Ability to choose several fields with phone numbers to send text notifications
From Matt: Will it be possible include more than one "cell phone" field from each member to text?
We have members that have several cell phone or e-mail addresses that we'd love to be able to blast to. Would be an excellent option is we could map to more than one member field at a time for texting.1 vote -
Allow Button for links in Event Details
Registration for our event is through an external website that certifies attendance. So we are not using the WA registration button. I want to put a link on the Event Page in button format that will link to the external registration site. There is no way to add a button to the Event Details.

Insert predefined list of US states as abbreviations
Your pre-defined list of states should default to the two letter state abbreviations, not the fully spelled out state name. Mailing systems use the two letter code. This is the third WA implementation I've done and each time I had to create my own list.

Prompt Admin When Invoice Already Exists and Membership Level Changes
We had a member with a membership level of Individual Membership who requested to change her membership level to Tiered Members for 3 Members. We changed her membership level. Then added the other two members to that bundle. When we did that, the big yellow pending renewal box with the invoice link disappeared from the the two members added to the bundle. Although the membership tab still showed open invoices for those two members, it wasn't nearly as obvious to the admin user. Ability to set tax by product in online store
I live in a state where I have to charge different tax rates for different types of items. In the online store, I am able to add tax (great!) but it applies the same tax to ALL products purchased. I have to work around this by adjusting prices in the store, and then adjusting prices/tax on the invoice post-sale.
For example, I need to charge 4% food tax, and 8% general merchandise tax. Since the majority of my items for sale are food, I have the store set up to add the 4% tax. For items that are not food,…

Payment Instructions in HTML
Payment instructions (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/524-payment-settings#instructions) currently support only text, but they are commonly embedded in places (such as invoices or e-mails) that support HTML. Our members find the limitation to text extremely inconvenient, as they would like to see the QR code (a PNG graphic) used for e-banking in Switzerland (and elsewhere) instead of having to enter our account details in their e-banking applications.
We would also like to provide a link to a downloadable payment slip (also used to expedite e-banking) and, in the case of events, to our no-show policy, which explains their financial obligations in case of…2 votes -
Multi-factor Authentication
To obtain cyber-risk insurance, it is necessary for us to have the multi-factor authentication in place. I have been informed that Wild Apricot does not have multi-factor authentication in place. In today's world, this is really important. Please consider having multi-factor authentication in place for the admins at least.

ADA Compliance
Wild Apricot websites will be needing ways to make their websites ADA compliant in order to avoid possible lawsuits. This would include, but not be limited to ways to add alt= text to slideshows (you can currently add alt text to individual photos, and you need to use the html on a content gadget to add alt= text to the decorative lines) to comply with ARIA, option to text resize, adjust color to comply with contrast rules, way to provide an audio transcript. This will be a start.

lapsed members and events
The situation is as follows.. A member registers for a members only event when she is a member. Before the event occurs, that person's membership lapses.
It would very helpful if there was some way to automatically 'unregister' that person for all members only events, as she is no longer eligible. At the very least, there ought to be an easy way to run a report to find out the events for which recently lapsed members are registered.

Set default email subscription settings
When a new contact is added (even non-members), they are automatically subscribed to Event announcements and Email Blasts. There is no way to change this default. Currently, I have to go in and edit this for each contact. We should have the ability to change this default.

Email Encryption
Emails need to be encrypted with Transport Layer Security. When we send emails to Gmail recipients, there is a warning icon indicating memberlodge.org did not encrypt this message.
This causes concern among our members that their information is being handled improperly.

Ability to edit event visibility from main admin page
It would be amazing to be able to edit event visibility from the main page, instead of needing to open each event individually. This would make it easier to open registration for events that were built in admin-only view, as well as archive previous events.

Always display members' auto-renewal status on account
We need something prominent displaying on member accounts whether or not they are enrolled in auto-renew. We get hundreds of queries a year from members who can't tell if they're enrolled in auto-renewal or not after they've removed their payment info. There's nothing then displaying "You are no longer enrolled in auto-renewal" or confirming that they need to manually renew--and what's worse, there's still a line on their accounts that displays the membership level as having auto-renew enabled.

Additional information for the saved searches, last run, last updates, etc.
Provide metrics to assist in managing Saved Searches such as last time run, average run frequency, if the search is linked an area on the webpage and/or allow description field similar to what is offer in groups. This would help in periodically cleaning up Saved Searches.

Implement a chat button or feature on website for interaction with public
Implementing a chat button or feature - mainly on the website for us - allowing the public to interact with someone in the office would be convenient, useful and helpful. As per your own chat functionality, it is becoming more and more prevalent and a preferred way for people to communicate. This would be preferable to integrating a 3rd party app such as Integromat via a partner and any potential associated additional costs to us.

Allow administrators to login as a member
For many of our members, an administrator is often required to perform tasks for members. This includes buying items from the Online Store, or signing them up for events, or renewing their memberships.
The simplest solution would be to allow administrators to become a proxy for a member, and login as the member to perform these tasks. For those members who never log in (it happens because our members are retired folks with less computer savvy, and sometimes without computers), we can give these members a password that only the administrators know, but we're loath to do that.

Can you add to the QR check in, a date when members actually check in?
right now if members check in on day one, we can not tell who checked in on day two, three, etc
