    It would be great if I could gather statistics on what our members do on the website! How many visitors per month, what pages they visit, how long they spend, where they abandon the site, etc.

  2. custom reporting

    Would really like you to include a report writer that enables users to design their own custom reports and save them to a library. Maybe you could give them to option of saving the report layout as "open to the public" so other organizations could see what has been done, or "restricted" so that only users/administrators within that organization could see/use.

    For example, I would like to be able to run an event registration report that also includes information on each registered member's membership renewal status. The venue where we have events doesn't give us access to the internet, so…

  3. track behaviour of members on our website - e.g. what pages are most viewed by various member roles

    We would love to be able to track behaviours of different members on our website. For instance, it would be great to see which pages are most viewed by Accountants (we are a non-profit for professionals) or if our blog post on getting a head as a nurse is actually being read by nurses.

  4. At the events page, provide the ability to create a report of registrants and alphabetize by last name.

    Provide the ability to create a report for an event that is alphabetized by last name of registrant, without having to export the report as a csv file and then convert to Excel.

  5. New Event Report - Print Name Tags

    It would be great if there was a report option in the events section that would allow me to print name tags for everyone who is registered for an event.

  6. Reports to include info from custom fields

    When I run a report in Events I want to be able to see more detail. For instance I want to see who picked which category upon registration and at the same time see how much they still owe. The attendance list should also show the custom fields I created. That way I could see what extras someone has picked, like meals, or bike rentals all on one report.

    As a Wild apricot user, wouldn't you love to customize the dashboard to your own liking? Batchbook from batchblue.com does this very elegently. The user can select from a number of widgets to enable/disable. You can even rearrange widgets by dragging and dropping.

    I strongly suggest looking into Batchbook dashbook design for Wild apricot.

  8. Activity Feed on Dashboard

    Currently
    There is no way for administrators to get a big picture of their member and administrators site activity. This causes situations where unwanted or mysterious changes (deleted pages, members,etc) happen that they are unable to track the action, sometimes not until it is too lare.

    Desired
    Provide a way for both clients and support to quickly review a textual history of site changes by administrators and members. And possibly a 'gadget' to broadcast member and or site activity out to members/public.

    This could be accomplished by creating an activity feed on the dashboard. Similar to the news feed in…

  9. Clean your contacts database

    This could be via reporting or via a new contacts clean up function. We created our contacts list by merging various other lists and we are aware that there are people on that list who have never opened an email.

    It would be great to have a way to search for contacts who have not opened an email in a set time frame, such as a year, and then archive all of them in one hit. We struggle to keep our contacts list within the 500 limit so this would be a great feature of us.

  10. Enable reporting on recent event attendance

    We'd like to produce a list of members who have not attended an event within the last 6 months, so that we can reach out to them. This is important for member retention and engagement. Thank you for your help!

  11. More flexible report formatting and search options

    Each month I want to know who's overdue for the previous two months, who is due this month and who will be due next month. I can get it - but it takes more effort than it should, I think.

  13. Admin Privileges Report

    I know that when editing a single page, that the version history shows who edited the page. However, it will only show who has actually edited the page, not the list of all those who have access to do so. It would be helpful to have an admin report that shows who has access to each page. Otherwise, you have to remember to keep a separate list somewhere of who has been given editing privileges. Adding new people is easy, but remembering to remove the ones that need to be removed is much harder :)

    In the query function add the date option “Today” and “Yesterday” similar to This month and Last month. Alternatively add functionality to select T (today) or -1 (yesterday), -2 (2 days ago), etc. These options would allow for a Saved search that did not require selecting a date each time the report is run.

  16. Membership Summary by Date

    It would be ideal to have the ability to pull the membership summary data by a specific date (breakdown by membership type that shows the number of active, pending and lapsed members). Right now the membership summary only shows the live data as you are viewing the page.

  17. Need ability to sort events by date in financial reports

    Right now, the events are listed in random order in financial reports. We need to add more info that's not included in the report, which is difficult when there is no order to the list. Even adding the event date as a column in the report would help so that we could sort the list ourselves.

  18. A quick way to tally event registrants from previous years

    Would be great if the system would offer a quick way to tally event registrants from previous year. As it s now the only way is: The most accurate way to find this number would be to go to Events > Event list, export your registrants to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the green Export registrants button, and then perform further filtering within Excel. For example, you could narrow down your list to only show registrants who signed up for events with a "Start date" in 2016. Since each row would be a registrant, it would be easy to quickly…

  19. Report that displays the sum of recurring membership - quantity and dollar value.

    I need an easy report to view the sum of my recurring membership payments. Is there a way to set up this function. I know how to search the member list by recurring payments, then I export the list, add the dollar value for each member level and then sum those cells for a total, but need to create an 'easy' button for this.

  20. Custom Standard Report/Attendance List

    Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready.
