Installable Custom Gadgets
Please add the ability for developers to create custom gadgets that clients can upload to their websites. The API opens up so many opportunities to extend the features of the site, and the ability to create and distribute custom gadgets that tap into a custom service would be extremely beneficial to all.

Export capability from member search gadget
Provide the optional ability (controlled by a setting in the gadget) for non administrators to export the data from a member list (or contact) search to a spreadsheet. Do not allow any field selection, just export the fields in the search results

Allow to settle a refund from within refund details page
Every time I do a refund, I then need to click "back" to get to a "Settle" button. Why not just show it on an unsettled refund details page? See example image...

Embed LinkedIn login option as one of the preferred website login options
As you know, many HR and Business professionals (particularly Recruiters/Talent Acquisition specialists) leverage LinkedIn as their preferred social network of choice, and use the LinkedIn login utility (instead of Facebook or Google+) as a means to login to jobsites (Indeed), professional/society webpages, etc..
Can the LinkedIn login also appear on the Wild Apricot client's webpage, as one of the login options?

choose transactions (not dates) to be exported to QuickBooks.
I would like to see a button that says "export transactions since last time exported" instead of choosing a date(s) to transfer information to QuickBooks. If I transfer membership invoices and payments on a certain date and then someone comes along and renews a short time later I have to export that entire day again. So when I have to export that day again QuickBook assigns the invoice numbers twice and I have to go into QB and delete the 2nd invoice numbers.

conditional macro
Allow for Conditional Macros so I can eliminate text when a macro field is empty such as:
Dear {First Name} If{Second Name}<> null then "and " {Second Name}
this might result in:

Better and easier ways to sort photos in Photo Albums
More intuitive, interactive sorting method for the albums; e.g. drag and drop. The alphabetical change a year ago is a big plus. Thank you. But in addition, a drag and drop (or move) of the 'icons' would be great.

Allow custom codes to membership levels like the events.
Need a sponsorship page that is like the join us page and sponsorship level form and fields that allows you to add predefined amount levels and an ala carte level that the sponsor can put in their own amount that they would like to contribute.

Members to specify their privacy settings during membership application
I would like for new members to be able to specify their privacy settings during membership application process. More specifically, the setting that I am looking for is "Show profile to others".

Make a handy way to Re-order events in event list
If you use the same format as event fields on registration forms, to toggle up and down, this would allow events that start at the same time/date to be reordered. There are lots of folks that would like this feature so that they can have a certain order to their events.

Use blog title for URL
Currently blog article's URL is numeric based. This makes it unreadable for people who you share the link with and this is not good from SEO point of you. The URL has to use blog title.

Hide sold out events in upcoming events gadget
I'd like to be able to further filter the events in the Upcoming Events Gadget. I am currently using tags, and that works great, but I'd like to hide (or gray out) those events that are sold out. I frequently have an event that re-occurs on several days. Because WildApricot events won't allow people to attend one session and not another, I've had to set these up as individual events. Now it becomes confusing for people wanting to sign up because they have to click on each event to see if there is space. I suppose I could use the Event Calendar gadget as a list, but that gives too much detail to fit nicely on the page.

Allow limiting of forum administration to specific admin role
Currently it appears that any level of administrator can perform administrative activities in a forum: a member or events admin, for example, can move messages between forums, delete messages, post pictures in a forum message, etc.
I feel that forum administration should only be allowed by someone with the "website" admin role.
Ideally, there needs to be a new "forum administrator" role so that trusted members can act as moderators without gaining other unrelated administrative privileges.

Disable Registration for Multi-Session Event Once It Starts
Most of our events represent multi-session classes that start on a given date and meet weekly for X weeks. We create a different session in the event for each time the class meets.
We would like an option to automatically disable registration for these classes / events once the first session meets. Tracking the start of every class and needing to go in and manually disable the registration is tedious. And, if we don't do this, we invariably have people trying to register and join the class.

Make Inserting Pictures Easier
More themes, more and easier insertion of photographs, which now have to be inserted several times at different sizes to find the correct size.
