Hide/archive a contact or membership field
Once fields have served their purpose currently the only way to keep them but not show them to members is to make them Internal use fields. But this may make the administrative UI cluttered if there are many fields. Deleting these "archived" fields and the underlying data is the only option.
It would be nice if these fields could be "hidden" or archived for future access but only once "unarchived". Similar functionality as for contact archiving but for attributes of a contact or member.

New Poll feature
The new Poll feature - like the idea but it needs an area where the folks who are polled could write in comments or other suggestions. Also, we should be able to send it to non members as well. Thank you

Easy publish/unpublish articles in the website
Some way to delete the demo data you have set up or unpublish it at least.

Archived Membership
Allow a report to be run with members that are archived from membership. This would allow us to run a report and follow up with those members.

Members Print Event Registrations themselves
Ability for members to print out an alpha Registrant list for each event VS scrolling through 10 at a time on website. We have many events over 100 people.

Improved registration and menu selection.
Please give us a better way to collect menu selections for our events. Currently, we are using a custom field, which appears with the member registration area, before they have registered guests. We would like to be able to enter the menu selection for each registered guests, all within the Guest Registration area.

Format emails
I would like it to be easy for format a document, especially emails. I frequently have difficulty centering specific lines. I have difficulty justifying lines to the left side When I highlight a line or two and try to center it/them, WA will center multiple lines. It won't allow me to only center/align several lines.

Automatic Early Renewal Discounts
Discounts automatic (not a code) for annual renewal of membership.
In the past we've manually edited each member's invoice to create an early payment discount.
Request a less labor-intensive way of applying a limited time discount to all memberships.
Or provide functionality to apply a credit to all memberships in a certain level.

REMINDER EMAIL TIME SETTING
I would really love to see an option to change the time of the reminder emails. If I have an event at noon on a certain day and I can only send a reminder at noon, that's too late. I would love to be able to send it at 8:00am.

It would be great to add pledges to an event rather than have to create a registration type.

Export Log, see who downloaded data
Provide a log of Contacts and Members export activities. This data is highly valued and needs additional protection which would include a log and audit capabilities.

Annual renewal emails for MONTHLY members
Hi! It would be great to be able to send ANNUAL renewal notifications to monthly members. We have members who signed up to be charged monthly however, the renewal process is still annual. At this point for monthly members, I had to mark the renewal emails to NOT be sent out (so they don't get it every month) and I'll have to manually send out their renewal email every month come next year since members signed up on different months.
So, love the automatic renewal emails for annual members...just need it for monthly members as well!

Need Option to Select Email Recipients from Filtered List
When I have a filtered list of unopened emails I would love to have the option of selecting whom I would like to re-send the email to, from that filtered list, versus only being able to send to the entire list.
For example if there were boxes to the left of each name that would allow you to select desired recipients that would be great. There are times when I have spoken with some of the people that have not opened the email and discussed... Thus, it would not be proper to send them the email again and in order…

Email Event Registrants in Email Section
Allow event registrants to be added as a list of those you can email outside of the event. I just spent time creating an email to send to registrants of an event, and now I have to go into the event to redo the email to be able to send to registrants. These registrants should automatically show up as a list I am able to select from the contacts/members, etc.

Display photo filename / captions in Slideshow
It would be amazing if you could add the option to display the photo filename when in the Slideshow Gadget. Also within the Photo Album Gadget instead of, or in addition to the photo tagging option.

Navigation Bar is uneditable
We use the recommended template for our website by Wild Apricot. Every feature on every page is customizable except for the navigation bar. This is absurd. Its off brand and unfortunately the navigation bar is a prominent feature and totally off brand. Disappointing call with "tech support" who told me that she couldn't help me with any aspect of making this adjustment.

Registration email settings - More granularity
We would like to have ability to set various registration emails to off/on and to copy various people depending on the message. We currently forward emails that we receive.
Example of how our work flow works:
The registration confirmed message requires no action. No need to email to anyone but the attendee. We can easily see who has registered when we look at the event.
Registration pending takes some follow-up. Be able to send this to the person responsible for this task.
Registration cancellation. We refund credit card so having this go to the treasurer would be helpful.
