal invoices. Our members can generate a number of invoices and corresponding payments for items such as ID Card replacement and course attendance. When they receive their renewal invoices they should login and look at their balance, to apply payments. Many simply don't want to do this, they want to receive a statement for their account rather than a single invoice for renewal.
Please provide the ability for us to produce a statement of the account for members in batches (not one-at-a-time) so that they can be emailed, and so that the member can pay the account balance online instead of just an invoice.

For those who are not in the know: you can send individual invoices but you cannot (at this time) use one click to batch send out invoices to all participants in an event, or only to those still due some monies. To send out individual emails with invoices: click on the event, click on Registrants & Invitees, click on a particular registrant, click on the Invoice # so you can see the invoice (showing what is due) and then click on Send Email. This will send an email to the registrant only, with his invoice included in the email. Beware! Default reply-to is a defined contact and you may want to change this via the event itself: click on the Event, choose Emails and then see who the Event Organizer is, edit if needed.

We do need an invoicing solution so that administrators can send an email to those with unpaid invoices without going to each member with an unpaid invoice and asking them to pay their bill. I'd like to see something that can be run from the "aging receivables" report. If I could send a reminder email to those with 60 or 90 days past due invoices with the click of a button, that would be fantastic

I do not think WA understands that a fair number of our members are CEO's or Top management whom hand the administrative stuff to their AA's or accountant. Yes!! We all need help with this ASAP"". I would think a header would at least be a fairly quick fix. No way to grow the organization if we cannot automate!!!

Agree that this needs to be part of a fully-functioning Accounts Receivable system, and WA needs to include such a system.

We send our paper renewal letters to lapsed members, solicitations, and special event announcements and we need to be able to include the names of all members in a bundled membership.
We do a work around, by exporting to Excel then manually matching bundle members to their administrator. Very time intensive and prone to many mistakes!
Is there a way to export the memberships so that the bundle members are integrated into the bundle administrator's account? -

we desperately need the ability to PRINT out statements for mailing for those members who have outstanding balances. We enter the members on our back end and our membership is older at rarely goes to the site and often don't check their emails.

Improve Bundle Membership – recognize the company name as a member and suggest to an individual they request to be linked for member benefits. Provide ability to email bundle admin with all linked members info to prompt them to update their profiles online. Provide ability to register multiple linked members for a meeting & get 1 invoice. Select the individuals from a list of linked records, enter registration form information for each & guest info.

1. Add the ability to send out Statements.
2. Make the bundle system a bit easier to use. -

Since our membership is an older crowd they do not look at e-mails; so it would also be important to have the system allow for the printing out of all statements with balances - the statements would have their name and address to allow mailing through see through windows plus our name and logo to indicate who is billing them

Can you please check this post - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827162-monthly-batch-statements-16491 - is it about the same? If so, I would merge them and solve together, considering your idea in mind too.

I would really like a member statement showing all invoices due current, 30 days, 60 days etc like intuit does. I have members that have past due accounts if they could see it all on 1 statement on 1 email I have a better chance of getting some money.

You can send a member email asking him to login and pay his open debt. You can even add a link to member profile page in email, it will automatically open all his open invoices and he'll be able to pay them altogether.
Would it solve the problem?

I'm amazed that a membership website does not have the capacity to automatically email a pdf of the member's monthly statement. This is a basic requirement of any membership system. I see through the forum that this was raised in 2012. The fact that this has not been included is the main reason I am now looking for an alternate online membership management site.
