    Team Husky responded

    Sorry for the late update.

The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.

Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.

For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.

Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.

Hi Evgeny, any update on this? Mailing out invoice reminders manually is super time consuming. I have 48 open invoices right now. I can't take the time to individually mail out reminders. I'd love to see this get into your backlog targeted for a release.
    Thanks
    Dale

Please add this! The manual process of reminder users is soooo painful.

We use Wild Apricot for a kids' athletic team. The requirement to have a different, unique email per child is a real bother for families with multiple children in the program. It would be easier for families if they could have a single account which maps to multiple members: log in once, and then they could pivot between members.

Evgeny, an important use case is that I have content that I want to reuse periodically. For instance only have a widget reminding members about an activity in the two weeks before the activity. As it is now, I need to re-write such content each time (or copy out the source, save it somewhere and paste in back in to a new widget -- way too many steps!)

It would be great if I could leave a gadget on a page, but hide it from the public, as a way of enabling me to easily bring it back when I want to. Now I need to completely re-create it.

Dmitry, I have the age limits in the description but still get 3-4% of my members signing up into the wrong group. The age limit is always a little complicated as it depends on the members age as of a cutoff date (not at the date they register). At least in my case, having this in the description is insufficient.

This would be great for me. We have membership levels that are age sensitive and its easy to make a mistake and renew into a level which is no longer correct...

Hey Apricots, any update on this now that your version 5 work is deploying? This is the biggest pain point in our use of Wild Apricot: the constant hassle with QuickBooks. 100% synchronization with QB would be huge for us. I am routinely have to defend our use of WA to our organization because of the lack of really solid synchronization with QB Online.

    Thanks

    Dale

Evgeny, for on premises QuickBooks installations, it would be beneficial to move from the obsolete IFF import to using the improved QuickBooks WebConnector. A solid effort integrating into QuickBooks this way would be a big improvement.

The future is QuickBooks online though. Intuit has a rich API and using this to keep QuickBooks and Wild Apricot fully in sync would be a huge plus for your many mutual customers. See https://developer.intuit.com for all the abilities that Intuit offers...

    +1

The fact that I cannot search based on the member's balance is a huge issue for me. I need to be able to reach back to all members with a balance and remind (nag) them. if I could create an advanced search using the balance (e.g. all members with balance > 0 ) it would be a huge time saver.
