Putting members needing help in touch with member volunteers
What about using WA as a tool for putting members interested in volunteering together with people needing help during this lockdown period?

add search criteria
add search criteria boxes - it would be nice if all "add search criteria" boxes were the same larger size on screen. It is awkward to scroll through a long list when we're only seeing a tiny window. (and as a bonus, if there was a search box at the top of the larger search window into which we could type a word of the field name (ie volunteer) and the add search criteria box would only show those fields, that would be super cool).

Add a dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites. Similar to a TweetDeck. For example, I am the national coordinator for multiple WA sites that are assigned to our regional chapters. I would love to not have to log in separately to each site account for specific tasks such as viewing their account info (plan, admins, etc.). Having an at-a-glance dashboard showing all of our accounts would be helpful to me.1 vote -

Add "registration gadget" to "system pages" "authorization required" page so that new users have the intuitive option to create an account on the same page. It'll help decrease confusion for new users to find where to create an account and so it'll increase the likelihood of new memberships being made.

The pinned forum post should not be pinned in the forum summary gadget.
We're just starting out, but the one forum that has a pinned post is showing that pinned post as the first entry on the forum summary gadget. It shouldn't be pinned there at all. If I limit that gadget to 5 entries and there are 5 pinned posts, that gadget will never update since it'll always be showing the pinned posts.
At this point, I'll need to exclude the one forum using the pinned forum post. -OR- I'll need to unpin the post and add it as a notice above the forum gadget. Neither option is ideal.

Reunite the Website sub-system with the rest of the tabs
I've given quite a bit of time to get used to the Website sub-system being separate from the other functions. The more I use it the more it has become obvious what a time waster this new set up is.
When I create an Event I often preview it on the website. With this new set-up I have to exit my Event, go to the Website sub-system, check it out, then go back to the other set of functions in order to return to my Event.
Same thing when I'm modifying web pages - if I need to look up…1 vote -

Our members are organizations and not individuals. When we issue an invoice and get a reply that we need to update the contact information and re-issue an new invoice (which happens often in our sector), the only work around we found was to create a individual membership type. Change the old CEO to a new membership level and then edit the invoice, change it to a new person from the old organization and then save it, then move the contact back or delete it. So basically, we'd like a single click option to change the name on an unpaid invoice…

email address macro in event description and calendar
Ability to use a macro for an email address in an event description that allows members to click on the email address to send an email. It'd also like that feature to also work from my Calendar of Events.

Put the new menus on the e-mail template pages
The new menus on the top and side of the admin views need to be on the e-mail template pages as well. Even having the shortcut to the admin home page would be an improvement. See attached.

Records for Neighborhood
There is a HUGE system flaw for our neighborhood with WA. Your system uses email address for the record vs. street address. Therefore, a husband can go in and sign up with his email and his address and the wife can go in and do the same. What that does is put the same house in our system TWICE and distorts our total neighbor number! Please correct. This causes us great trouble. Thank you.

Editing an event to add payment
Please include a phone number in the help section. I need to add a payment link to an event and this isn't in the help section. I'm stuck and I am frustrated and my participants are frustrated.

Email suggestions
In email, provide mechanism to change the width of columns. Also make it easier to change the size of images - click and collapse or expand. I use Constant Contact and it's far more versatile and way easier to use.

e-vites
We just received an amazing e-vite to an event and were wondering if you all had anything like it in the works? It was animated. It was an envelope that opened and the invitation came out for you to read. Both the envelope and the invitation were personalized. It was really nice.

Easily bundle weeks of camps for a discount
We offer 1 week camps, the classes in which are set at different prices. Would be wonderful to have the ability to bundle weeks for a savings without having to manually track some element of it

Format a change to apply to a number of events and not have to go to each event
NEED the ability to set up a change that would apply across a set of events and be able to apply it universally instead of going in and changing each event

The orange man login confuses too many potential returning customers
The orange man is cute but it is not well understood, can we have a simple login link?
