  1. Ipad app improvements

    From our registrar: I've also been using the iphone app, also pretty great, but it would be nice if it showed more of the event details (which tends to be the sort of thing I want to check on the fly (dates and prices) it would also be great if I could sort the list of names of the registrants differently like by order of registration or registration type.

  2. guest event

    When a guest is registered for an event, their specific extra info field ( choice of dinner in this case ) does not show up on the confirmation eMail. I do not see a macro option for that field while editing the email template either.

    Not that I need one if the above issue is resolved, but I do not see a separate eMail confirmation for the guest that might alert us to what they ordered either.
    Finally, that field does not show up on any of the reports that we could gather a tally from. In fact we cannot…

  3. Member registration to have option of inviting "potential members" rather than just "guests"

    Event Registration Form: As there is already a Guest Registration procedure in place whereby a guest can register online by him/ herself, would it be possible to change the "child" of the Member Registration (the pop-up that appears after the member registers asking if the member want to register a guest) to Potential Member, rather than Guest?

  4. Provide an event registration flow chart.

    I would like a registration process flow chart of all the links within an event registration. Some registration links/buttons are straightforward, simple, and require few clicks before completing the registration and/or payment. Others are very convoluted, as you have to go back and forth clicking on the various links to see where they lead. As the admin, I have to try every option and link to test the process. I would also like to have the chart to give to registrants if needed. Can something like this be set up to be created by the system?

  5. Allow update of event title and ride description for instances in a recurring series

    Scheduling recurring event is a nice feature, but it won't be complete without allowing update of event title and ride description for any instance in the series. Our bike club updates a ride title to say cancelled on the calendar due to bad weather. It's now a cumbersome process to delete that instance and recreate a non-recurring event.

    On the technical side, make each instance a row in the table so that each instance has its own record and columns. Of course, the interface has to be updated to allow the maintenance of the columns of each instance.

    Based on a question I asked a couple of days ago, I'd like to submit a suggestion to you:

    FYI - my website is necas.org.

    I wanted to send out an email related to our event (NECAS Annual Conference) to those who already registered, so I wrote it, then choose the next day for distribution, January 2. I didn’t know at what time on January 2 it would go out. Perhaps midnight? But your system doesn't indicate the time.   7. add a description of multisession events

    If an event has multiple sessions it would be helpful to have a different description of each session rather than #1, #2, #3 etc ie Introduction, basic concepts, advanced concepts etc

  8. Create a waiting list for an event before the registration or for an event with date to be determined

    Sometimes we have an idea for an event in the future but not sure if there will be enough interest to set it up with an actual date. Could we have a waitlist for an event that does not yet have a date? That we could accumulate a hopefully growing list of interested people that we can keep in touch with via email and then notify them if and when an event date is finally picked.

  11. Bug in Added Multiple Choice field

    The multiple choice questions on the registration form we created are defaulting to the first choice and allowing registrants to choose more than one answer. We would like the choice to change when the field is chosen instead both the choice and the first, default are both chosen.

  12. Build registration for events so that Members do not see General admission and overpay

    When my members log on and go to register for an event, they see the member rate that applies, but they also see the general public rate. (I assume they see that because it is open to nonmembers and so the system shows it to everyone.)
    And inevitably a handful of members blindly click the general public rate. In which case, I have to contact them and refund their money and then step them through another registration. Very time-consuming.

  13. Offer the option for a report that summarizes by participant the categories in each registration.

    I want to be able to print a report for an event that lists each participant and then shows me the type of registration (e.g., three, four or seven day registration) plus transportation in a way that I can summarize to see the details of the category. I know that I can pull a summary report by the registration types, but I want to be able to see the detail. I want a report with participant name in the first columns, then the registrations types in columns across the top and total amount for each participant. Armed with that information…

  14. Better integration of event registration process when embedded into an external site

    We would love for Wild Apricot to provide a seamless transition and a more optimal user exerpience. We tried to integrate our website with wild aprioct so we created a wild apricot event link on our personal website. When the user clicks on it they are expecting to register for the event. What is happening is that they register and provide their personal information (member application form for first time users who are registering) and after that it doesn't continue on to register the person for the event.   15. allow the event page button to be labeled individually by event versus globally.

    As a non-profit we have several kinds of events and having the button on each event page doesn't always tie in with what we are trying to do. There are times we would like it to say sponsor now or get tickets, reserve seats, etc., versus the current option of the button label changes being global.

  16. Routing of Emails for Events to different email address per event

    I need to have event registration notifications go to unique email addresses for a given event.

    Eg.

    Event1=nofication sent to a1@mysite.com

    Event2=notification sent to a2@mysite.com and a3@mysite.com

    I am hoping that someone will be able to tell me how to do this, perhaps a workaround I haven't thought of?

    We are trying to use WA for our conference registration and are having issues because we include hotel stays with our conference fees. Basically, we register attendees by group so they are either ALL members or ALL non-members.   20. Guest Registration - Need Variable Pricing Options

    Dear Wild Apricot and Users,

    I represent a small non-profit that uses WA to put on conferences with 80-100 exhibitors, 500 attendees and roughly $50,000 in sponsorship.

    We need a variable pricing system for guest registrations, where say a range of guests for each registration type are one price and another range is another price. Such as: Guests 1-2 are free, but Guests 3+ are a given price.
